We were looking forward to this stay. It is in a great location and convenient to access. Disappointed to discover off street parking was $65 a night despite everything online indicating it is $45 a night.

The room was clean, but the bathroom left a lot to be desired. I was not expecting thin one ply toilet paper in a 4 star hotel There is mould in the corners of the shower. However, the water pressure was good and there was enough hot water though. Beware the taps gush out and the regulation on the tap handle is a little awkward,

The bed was comfortable but the air conditioning and the fridge gurgled and rattled all night. It was a decent sized fridge though for the kitchenette which had tea and coffee facilities. If you have olfactory sense issues there is a heavy unpleasant perfume pervading the corridors and elevator in the building.

Items were missing from the kitchenette. The tv was broken and the movie package was not working despite taking our fee.

After several attempts to get a refund and to have the situation remedied, we are still waiting for a response from the manager as no one seems to have the authority to make a decision to solve the problem. Maintenance has still yet to show to fix the tv.

We were not given clear details of the person we needed to speak to to get a refund either. ‘Your friends at the front desk’ were reluctant to tell us their names in plain understandable English. If we hadn’t paid in advance for so many nights we would have checked out sooner.

We went to the cafe called Oak and Vine for a drink and dinner. Nice clean little venue and atmosphere was excellent it was quiet and we ordered dinner whilst we were having drinks .🍷We were happy we staying as it peaceful and could have a chat without the noise. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and we would definitely recommend going there for a meal. We did not stay at this resort just stopped in for a meal.

I stayed here 5 nights in late Feb 2025. staff are nice and friendly. The room needed some cleaning (that colourful carpet that hides everything, was not hiding the previous guest's hair, nor some other rubbish scattered all around). The top floor is Level 6 and don't really expect much of a view – my balcony faced the very-close building next door. The building overall seems a bit neglected.
