Decent hotel, but they really should call there lava cake, moelleux. Because that's what it's called, chocolat moelleux. Because a lava cake is something different here. Besides that, good rooms and breakfasts, can't complain.

Beautiful hotel on the beach, ocean view. Staff pleasant, friendly. There is this Lady working at the front desk, her name is Daryl Vermeulen who is really very professional and had everything perfectly arranged for us. Just perfect! All my expectations were above what I expected. The hotel is very close to the pier , very close to restaurants & shops with Spectacular views .I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would love to stay there again in the future. The hotel too has a great menu & food is delicious

Nice location during summer time as located just in front of beach. Easy to come by public transport as bus and tram station just before the hotel. Room faund clean with facilities you would need. Just - breakfast found weak as for four stars hotel.

Lovely breakfast. Decently kept rooms. Small. Felt like typical modern European. Nothing to do while I was there, but during beach season it looks like you can rent watercraft, towels, and much more.

Zakelijke bijeenkomst bijgewoond op de 8e verdieping. Kamer bovenop, uitzicht op zee. Mooie locatie. Mag wel even aan de buitenkant schoongemaakt worden, door zandstof en meeuwenpoep op de ramen werd het uitzicht behoorlijk belemmerd. Beetje jammer. 😉

Good location, extensive breakfast options. Didn't lunch or dine here so don't know about that.
Rooms are good too, balconys small but they suffice.
Note you do have to pay seperate for parking your car, but they did allow ours to stay till aftter the theatershow without a problem.

Really nice location side the beach. Lot of restaurants nearby. Good service, breackfast buffet and bar-restaurant. Pet friendly. Small but funcional parking. A little bit old but well maintained.

We had the room with sea view. Unfortunately the room/bath was really small for that price. But it was cozy and the boxspring bed was really comfortable. The balcony could've been more clean with more comfortable seats. The bath was okay but I would've expect to not find the common limescale deposits for that price.. The receptionists were really friendly and helpful if we had anything. The breakfast was perfect. They have everything you could want for breakfast. There was also a cook who makes you frehsly omlets with vegetables or anything you want. The view out of the room was beautiful. Was nice to wake up in the morning with a direct view on the ocean. The beach is 150m away from the hotel. There are some beach bars where you can have a drink or two. The weather had it's ups and downs but overall we had time to enjoy the beach. The parking was quite expensive for 22€ per day. The pool and fitnesse is free to use. Only to sauna you have to pay a bit, but we hadn't used it. The house internal pool is small and the changing rooms smell.. For 6,50€ a day you can buy a day ticket for the tram to visit the city or anything else in the area. Also you can borrow a bike for a little money in the hotel, but we hadn't used that service. Hope I could help.

Great hotel to stay at. Our room was clean and proper, the carpet and wallpaper were very neat. Hotel staff were nice and friendly, asking what they could do for us. The bar at night was a bit messy although it seemed that it wasn't too crowdy there. All in all we had a pleasant stay! I would certainly recommend this place to anyone!

Great location on the beach! The rooms are modern and up to date. The beds are very comfortable! The reception staff would from taking a hospitality course, but apart from that, the hotel is great! The lounge has a perfect ambient atmosphere great for both sunshine or rain.

The spa and wellness center is was quite serene to enjoy a day of relaxation. The service very good and personnel were friendly and helpful.

De service is erg goed voor de gasten.vriendelijk personeel en doen er alles aan om de gasten een goed verblijf te verzorgen. Het ontbijt is lekker en goed uitgebreid. De kamer die wij hadden was met zeezicht op de 6e verdieping. De kamers kunnen wel een update gebruiken, een wat ouderwets intérieur maar verder prima vertoeven.

Cold day on the beach but enjoyed the Thai red soup and gained an insight into why in Holland they put the salt into what British people call a pepper pot and pepper into the what we would call a salt pot.
It's because they like a lot of salt
We talked to a friendly waiter and enjoyed the time spent there it was warm with fountains of flame keeping the place warm and sea views

Location is the best. The Seaview side rooms are a must if you book.

I went to the spa only. They have a pool, different kind of saunas, Suntanning, massages, relaxing areas. You can have coffee, tea, champagne, sodas. Nice place to relax for a couple of hours

Good hotel on the beach with spacious rooms.. Each room has a balcony which provides a good view. Stay away from the in house restaurant though. Tried it once and the food was very bad.

Good location for beach holiday. Had some technical issue in our room. Called reception. Mechanic was there in 3 minutes and fixed it. Amazing view. Great service and very friendly staff.

I had the rare experience of not finding anything wrong with this hotel - strange and wonderful new experience for me. We had a sea view room - the sound and view of the ocean was very pleasant.

Location is perfect, at the end of the pier, car park, swimming pool and great connections to the city centre. Room was good, we stayed at the family suite, and unfortunately its facing one of the restaurant/Club, so the music does go on till late at night 11/12. So if you're a light sleeper or with young child, you must ask for a different side.

I love this hotel, the restaurant, the rooms.... But more than all of this, I love the view! :-)

Nice hotel with good rooms. Friendly staff as well. The bar is good and fun. The restaurant however is totally bad. Stay away from it. Not a problem because within walking distance there are many restaurants to choose from. Ranging from fast food to exclusive and everything in between.

Good price for this area. Located at the end of the broadway... Easy to walk to Kurhouse.

Nice accommodation at the beach. We had a gala party organised in the hotel. They were not prepared for big parties, since the pin devices broke down a few times during the evening. The only option they gave was to walk to an atm a good bit outside the hotel. This was especially for the girls in high heels very uncomfortable.

Aardig hotel dat vooral vanwege zijn uitstekende ligging het bezoeken waard is. Kamers zijn niet goedkoop en het meubilair doet soms wat ouderwets aan. Het ontbijt is prijzig maar uitstekend. Het personeel is over het algemeen erg vriendelijk.

Comforter was found dirty on the underside causes me to itches all over . Stayed for 5 nights coffee and water not refill for the 5 nights.
