Really nice hotel, and layout. There was a beautiful wedding planned but it rained. I wish they had placed all the wedding guests on a different floor because you can hear everything in the hallway and people were drunk and yelling. The hotel is beautiful, the layouts and conveniences of the room are wonderful. The beds/ pillows we're really comfortable. The shower curtain was dirty with pink mold, and there was toothpaste on the outside.

This place is beautiful. And the meals are to die for. I was pleased to learn that they have an omelette bar as well as all the other breakfast favorites. I mean u name it they had it. Great job to the staff

Great conference room! It is wide with 4 large video screens and not too deep, so no one has to sit too far away and still see everything. It's one of few conference rooms I've seen that is actually set up correctly for modern, multimedia presentations. Office style chairs not bad either.

Employees were helpful and friendly. Way over priced, there was no reason for the 160.00 a night room rate. Unless we were being charged for the 3 foot cobweb hanging from the ceiling or the excessive dust layer on the nightstand. Hell, the TV didn't even come complete with all local channels let alone any type of paid channels. The continental breakfast was by by far one if the weakest I've ever seen. To my knowledge there was no "happy hour" for guests at the lounge.Guess what im trying to say is, we have gotten way more for way less elsewhere. From now on we will choose elsewhere.

Fabulous service all the way around! We stayed for two nights and had not one single complaint. Every staff member we encountered was delightful and the room was beautiful. Highly recommend!!

Staying here for a work event. Room is super huge and clean. Food in the restaurant is excellent. Best hotel food I've ever had. Staff is super friendly too. They do need to clean their elevator. It smells of mold/mildew.

The meeting rooms were comfortable and clean. The restrooms were also clean and well stocked. The food for breakfast, lunch, and snacks was tasty and appealing. Any of the employees that I spoke to were professional and helpful.

A friend and I spent a night at the Nationwide Hotel location in Columbus for an overnight stay. The clerk at the check in desk was incredibly nice and personable, he made sure we were comfortable and gave us an amazing room on the third floor. The room was a one bedroom, king and it was very nice and cozy. Bed and room were clean and comfortable, I have no complains there. My only complaints were lack of vending machines, having to go downstairs to buy snacks at night is a bit of a hassle but didn't take away from the good experience. Only real complaint was having to go to a separate building for breakfast but overall wasn't awful.

Our reservation was ready on time. The room was clean, although we found a pair of dirty socks under one of the beds, not that big of a deal but still odd. The hotel staff was kind and helpful. The ice machine on the first floor wasn't working and we had to use the 2nd floor ice machine. They were hosting a bridal party while we were there and ran out of blankets and pillows to give us for the pull out couch bed, what they did find for us we had to pick up at the front desk. Parking was convenient. There is an indoor and outdoor pool. Overall, we had a great time and I would stay there again.

Great food and friendly staff. We had a food tasting and enjoyed almost everything. Have not stayed in the rooms or seen much more than the ball rooms. Will update later when we have more experience there.

I'm here on a work conference and it has been a pretty nice experience. The staff is nice, food has been pretty good, however since they are remodeling the cafe the temporary cafe is pretty terrible. The room is nice, bed is pretty comfy, nothing crazy awesome but a nice place nonetheless. Also bar is pretty nice as well.

This place is very clean and expansive there's a lot to the grounds outside Also has an indoor heated swimming pool in addition to the outside pool. The room is a little smaller than an appears although we just got the standard room. They do have room service that offers breakfast lunch and dinner as well as delivering alcoholic beverages to the room. If you were having a convention or a very large gathering this place would be highly recommended they have an entire building devoted to such events. And there is also a business center sectioned off. Everything is wheelchair accessible at this location also. Also a pub on site with its own separate building. Having traveled extensively this is by far one of the largest and cleanest places I have stayed

I have had multiple training classes at this facility. The accommodations are very nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. I forgot boots in the hallway one night after a networking event and they were at the front desk waiting for me when I came in for training the following day! The continental breakfast and snacks provided throughout the day are really fantastic, the rooms are kept at a great temperature and the chairs are comfortable. I have had mixed experiences with lunch/dinner. When I took training in 2012, the lunch and dinner was phenomenal with a variety of vegetarian options and great desserts. When I took training in 2017, however, the lunch was cold and bland, arrived at weird times, and was not nearly as good. Now, I am willing to put this down to what the class facilitators were paying the facility for, but it still is frustrating the huge degree of difference in quality of meals. Overall this is probably my favorite training facility in the area, just wish their lunch was a little better!

