You’re paying for the convenient location which is next to the village and walking distance from all the activities. Parking is extra which is limited. Internet is ok. If you want to get faster internet, pay more.

Overall we had a comfortable stay in a pricier hotel with an average standard.

Honestly, it wasn't worth the money. Expected more from a 4 star hotel; the room wasn't anything special, our bathroom sink wouldn't let water out. Had to fiddle with it to prevent the place from flooding. And they charge $20 for parking (pretty sure it's each day)!! After paying so much for a room, you'd imagine that parking would be included. I didn't even know there were hotels that forced you to pay extra for parking. And who would be coming to a hotel in Blue Mountains without a car??

The good: the room was that the bed was extremely comfortable!! It was a decent-sized room with a couch. The Oliver and Bonacini restaurant had good food and good service.

Overall, I don't think it was value for money. Having to pay extra for parking really annoyed us. And the bathroom sink issue. But of course, you may have a different experience.

The view in this picture is from across the hotel.

Overall the hotel was comfortable but many small things added up that significantly detracted.

Liked · The bed was very comfortable and the general condition of the room was very good. Also the bathroom was clean and the shower was also very nice to use. Access to all of the hotels facilities was also quite convenient.

Disliked · There were a lot of items that are usually present in a hotel room absent from mine, namely there was no: iron, coffee, tea, slippers, comb and some other items I can't recall at the moment. This may be due to corona virus, so that's understandable but it would be nice to have these items under normal circumstances. One of the worst things I experienced here was the odor in the parking garage. It was extremely foul, so much so that one of the guests I was visiting here with would gag every time we had to go there. Also many of the outlets in my room as well as another guest's room I was visiting with did not work leading to me having to fish for the right outlet which caused me to waste more time doing that rather than relaxing or enjoying my stay here. This should definitely be fixed regardless of corona virus measures.

I stayed here with my wife for a weekend getaway. We partly chose this hotel because it was dog friendly and had no problem letting us bring our lab Abby with us. Room was absolutely beautiful with a well equipped kitchenette and a fireplace. The Oliver and Bonnachini in the lobby was excellent as well. Amazing staff and location right at the foot of blue mountain. We can't wait till we get to visit this hotel again. Thanks guys!

My husband, 2 year old daughter and I stayed here a few weeks ago and we loved it. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was quite spacious. We had mountain views. We had a kitchenette in our room which was convenient. We ordered room service both days and food was amazing. We took our daughter to the kids play room and the attached indoor water park and she had a blast. We have stayed here before as just a couple but staying here with our daughter was a lot of fun because it is definitely a kid friendly hotel.

This is our favorite place to stay when we're looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Toronto. The rooms are very comfortable and modern yet quaint. They are also very insulated so you don't hear any noise from the hall or adjacent rooms. The beds offer heavenly comfort. The pool is a great place to lounge at all day and you can bask in their huge hot bath as well. The location is perfect as you are situated right in the village. I just love this place and will keep coming back.

Well appointed high end hotel located at the heart of the action in the Blue Mountain Village. The hotel has all the amenities including a pool, fitness centre, restaurant, games room, and conference centre. The hotel is also right next door to the Plunge Water activity centre. A popular place for the kids. If you are a dog lover, you will like this hotel as they allow you to bring your four legged friends along for the vacation. Definitely the best place to stay if you are coming to Blue Mountain in summer or winter.

That's a place you will want to go back. They have activities for the whole family. Not entirely sure if there's any childcare services, but there's a small play room and lots of room outside. For the grownups, room service is amazing, the room itself is pretty convenient, there's a stove, microwave and small sink. Pretty convenient for a family trip on a budget.

Great location. On the edge of the village, which helps with quiet nights. Great service. Fast concierge. Only thing that was odd was the room was booked for 3 people, but they never set up the third bed immediately, nor is their night time service, so wasn't sure what the plan there was. They rectified the problem immediately though with one phone call, which was really nice. Definitely would stay again.

