The Bobby Hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed at! I was astonished at how kind, considerate, and accommodating the staff was there. The staff responded immediately to maintenance requests, helped my friend retrieve lost items from a nearby business, and helped my friends enter their hotel room in a time of need. Staff greeted you with a genuine smile and "hello" every time we saw them! The rooftop pool and bar were amazing; it was perfect for lounging and visiting with my group. The decor of the lobby and rooms was astonishing. Everything was very trendy and there was a lot to look at, it would be great for pictures! The hotel was in walking distance to many of Nashville's main attractions and good restaurants.

The only piece to be aware of is the lack of privacy in the room bathrooms. The bathrooms "walls" are made of a slightly fogged glass, but it is still transparent for the most part. Luckily, I was traveling with a crew I am very comfortable with. However, I would not recommend staying a room with co-workers or anyone else you may be shy around. The lobby does have nice individual restrooms that could be utilized when privacy is a requirement. :)

I can't say enough good things about the Bobby Hotel. The service, food, and rooms were all first class. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. The Bobby Hotel is perfectly located and the staff provided many helpful tips to make our experience absolutely wonderful. We won't ever stay anywhere else. Thank you Bobby Hotel and the amazing staff!

Love this place. In the center of everything. Walking distance to Broadway and all the great bars. Great service everyone is kind awesome food. Will stay again. Room was nice had a balcony wish there was sitting outside balcony maybe next time. Had a great 6 days there. Thank you

Discovered this hotel when the one we stayed at had no hot water - so we moved to The Bobby. We were on our Honeymoon and WOW did they go over and above. It was the end of May and the weather was amazing. Their pool and bar on the rooftop was very clean. The food in their restaurant was very good and there is even a small pub at the side of the hotel which was very intimate and the bartender was fun and entertaining. The rooms were beautiful, big and clean.
Atmosphere and décor was well done.
The hotel was so new they were still doing small renovations and I would love to go back to see what the final product looks like.
We can't say enough positive thing about this place. I've told all my family, friends and coworkers to go there. Check it out!

Very nice, VERY Friendly, great food, spacious rooms. I elaborate now that I have more time and completed my stay. Everyone and I mean everyone was giving the impression that they were sincerely interested in the quality experience of their patrons. I made a mistake of riding the elevator down to the lower parking level when I really wanted the lobby - a service technician hopped on the elevator and immediately asked me if I was enjoying my stay at Bobby. "Yes and thank you for asking". This is the type of atmosphere in this hotel. If you stay here you better get use to "How may I help you" "Are you enjoying your stay" "Have a nice day" and "Thank you so much". The entire staff from the doormen, front desk, restaurant/cafe/bar, and house staff really do seem to carry this attitude. I've stayed in fine hotels all over the United States as well as London, Scotland, Paris, Rome, Florence, Tuscany, Venice, Athens and the Caribbean and very complimentary of many of them but for all around service and atmosphere I put Bobby at the top (Very Relaxing). Thanks for your attentiveness and casual elegance.

A really neat hotel with fun decor. Brand new with a trendy, young, exciting vibe. Different than the big hotel chains in that it seems more relaxed and yet higher end at the same time, if that makes any sense? Big rooms. Only goes up 8 floors so somewhat limited views. Everyone is very friendly. Love the lobby dog Sasha, a cute hello as you walk in! One thing that was a bit uncomfortable for my Midwestern modesty is that the bathrooms are enclosed in glass and you can basically see through to various levels, depending on the panel. Not exactly pleasant for certain bathroom tasks... I mentioned this lack of privacy at checkout and it sounds like they're making adjustments? I'd add a star after that 😁
