My all time favourite hotel anywhere. Always a warm welcome. Always great food. Always outstanding service. Plus a view of Lake Como to die for. You just can't beat it!

Up market hotel and bar. 5 star service, brilliant food and drinks however the price reflects this. Very expensive cocktails (get a bottle of prosecco to share instead!) however the views across the lake to Bellagio are unrivalled.

Beautiful hotel in Tremezzo. The exterior is a wonder. Great location with a beautiful waterfront promenade, pool IN the lake restaurants in the hotel and all around, shops, and the Villa Carlotta next door. A gem on Lake Como. Pricey, but if luxury hotels are your thing this is a great option on the western shore.

My husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon this month (July 2018), and everything down to the general smell of the hotel (and the grounds) was absolutely perfect. The view from our room was breathtaking, the amenities were amazing, and the service was exceptional. The buffet breakfast every morning has a huge variety of delicious food and juices, and there is complimentary prossecco, which is always a plus. The floating pool on Lake Como is an unbelievable experience, and I highly recommend taking advantage of the spa services- the mint mist shower and different “heat experience” rooms in the sauna area were incredible. The only possible negative about this resort is that it makes you not want to leave/ explore Lake Como much, because you already have everything you could need or want. Very expensive to book a room, but once you are there everything is reasonably priced, considering the high quality and unparalleled experience you will have. Highly recommend!

Magnifique old renovated palace. Views and outdoor pool are a must.

What more can be said about a hotel that will bring your dog some designer water, and a nice dish of premium dog food, for free, unasked? Truly 5 stars.

Location is fantastic ,but foods are not good.
The Chef(specially the foods that being served in upper pool,where the Pizza ...is) must up grade himself!!
Some "Waiters", seems doesn't know/understand, that they are working in a 5☆Hotel.🤔.
Need more effort&knowledge!

Truly worthy of the term "Grand". Beautiful hotel and grounds with outstanding management team and staff. Probably be the most enjoyable hotel I have ever stayed in. The "sweetie" bar is unique.

A true institution. Magnificent location, very stylish but still keeping the old grandeur of one of the European hotel grande dames. The entire hotel, gardens and pools immaculately maintained, staff amazing across all areas. Worth the money. We booked a room facing the garden as the lake view rooms face also a fairly noisy street and have not regretted it. Not only was the room peaceful and quiet but the view of the garden was gorgeous.

Atmosphere at l'scala for dinner was wonderful. Cappuccinos by the pool is a must.

An unbelievable property in a special setting, secluded from the touristy enclaves and at the foot of the lake overlooking the stunning mountains. While staying here, you feel like you’re in an old palace filled with history, amazing food, a beautiful spa and awesome grounds. Couldn’t recommend this enough!

Maybe the single best hotel experience I've ever had. Everything was just exquisite. Rooms, food, service, location.....all 5 star. If you're considering Como and have money to spend, I cannot see a scenario where anywhere else is better.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have every stepped foot in. I am extremely lucky to have got to stay at this life changing hotel. The service we experienced from the moment we arrived to the moment we left was absolutely amazing. The rooms were stunning, the food was amazing, the cocktails were wonderful. I will most definitely be flying across the world to stay at the hotel once again in the future.

Beautiful hotel! It overlooks the lake. It is incredibly expensive, but incredibly beautiful.

I proposed to my now fiance here. We absolutely loved the place. It has a family run attention to detail, engaging staff and a "Great Gatsby" chic.

We also loved the location as we ventured to all sorts of romantic spots. It's not cheap but it's value.

Beautiful view, nice service, and wonderful grounds all make for a very pleasent stay. Both pools are incredible and definitely ask for the boat tour on the hotel's private wooden water taxi!

Had dinner at La Terrazza and it was hands down the best dining experience I have ever had. 5 star rated doesn't justify it. It's pricey but it's worth it. Every staff member I encountered was nothing but polite, professional and courteous.

Just had coffee & desserts here, but it was worth it! Very elegant ambience, very friendly staff, beautiful view over lake Como.

Absolutely stunning! Atmosphere is so lovely, views are spectacular. A beautiful garden and staff is friendly, helpful and of the best standard. Really an experience I loved and will always remember! Felt like I went back in time.

Even if you're not staying here a drink at the beach bar in front of the floating pool is a must. While the prices for cocktails are on the high end, the views offered here are worth it.

Great location and views across the lake. Very friendly staff and great amenities, especially the pools (3) and the tennis. Rooms a little small but well appointed and comfortable. Restaurant is top notch. Of course all come a a price but a great a treat.

Best veal I have ever had. 8 course dinner was amazing. Everything was perfect and tremezzo was very accommodating. Definitely will visit again.

Not many words needed. One of the most impressive buildings on the west side of the lake. Prices may be high but service and the view absolutely make up for it!

Start out with Lake Como, add a beautiful hotel with wonderful rooms and spectacular views and you have a very nice package. But it just starts here. The restaurants are first class by any standard but everything is overshadowed by the exceptional , friendly and professional service. The entire staff made our stay very special. I would highly recommend this Hotel.

The terrace bar is a great place for an aperitivo. Not outrageously priced, and the view and snacks are totally worth it.

Fantastic Hotel on Como Lake. Ideal to enjoy a fancy aperitif on the terrace or swim in the pool situated in the lake.

Beautiful hotel, we stayed here on our wedding night as well as having our wedding meal there. Fabulous.
