Semplicemente meraviglioso. Stanza molto grande, all'altezza della bellissima scalinata ovale che divide i piani. Bagno imponente, due lavabi, vasca grandissima, doccia e soprattutto ricolmo di biancheria e prodotti da bagno di un certo pregio. Colazione a buffet veramente variegata di dolci, affettati e frutta. Personale cortese e preparato. Mi è dispiaciuto non poterci rimanere di più.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The Bristol is located on Via XX Septembre, right in the heart of the covered walkways of Genoa. Location is ideal for walking to the Brignole rail station for trips to Cinque Terre. The property is beautiful and enhanced by the central staircase. Check-in was prompt and pleasant. The staff is quick to share their knowledge of the area and make recommendations. We were also impressed how they quickly and effectively dealt with a minor housekeeping issue. The managers were very attentive. We will definitely return.

Rooms vary greatly from renovated to 1980s style. None of the pics you’ll see show the old style room, so it’s misleading. If you’re okay with that gamble, then the hotel is otherwise fine. Breakfast is okay.

Was our best hotel stay during entire trip. Staff was excellent, an example for others. Perfect room, well kept, great bed, clean, and provided a wonderful breakfast. Great location. Fabulous experience. Shappo!

Very nice but reasonably priced hotel in Genoa. Staff are all warm and welcoming, going the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They are very helpful, making great recommendations on restaurants, sights and logistics. Hotel restaurant is very nice, in a second floor solarium with nice views. Complimentary full breakfast in the morning fuels you up for a full day of activities, or just relaxing. Close to the old city center, this is always my first choice when staying in Genoa. Highly recommended!

I had fantastic experience at this hotel, personnel is very friendly. The location is the best in the city. Restaurant Giotto at hotel is awesome. Room is clean and I found a welcome surprise in my room. Definitely it could be 5 🌟 hotel.

Very good situated, price per room is really fair (110 €, breakfast included). Rooms are in good shape and clean. Breakfast offers a wide choice, just a little too many people.
Parking is really expensive with 27 € per night. But they offer walet service.

Went here for lunch. It's a nice and impressive hotel for sure. Food was nice and service was good. The only thing to complain was we had no inside-seats and it was under sweltering heat of 38 degrees plus!

The stay in Bristol Palace was just amazing ! Great location (very well located, on the main area (XX Settembre), close the shops.
Rooms/ suits are quite huge by modern standards, bathrooms are pleasantly equipped. A beautiful hotel with great STAFF.

And the price is very reasonable for a palace. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good hotel right in the center! the breakfast is not good little varieties of dishes. My room needed some repairs! The AC unit control not working right also! The room is big, quiet.Bed is comfortable.

This is a beautiful and elegant hotel in a fabulous central location. It has a very small frontage, so you have to look carefully to spot it initially. Our rooms were lovely and everything was spotlessly clean - bed extremely comfortable, beautifully furnished, air conditioning just right and bedlinen gorgeous. All of the staff we encountered were very polite and helpful. The buffet style breakfast is very comprehensive, caters well for gluten free diets and is served in an elegant room. Public car parks cost 22 Euros for 24 hours, so the hotels valet parking service is great value at 27 Euros for 24 hours.

Fantastic. Very easy to get to, car parking and valet service useful and convienent, rooms nicely decorated and very clean, staff friendly and helpful (they all speak English if you're struggling with Italian), bar serves delicious food and drinks, breakfast was fantastic and the location is excellent with a 5-10 minute walk to most central areas. Great place to stay if you're looking for a good hotel in Genoa and I would definitely recommend it.