Great customer service, lovely conference center, comfy beds. Everything else is average, and our heater wasn't working. Pub wasn't open for lunch, and the business center is closet sized. But I'd go again for a professional event - nice and clean. Nice shower, too.

Start out with the positives—the staff was nice and helpful, the rooms were large, the grounds were well maintained and pretty.

The negatives— we could hear the person above us walking around all night. Not their fault, just crummy insulation between floors. I hate that in a hotel. The rooms also didn’t have room darkening/blackout shades. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a hotel that hasn’t had blackout shades. I think they were probably trying to go with a certain “look” and that’s why they have the wooden blinds but at least turn your outside lights off at night or dim them. The outside lights were blasting allllll night long keeping our room lit (and not in the fun way).

Went for a work function, so didn't experience the rooms other than the main conference area and dining facility. Food was surprisingly good. Meeting facilities were good, though the chairs were comfortable, they were in various states of disrepair. Smoking areas were inconvenient for meetings due to distance from main building.

Nice conference center/event venue. There is a hotel also although I’ve only used the conference facilities. Food service is quite good as well. It’s a bit far from downtown Columbus, which is my reason for four stars.

I liked the colonial style and the front desk folks were polite and helpful. The indoor pool was warm and clean; the work out facility was wonderful with many machines, free weights, etc. and plenty of open space to work out. There were some minor negatives that soured our experience, however. 1) housekeeping never came to our room during our stay unless explicitly asked for. 2) no baby changing stations in the bathrooms 3) breakfast food was mediocre but with an adequate selection. 4) finding dinner food was difficult with the restaurant closed, the pub completely full and the local sit-down restaurants have at least a 1 hour wait.

Very nice hotel. If you plan on staying here, avoid eating at The Pub at all cost. It's a blemish to an otherwise very nice place to stay.

Attended a family memorial luncheon there in one of the ballrooms. The food was good (the family had asked for picnic food--hamburgers, hot dogs, salads, etc.) and the service was polite and professional. The tables were also set nicely with china, glassware, and white linens. All in all, a nice remembrance of a beloved mother, grand mother, sister, and aunt.

The hotel is very nice and welcoming. All the rooms were clean and much larger then most. All has a mini bar with a microwave, refrigerator and Kerig coffee maker. They also have a restaurant, bar, conference center and several nice lounge rooms. Oh and a indoor and outdoor pool and a big excersize room...pretty much all the luxurious. I had never been there before and was pleasantly surprised.

Second stay due to a work event. Very clean and rooms were great. Be sure to take part in the breakfast and lunch offerings. Stayed in suite and was a great large 2 room setup.

We had a company Christmas party. The facilities were very nice. Dinner was catered with several buffet style food stations. There did was good.

Our meetings were in the Grand Ballroom. There were multiple large screens for viewing the presentations and comfortable chairs. The morning hot beverage service provided was great with several flavors of coffees and teas--all very hot at each of our hourly breaks. As a nursing mother, I needed to use a breast pump during the event, and the staff was very helpful in opening the locked Mothers Room within the women's bathroom when I needed it. The Mothers Room contained a table, chair, ottoman, and mini refridgerator. It was separated from the bathroom itself. The bathroom was clean and well-kept both days of the event.

The bed and sofa were hard, but the room was very nice. There were 4 adults staying in the room but they only have us 3 sets of towels. Nice breakfast spread.

The hotel was very fancy with a spacious room. The wifi was solid. I was there for a conference and the halls were also spacious and relaxing. I did not have to ask for any special service, though the front desk staff was extremely helpful.

Rooms were modern and clean. Have a a place called the pub which has a great bar with tv's for watching sports. The hotel has a nice indoor and outdoor pool as well as very nice exercise facilities. Breakfast was provided and was delicious!

Great breakfast. There was an omelette station and the cook did a great job. There were buffet stations as well including plenty of crispy bacon. I'm a big breakfast guy so I loved that.

The room was nice overall and the bed was very comfortable. Once excellent feature was an input panel mounted on the front of the desk for hooking your PC or other device to the television.

All the staff I encountered were friendly and professional.

I would rate it 5 stars but I'm subtracting one for not being gun friendly. I'm no fan of any business going against our constitution.

You will not be disappointed at this venue. Spacious modern and beautifully Maintained buildings and grounds. The food is great, and the staff is even more so. I attended conferences so I haven't seen the rooms. I can say that I look forward to doing future activities there. I'd give it 4 stars!