We've stayed here a few times now. Usually it's OK but things seem to be slipping of late. It took us an hour to check in - we had booked a package with activity passes but it didn't show up in the final confirmation. My wife, being diligent about such things, took screenshots of the booking process and also sent e-mails to confirm the passes were included. And yet we were told they weren't when we checked in. Moreover, rather than just having the manager come out, the poor clerk kept going back and forth from the front desk to the office. When the manager finally did come out she also had to go back and forth, and asked for the screenshots and e-mails to be sent to her. All the while a huge line builds up behind us, until they finally get another clerk at the front desk.

The day after we checked in, we returned to our room late in the afternoon to find that the room had not been cleaned and that there was a bunch of stuff that wasn't ours that was in our room, apparently from someone who was attending a stagette. Our 6 y.o. was reading some of papers left on the table and I had to field questions about condoms from her. Lovely. Apparently someone had mistakenly given our room number as theirs and asked the staff to drop their stuff off. I found it a bit odd that they wouldn't at least check the person's name with their reservation records before doing so. As a point of comparison, after we had checked out (and the room was still empty), I noticed I had forgotten to pack something, so went to the front desk to ask if I could take a quick peek at the room. They asked me for my driver's license. Even after I showed it, they wouldn't allow me to go in the room to take a quick peek. I even suggested that someone could attend with me, but they declined. I just found this odd when juxtaposed with what we had encountered earlier. All that being said, to their credit, their housekeeping folks did find something I had left behind and were kind enough to bring it down to me.

Other nits: One of the TV remotes didn't work. We asked for it to be fixed, but it never was. Our toddler was playing with the safe and accidentally locked it (while it was empty). We asked them to reset it, but they never did. Neither was a huge deal, but sort of irritating nonetheless.

On the positive side, apart from the above, the room was fine and reasonably comfortable and staff were generally polite and helpful. Overall, we'd probably stay there again, in the hopes that our experience this time was a one-off (we didn't encounter such issues in our past says). Should also mention the parking - it's underground (which is great) but a bit cramped. Not a huge deal but makes parking rather laborious when folks are coming in and out. They also have washers and dryers on P2.

What an amazing experience we had. The staff are so accommodating and friendly. We stayed for a night for my birthday and our wedding anniversary and the staff had all signed a card for us. What a nice gesture! The room was great and overall we had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back!

This was a really nice hotel to unwind and rest. The bed was very comfortable and soft buy the pillows were not my preference. I prefer a thin pillow. The front desk was very courteous, friendly and welcoming. It was a very good stay overall and I would go again for sure.

The Westin is a beautiful place. Loved our two bedroom. It was tastefully decorated. Room was spotless. TV in each room as well as the common area, the sheets on bed are top of the line. I liked the fact they supplied both hard and soft pillows. Loved sitting on the Balcony in the evening looking at Mountains. The food in the restaurant was great.

I had an amazing one night stay here while attending a conference for work. This is likely the best place you can stay in Blue Mountain, short of owning your own place.

The room I had had a full kitchen with oven, microwave and fridge, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living/dining room and a fire place.

The staff were friendly and hospitable, and ensured my stay was pleasant and comfortable.

The rooms are modern and most have patio's attached to them, which is great especially if you're facing the lake and the village.

Expect to pay Westin prices, a little on the steeper side, but totally worth it if you're looking to relax and re-charge.

Great for families, travellers and those attending conferences.

They have an O&B in their lobby which has a nice bar as well as a great menu.

Parking is underground and can be done valet style or self park.

Highly recommend and would stay again!

Great hotel located in the heart of blue mountain village. From check in to check out the staff were all great. It was a slow time for them when we arrived so they upgrade us to a one bedroom suite. It had a kitchenette with everything u would need to cook a meal including dishes and cutlery, a fireplace and a nice bathroom. Everything was clean and updated. Would definitely stay there again.

We are here for a girls night. (Cousins and 2 moms) we went to the spa that was 10 minutes away and spent the evening having dinner at the firehouse and walking around the village. The rooms are beautiful with a great view. Very clean and love that they provide dishes. A little on the costly side but splitting with 4 people makes it okay. The bed is comfortable with nice sheets. Would love to come back again. Worth the 2.5 hour drive here.

