Very good hotel. I was not expecting this given the cheap price.
Staff: very friendly and helpful.
Location: just 2 minutes walk from the Arc de triumph. Very central and it is by McDonalds and Burger king if you are after a quick fix as McDonalds closes at 2:00 am so nice if you get hungry at night like me. Also very close to the metro and bus stops. Again only 1-2 minutes walk.
Room is not massive but it has all you need: bed, table, two chairs, TV, toilet and shower, big wardrobe, very nice lighting system. And little balcony/window.
Cleanliness: super clean
Bed: ok this is an interesting one, I never write about beds hahah but the pillows here were like clouds. Soo soft (loooved them).
Suggestion: The fridge contents are not for free. I think I would have been super happy if they were free even though they don’t cost that much but they would make your guests very happy. Trust me this makes a huge difference.
Would definitely book the same hotel again. I stayed in another one far from the centre slightly cheaper but no I guess it is worth spending a little more especially of you need to be close to the city centre.

Staff were very friendly and it's a good launchpAd for exploring Paris. Rooms were tight and had some dodgy fixtures and fittings bit it was warm and clean.ap

Great position, metro is 2 minutes away, very kind and helpful staff, it is not noisy at all at nights, everything was clean, the cleaning staff did their job daily, the rooms equipmemt is perfect for tourists, who just want to use the hotel to shower and sleep. Breakfast acceptable. There is a supermarket very close also. Perfect choose for a few days of stay for tourists! Can recommend, 5/5!

Location and customer service was great. Can't control the temperature in room (thermostat is locked at certain temperature by hotel) so it was extremely hot. Anyone can get your room key ( you have to hand in your physical room key to reception before leaving hotel than get it back when u come back. No ID required to get key back even if receptionist never seen u) and enter your room. Room was clean with daily cleaning. Friendly staff. great location.

The hotel is very nice and hotel staff was always helpful. Only thing I was not satisfied with was missing fresh vegetables and fruits during breakfast.