We stayed here for a long weekend. My god, I loved this hotel. So upscale in feel (but honestly not that expensive at ALL!), super clean, and so accommodating. The room was lovely with a deep blue on two walls, white linens, a super comfortable couch, shutters on the windows, a pocket door separating the shower and toilet from the sink. No dusty curtains, no ugly landscape paintings above the beds. And the atmosphere is gorgeous. It's an entire complex with conference centers, a restaurant, a pub... I don't even know what else is there. The breakfast buffet was exactly what you would want from the hotel breakfast, and the staff was so lovely. Honest to god, our *only* complaint was that there wasn't a hook by the shower. And what a silly, simple complaint right??? We'll be back, for sure.

Staff are very nice. Nice facility and is unique, not a typical hotel. Close to zoo and a Polaris mall. It's nice that it has an outdoor and indoor pool.

We feel as if we have found a gem. Very nice and quiet hotel with a wonderful staff and two pools. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and our room was beautiful. We can't wait to go back.

Everything was pretty far spaced out. We had a hike for breakfast. Breakfast, which was included in our stay, was good and had a nice selection. Very small indoor pool, with no extra towels in the bin. And no hot tub, which was upsetting. Very clean overall and we would consider staying again.

Somehow we got bumped up to a suite, w/ vouchers for breakfast (buffet style). Food was good.

We were having a luncheon in the Virginia building in one of the ballrooms. The service was really good; servers were always attentive and friendly with the guests. The decor was very nice also. The food was very well prepared, I had a bit of everything and was not disappointed by any of it. However I had to knock off a star because it took longer than expected for the food to get put out, but again it was still a great experience!

Beautiful grounds and landscaping! I visited in the Spring of this year and I loved all the roses and the water fountains out back. Rooms are very clean and comfortable beds. The entire hotel is beautiful and deserving of 5 stars. The free breakfast was amazing; take advantage of it, because it was delicious! Their customer service was incredible! I had a wonderful stay and would not stay anywhere else if I visit that area again!! It's worth the price. It made my vacation. Thank you for being there!!

This is a very nice hotel. We were there for a convention, so we didn't stay the night but everything was very beautiful and clean. The facility is lovely and nice to walk around. I would love to stay a weekend there even though it's close top home. I was very impressed.

I attended professional training at this location. The property is very beautiful and designed to make business meetings efficient and comfortable. The staff were top rate! Food and beverages were plentiful, and attention to detail and superior service definitely was the standard. I would gladly come here again for meetings and/or a stay.

Very nice conference center with great food. What I found disappointing was that although we were provided with many choices of bottled and canned beverages during the conference, there was not one recycling container. All those beverage containers are recyclable, but they were all going into the trash as far as I know. I would have been very impressed had the hotel/conference center promoted recycling and been setting an example for the others in the greater Columbus area.

We love going there for holiday brunch! Easter and mother's day are when we normally go. The staff is always accommodating to our large family. At Easter they have egg hunts for the kids. It's great food as well

It was a really nice hotel. I use to be a housekeeper myself so my only complaint for that is the windows weren't clean. But that's no biggie. I didn't like being woke up to being able to hear everybody upstairs or outside my room walking down the hall way to breakfast or to check out. But can't do much about that. Overall it was a nice stay. I would stay there again.

Great facility, beautiful, clean, quiet, well put together. Staff were very helpful and over delivered. Only downside is the regular rate to stay is a little high for my wallet, (booked through a last minute blind deal travel sight) but might splurge if in the area again, you get more when you pay for it here.

My husband and I stayed overnight with my 2 young boys. We absolutely loved this hotel. We stayed in a king suite, which was very spacious and well appointed. The room and halls were clean and the breakfast provided many options and was much better than average. The staff were polite and made a great effort to accommodate unforseen needs. We booked this room blindly from a discount site expecting something closer to Polaris, but were more than satisfied. The only reason we wouldn't stay here again is because this lovely establishment's regular rates are a little out of our regular travel budget, but the experience we had would make us reconsider our budget if passing this way in the future.

A solid convention center. Very nice spaces, very attentive staff. I wish the hallways were either wider or they wouldn't put exhibitors there. The food is INCREDIBLE. The sight lines are very good, technology is first rate. I would highly recommend this location. Also quite ready from the highway.

Main knock against this location is the parking situation. There is limited parking close to the hotel.

My wife and I had a great stay there. Loved the room. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was delicious the next morning. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

Nice hotel but kind of hard to find. The layout has the feel of a campus but is very peaceful. The rooms are very nice and homey.