We recently stayed at the Westin for what was supposed to be 2 nights, but due to the mid-april ice storm, turned into 3 nights. They were extremely helpful when we asked if we could stay an extra night due to weather, and they ensured we could stay in the same room.

After I booked, I had emailed to ask about activity packages, in the email I casually mentioned it was my husband's birthday without realizing it. When we checked in, the guy at the front desk (I can't seem to remember his name, really wish I could) said happy birthday and gave us free parking. He was so nice and accommodating.

The suite was perfect. And waiting for us was a birthday card and a small box of chocolates for my husband's birthday. It was such a nice and unexpected touch.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the pool was amazing. I have no complaints and highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Tank you for the great stay!

It was a very beautiful resort to stay on. The staff were very friendly and helpful with questions. The view was breathtaking and it was a very close walk to the village. Loved being able to use the outdoor pools in the dead of winter! Such a relaxing and fun environment to stay at. The only downside was having a room near the elevator caused so much noise at 7am as people were leaving so try to be away from that!

I can not believe what an amazing hotel this is. From the moment we checked in until the moment we left we encountered nothing but friendly, happy-to-accommodate staff from the front desk (Ashley you were such a joy!) to the door men to the maintenance workers. This must be a great place to work because those staff members seemed so happy!!! Thanks for a great stay. Will definitely be back! Front desk staff team is amazing, don't listen to the negative reviews. Check in is 4PM!!! People need to understand that early check in requests are not guaranteed so don't take it out on the front desk staff. The people complaining about not getting to check in early are probably the same people asking for a late check out which is hilarious. Thanks for the amazing stay!

Trillium House is a beautiful hotel and ideally situated next to the village and base of the ski hill. The staff were very friendly and comp’d our valet parking since we waited a while to check in. The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. The one bedroom suite was very spacious and had a great view overlooking the village. The pool area was nice. I wish the hot tubs were actually hot instead of marginally warmer than the pool itself, though.

The hotel is gorgeous and situated in a breathtaking environment. The front desk staff were helpful, the valets courteous. Our issues: we didn't find the bed very comfortable and the room service Mac and Cheese was not particularly good. The pasta was undercooked, chicken a bit dry and instead of snow peas, they substituted cauliflower without advising us. Before the food was delivered, front desk had called to ask about the food. I wish they'd called back later. I was in too much of a rush the following day to give feedback to a manager. I did enjoy the burger & carrot cake, though.

The facility is very nice, it has a very chalet feel to it. We booked the 1 bedroom suite, it was spacious, clean, bright and modern. Our room had a walk out which gave us great access to the blue mountain village and allowed us to easily walk our dog, which we were delighted we could bring with us. Their doorman Tom made our arrival especially nice. He was so informative and friendly. The only downside to our visit was that despite being allowed to bring our puppy, he was not allowed to stay in the room by himself, which limited the activities we could partake in. That was especially disappointing because we were not informed at the time of booking and if we were we could've made alternate arrangements. Other then that we had a great stay.

The front desk representative was attentive, allowed us for an early check in, and gave us the requested item.

Hostess is often not present at the Oliver & Bonacini restaurant (three times there and had to peak into the restaurant to waive down a waitress). The price was a Oliver & Bonacini pricing (comparable to downtown Toronto) but the creativity and quality of food was ... Okay.

Frankly, the hotel needs to do away with self parking and self service - allowing guests to push their own luggage carts. I was ran over twice by other guests who did not know how to navigate the awkward luggage carts.

I recommend that you contact Justin before and during your stay. Justin is sublime -very professional and he shares a lot of excellent advice - like the best route to arrive and depart there (Airport Road).

Next, if you eat at O&B, request Will as your server - Will gets "IT" - the difference between being of service (hospitality) and serving food and drinks (waiting tables).

