Hôtel de Paris, Monte-Carlo

Situé sur la place du Casino, l’Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo est installé dans un palais à l’architecture Belle Époque. C’est un palace de légende avec la Méditerranée en toile de fond.

L'hôtel rouvre ses portes en 2019 après une rénovation de 4 ans et plus de 280 millions de dollars. Modernisant certaines infrastructures, celle-ci n’a en rien compromis les intérieurs fastueux qui ont fait de l’hôtel une véritable icône. Le nouveau patio à ciel ouvert s’est entouré de palmiers et colonnades donnant ainsi au lieu un air de chic décontracté. C’est Pierre-Yves Rochon, célèbre architecte d'intérieur, qui fut chargé d'une partie de ce rafraîchissement. Un excellent travail réalisé dans le but de mêler ces éléments historiques à des touches plus contemporaines. L'Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo a désormais 208 clés, toutes dotées de murs moulurés, de détails Art déco et de balcons donnant sur la cour intérieure, le Casino, l'Opéra ou la Méditerranée. Côté gastronomie Alain Ducasse dirige le restaurant Le Louis XV triplement étoilé; la Salle Empire donne sur la vibrante Place du Casino tandis que Le Grill offre une vue imprenable sur la mer depuis son 8ème étage. L’hôtel est également réputé pour sa cave à vin - la plus grande au monde - avec plus de 600 000 bouteilles. La réputation du spa de l’hôtel, les Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo, n’est plus à faire : 6.600m2 sur 4 niveaux offrant les agréments d'une piscine d'eau salée chauffée, d'un hammam et d'un jacuzzi donnant sur le palais princier.

L'Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo est entré dans une nouvelle ère en prenant au sérieux des engagements écologiques et des activités quotidiennes respectueuses de l'environnement dans tous les départements de notre hôtel légendaire.

Depuis août 2020, les restaurants de l'Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo se sont engagés à soutenir le programme Mr. Goodfish. L'hôtel a décidé de participer au programme Mr. Goodfish en partenariat avec la Fondation Prince Albert II de Monaco pour la préservation des espèces marines. Le programme favorise un changement de mentalité et sensibilise à l'importance de préserver notre planète à tous les niveaux. Il vise à encourager les gens à manger des espèces de poissons moins connues mais délicieuses plutôt que de poursuivre la surpêche d'espèces menacées telles que le thon rouge.

Green Globe

La norme internationale de Green Globe pour le tourisme durable est un système de certification qui oblige les hôtels à rendre compte de leurs performances en matière de développement durable tout au long de leurs chaînes d'approvisionnement. Ses racines remontent au Sommet de la Terre des Nations Unies à Rio de Janeiro en 1992, où 182 chefs d'État ont approuvé les principes de l'Agenda 21 du développement durable. Les normes sont une collection de plus de 330 indicateurs de conformité qui sont appliqués à 41 critères de durabilité individuels - ceux-ci peuvent être divisés en quatre thèmes : • Gestion durable • Social/Économique • Héritage culturel • Environnement Les clients peuvent calculer leur empreinte CO2e, le coût financier de cette CO2e, et suivre leurs performances en matière de consommation d'énergie et d'eau et de production de déchets non recyclables. La certification n'est attribuée qu'aux membres qui ont un taux de conformité d'au moins 51%. Le prix ne peut alors être maintenu que si les membres s'améliorent continuellement de 3% chaque année.

BREEAM

BREEAM établit la norme des meilleures pratiques en matière de conception, de construction et d'exploitation de bâtiments durables et est devenu l'une des mesures les plus complètes et les plus largement reconnues de la performance environnementale d'un bâtiment avec 425 000 bâtiments avec des cotes d'évaluation certifiées BREEAM et deux millions enregistrés pour évaluation depuis sa création lancé en 1990. Il encourage les concepteurs, les clients et autres à réfléchir à une conception à faible émission de carbone et à faible impact, en minimisant les demandes énergétiques créées par un bâtiment avant d'envisager l'efficacité énergétique et les technologies à faible émission de carbone. Les mesures d'évaluation utilisées représentent un large éventail de catégories et de critères allant de l'énergie à l'écologie. 										Absolutely fabulous hotel in a fantastic location in Monte Carlo. Make sure you bring in your best clothes as this place is not too shabby :) plenty of top of the range cars with Bentleys, Ferraris and Rolls Royces making every other BMW and Mercedes look like a cheap car. 										Went for an early lunch at the top to the hotel. The servers were very professional and explain the menus well. The view up top was amazing that words cannot express. Must go up there to see for your self. Not only the view amazing, but the the people dining there were stylish. I recall a lady sitting next to us wearing a full set of van cleef & arpels necklace... amazing!

										One of my favorite hotels in Monaco. We stay there several times a year and it is always great to come back. We never stayed before the renovation and therefore I cannot compare it however service, the people (especially the head of guest relations amazing lady) the rooms and restaurants are fantastic. I do usually book a Deluxe Room with Harbour view, as seeing Porte Hercule and the Palais is THE MUST HAVE waking up experience in MC, add an espresso and simply enjoy. 										Considering doing revision process as that’s far taken four years and is near completion. My stay here with an interrupted by the ongoing work. 										Everything is glamour and sophistication. The restaurant is gorgeous, the spa is indeed amazing and the Monte Carlo Beach Club is really the best option to spend a beach day. It's Monaco. Dress properly, respect the tradition of one of the best hotels in the world. If you are not into dresscodes and elegant behaviour... this hotel is not for you. 										Best hotel room stay in especially for Grand Prix. Amazing hotel in every way!! Clean and spectacular rooms with top service. Best location in Monaco, absolutely massive rooms, great balcony views and nice outdoor furniture, great bed, lots of tv channels, amazing amenities like luxurious soaps and creams, very good shower and bath, breakfast was delicious. 



It is a well known and nice hotel, ambiance and look was also good. Though its a costlier hotel to dine in and live too. The service and staff is also helpful. The taste of food is also good. There are halls where there can be functions like office parties and glamorous events, family functions and all. Atmosphere is magical. We cannot wait to return. We had a very pleasant stay. 										Have stayed at the Hotel de Paris  numerous times over the years when in town for the Grand Prix. Never fails to live up to expectations. You essentially have to know someone to get a room during the GrandPrix though. But highly recommend it if you are in town. Love the numerous pools and the views. It was the most prestigious hotel I have ever stayed at and it was a memorable one.  they had a casino on site and we actually won enough money to pay for our dinner and nights stay which was a nice surprise! 										I stayed at Hotel de Paris back in 2005.  So, I need to go back.  I absolutely loved the entire experience.  A++++.  Don't leave this world without going there.  Any BTW, I have very high expectations.  Staff was friendly, bar was great....short walk to the casino.  We loved it.