I attended a conference with about 200 people. The main meeting hall was nice and comfortable, but during a break the hallway was WAY too small to accommodate that size group. With having snacks and drinks in the cutout area and prone standing around there was little room to move around. The lunch buffet was very good and well prepared, but you had to walk through the hotel hallways and pass by people's rooms to get to the food area, or walk outside. Overall, if going for a single session or an event in which there aren't any breaks to crowd the halls this would be a good place. If going for a full day event, I would not choose this location again!

Worked with their event planning team to reserve a room for a wedding and they were very helpful to show us around and answer any questions. The rooms they showed us were made really well and the setting was quiet.

Establishment had a great feeling to it. Multiple ballroom options. Did not feel congested since meeting areas were spread out. Good food and service.

We found this 'hidden gem' by way of a deal site. We didn't even know there was a hotel here. It is set back from the highway, and quiet. The appliances and amenities were modern and up to date. The room was very clean. We felt very secure. The staff were friendly and helpful. The fitness center was good enough to actually use with fully functional and well maintained equipment, again the fitness room was clean, both hygienically and uncluttered. The restaurant with breakfast bar was two buffet bars worth of options, including omelette station. I'd definitely stay here again, and recommend to others.

I went there with my fiance and our parents to tour the venue as a possible location for our wedding reception in 1 year. This place was our favorite out of all of the locations we had considered so far. The entire campus of the center was beautiful. I also really liked that there was umbrellas located at every exit so that if it was raining you could grab one and leave it at the next building.
The hotel rooms looked cozy and set up very well. The bathrooms were huge.

Great place to stay! No matter what you do, it's close to the attractions. But not too close. Sure beats the competition hands down. Loved the two pools, breakfast was a good experience, friendly and attentive staff. I'll be back when in the area. Cheers!

Great convention facility. Easy access from main roads. Loads of space and rooms for different event types, breakout rooms etc. Catering is good. Staff are really helpful and friendly.

The entrance to the hotel us a bit confusing, but once you get parked and inside the grounds the layout is simple. I went for a wedding that was entirely hosted on the grounds (traditional Indian ceremony, reception, and lodging of all attendees). The facilities were immaculate in terms of cleanliness and the staff very prifessional. The room my dad and I shared was a big two queen bed suite, one room with couch desk flat screen and mini-fridge microwave and keurig area and the other room had the beds a dresser with another flat screen and the bathroom area. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in, not just hotel beds. And the window air conditioner was easily adjusted with a digital read out to the very cold setting that I prefer.

The hot buffet style breakfast in the morning was more that sufficient in its variety and quality.

If I had to pick out one thing during the stay that I would improve it would be the water pressure in the shower/the almost nonexistant boundary between somewhat warm water and painfully hot water.

Beautiful hotel. The only problems we had were minor. The room we got had a balcony and the dead bolt on the door was missing. The maintenance man came up in 15 minutes and told us we were being moved to the room next door. The light in the bathroom would time out.....Maybe a short? We were there one night and didn't notice it until showering the next morning. The room was comfortable and very clean. I wish the bathroom had an exhaust fan. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

I attended a tasting for my best friend's wedding. The staff was incredibly helpful. There was always someone available to answer questions and guide us. The food was amazing. The wine was surprisingly good as well. At the end of the tasting we felt like the bride and groom could make no wrong choices.

Nationwide has a great scenic location within walking distance of a decent selection of restaurants. The rooms are well furnished, with comfortable beds and a nice sized lounge couch. By far the best experience was the food. The on-site buffet was amazing, I tip my hat the the amazing cook and wait staff.

The venue was updated and modern, but was cramped. The hallways were hard and confusing to navigate, especially with as many people as were in attendance. Also, too few bathrooms.

Beautiful, but tables were too close and it was a very awkward setup.

My husband and I had our wedding here in August, 2015. It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL, and the food was exemplary. People are still talking about the food, both from dinner and the cocktail hour. My husband and I both are not excited to wedding plan, and we were very happy to have help in that department from Lisa and Bryan. To add to that, we had a Hindu ceremony, something which has not been done regularly at this site. We were very happy with how well it all came together, and how helpful all the staff were. We were treated like royalty, and all of our guests were, too. We had an outdoor ceremony and reception in the Edgewater Room. We couldn't have been more pleased with our choice.

Went to this location for a wedding service and reception. The appearance outside is fresh and clean. The same goes for the inside, modern, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet between suites. They had a small shuttle from the parking lot to the building to get you out of the heat quickly and there was a private breastfeeding room in the women's bathroom. Was actually an enjoyable venue that made for a memorable experience.
