If you look on the web, the hotel is placed in the top 3 of the best hotel in Moscow. I am not really a fan of the architecture but the service quality is just outstanding. The hotel provide as well some great facilities inside. On top of the outstanding japanese restaurant Megumi (down stairs) there is a pretty good cafe\restaurant aside the lobby too with a very good choice.

True 5 star service in Moscow. Food was ok, not great but rooms were nice, service was great. Would revisit.

Right next to the metro and amazing staff who were read to assist with anything. Drinks and food are priced similar to the Ritz or Four Seasons (meaning over priced), but there are number of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Definitely 5 star hotel! Stay there every time when on business trips. Have not seen better breakfasts ever, though stayed in quite a few 5 stars hotels around the world.

Lotte is an epic hotel. INCREDIBLE breakfast buffet. Best I’ve ever seen. The night-sky pool and jacuzzi were beautiful, plus a fresh and clean sauna. The bed 🛏 was so comfortable. Service was amazing overall. Especially at the buffet. It was so nice to be there on our honeymoon and we would love to come back to Lotte and Moscow.

Great hotel directly in the center of Moscow close to the main road and Arbat street, and to the Smolenska subway station. The breakfast I'd great, just stay and enjoy this, take your time, probably the best in town. Hotel silent even with the road ourtside

A grey hotel at an awesome location. The hospitality is immaculate. Morning breakfast is an excellent spread.

Red Square is a 20 mins walk or 2 metro stops away from the hotel. Old Arabat street is pretty close the hotel. The building next door houses Lotte plaza which has a mall and globex bank (on B1 level and this branch of the globex bank is open from 10:30 am to 9:30 pm).

Stayed on the 20th wedding anniversary and had was awarded with a nice room looking Novinskiy Blvd, a complimentary desert in the room and splendid service. Lotte, as usual, proved to be a place of high hospitality and ready to meet high demand of the guests!

A wonderful place to stay. Had the pleasure last week and the service and attention of everyone was amazing. Totally recommend this place if you stay in Moscow.

One of the most posh hotels in Moscow. High security level , bullet proof glass. Piano player during breakfast, world class pastry, and a selecton of 10 different pillows, one of the best spa in the world. Suoer friendly and highly motivated personnel genuinely trying to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Great smile and great service at reception; excellent breakfast with lots of stuff to choose from. Room is a bit too ridiculously posh but you can sit at the window and enjoy the fantastic views. Bluetooth stereo system was helpful.

Sometimes there are pretty weird people at the hotel though, with their bodyguards telling you to stay away.