My disappointment with my stay revolved around a few service gaps and the destination being frequently chosen for bachelor and bachelorette parties.

Overall, I had a pleasant enough experience that I would consider visiting again.

Incredible view of the village from our spacious 1 + den suite. The room is perfect and the staff are a friendly bunch. Room service? Don't mind if I do! The food here is just so delicious.

Wish I could put 6 stars for this place..... It's absolutely THE BEST. Super clean rooms, very comfortable beds and service is outstanding. Special thank you to Chris and Sydney who went extra mile and exceeded all my expectations. Best hotel I ever stayed at world wide!

We visited over a very busy weekend. Check-in was fast and the concierge was very hospitable. The location is hard to beat, and the room was very comfortable, well sized and well decorated. The natural lighting in our room was excellent. The bathroom was very spacious and well equipped. The kitchen in the suite was small but adequately stocked with kitchen supplies. One nice thing that could be added in would be some cooking oil.

There was the look of luxury but a lot of little things were off in our room - One example was the broken shower door with broken glass showing and was difficult to open and close. The shower was not very strong and took a long time to get warm with difficulty in making small changes to temperature. There were small defects in the windows/kitchen that were poorly repaired. I was surprised at the lack of care in room maintenance.

Overall, a pleasant stay but could be better.

First time to Blue Mountain and let me tell you, I'll only be staying at the Weston! Fantasic service from all the staff especially the front desk and bellhop. We got the room with the loft.. it was a beautiful room cleaned perfectly and spotless when we arrived. My wife loved the town too and has made me promise to come back here once a month!

Overall I had a pretty good stay at the Westin. The service was very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is very fancy however my only concerns lie with the expensive wifi and the hot tub wasn't working properly. This did subtract from my overall enjoyment but having gotten a great deal I can't complain too much.

The staff was very helpful with all our questions about the local eateries and activities. Although we only stayed for one night, we do have a week long trip planned for the near future, and I can say that we are very much looking forward to our stay after this visit. Would recommend the Westin to friends for sure.

Loved the room. Very modern and clean. It is a very busy resort area so at times you have to make reservations to restaurants. However has excellent amenities and many things to do in village.

Came here for skiing, nice location right on the west side of the main village. If you're renting, it's about 5-10 mins walk from either ski lodge. Hotel itself is nice with great amenities. Outdoor hottub in particular was very pleasant. Rooms come with a sealed fireplace and a small kitchen (no stove). Everything is clean and well put together. No complaints about the service either. Would recommend.

Great Dinner at O&B. The service and atmosphere was great. Only comment is that the menu has been severely reduced. It was way too limited.

Nice place. Small hill but best you can get in the area. If you have ever been to Mt. Tremblant or Whistler expect the same kind of village feel. Great for a weekend of R&R

Pretty nice place. One of the rooms had a noisy air conditioner. Although I didnt complain about it but i believe it is something that their maintenance staff should have noticed themselves. Otherwise very courteous and friendly staff. Excellent services and the village was wonderful as well.

Front desk service was mediocre. We asked for early check in and our room wasn't ready when we arrived. The old lady at the front desk said she'd call when it was ready, but after 2 hours and no call we asked again to a young man this time when it might be ready and he advised our room was ready already. We never got a call. Also for the price you'd think they'd have better parking than a grass field. So much for complimentary underground parking. And it was raining too!

The room itself was great. Comfortable, clean, and spacious. Our bellboy who helped bring our bags to the room was such a sweet older man too! He more than made up for the crotchety old lady at the front desk! Overall I would stay again.

The best and most luxurious of the hotels at Blue Mountain and the home of my favourite restaurant in the area, Oliver & Bonacini.

We live in the area and enjoy coming to Blue Mountain Village for events and family activities such as their swimming park for kids and the ropes course.

Beautiful! We loved it there. Amazing staff and hotel amenities.
There are some outdated areas of the room. The bathtub and showers were outdated but everything else was great!
We got a free upgrade to a 3 bedroom suite and free parking which was fantastic. Only a 5 min walk to the village.
