The staff were friendly and efficient from the very beginning. I had messed up my dates when making an online reservation and they quickly cleared it up when I called. When I arrived, check in went smoothly and quickly. The room was very clean. I ordered room service for one of my meals and the person taking my order was great and able to answer my questions regarding my allergies. The food arrived in good time and was hot and delicious. Checkout was very very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

The Viana Hotel and Spa is a hidden gem. The hotel is gorgeous with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, lots of pillows and beautiful decor. The staff members are professional and very attentive. They will go above and beyond to assure your stay is most comfortable. The spa is second to none from the quiet room to the treatment room. The Marco Polo restaurant sets the ambiance for an elegant dining experience. The food is delicious and the servers are gracious and attentive. I look forward to returning in the near future.

This is a cozy and beautiful hotel. It is probably the cleanest hotel I have stayed in. The room was clean and inviting. the lobby was so elegant and comfortable. The breakfast bar was organized and delicious. I didn't use the recreation room, but it was definitely nice. I did use the fitness room. It was well stocked with amenities. The employees are all friendly and accommodating. One of the front desk agent helped me, when I was having trouble printing my boarding pass. I will definitely recommend this hotel, and when I am in N.Y. again, this will be the hotel of my choice. You deserve excellent!!!!

The rooms are cozy, staff friendly, and atmosphere clean and inviting.

For those who workout, the pool has a machine that makes you work against a current, also there is a hot tub and steam room. The gym is a bit sparse, free weights that go up to 50 pounds, a few treadmills, elliptical, and bikes.

Overall, would stay here again!

On the website they say, “Our professionally trained staff is devoted to providing you superior services that are sure to exceed your expectations.” This is 100% accurate.

Our stay was under unique circumstances, in that we were here for a week due to my wife having breast cancer surgery. We are from Missouri, so being in an unfamiliar place, and away from our children just added stress to an already stressful week. The care and compassion that we received here was far more than we could have expected. The entire staff was amazing, from Casey and Ali at the front desk, Allen and Victor at the Marco Polo, and Ken who seems to do everything, and would do anything for you. They all have gone above and beyond to ensure our stay is the best it could be!
