Great service and staff Pullman had a rather friendly and wonderful staff giving me a consistently amazing experience while I was there. The food always arrived on time and was always pretty decent. The room was well done but did have some minor problems with the bed not being as comfortable as I hoped it would be. Other than that the decour was fantastic and left me with a wonderfully positive experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Pullman. Staff (including door men and front desk) were very polite and helpful. The room was big, clean, modern, quite, and had a great view of the British Library. Nice touches like power plug built in to night stands, waterfall shower in bathroom, and complimentary glass water bottles (flat and sparkling) in the room were greatly appreciated.

This place was wonderful. My wife frequently stays with the Pullman group and she wangled us a family room upgrade with some loyalty points. We had to be moved from our first room due to some noise issues, but the staff were brilliant about it and offered us a complimentary breakfast to say sorry - by some margin the best hotel breakfast I have ever had! We dined there one evening too - the food was universally excellent. The views from the floor we stayed on were also amazing.
I would stay here again without hesitation - the best hotel we've stayed in in London.

I'm writing this review after staying at another Pullman location. So, I can compare. I stayed at the Pullman St Pancras at the end of July 2017. The hotel is in a great location. One block from King's Cross: a major railway hub, with railway connections to any location in London (including London's Heathrow and Gatwick). All major Underground lines stop at King's Cross. The hotel is relatively modern, with a fashionable decor, in line with other Pullmans properties. The quality of service and housekeeping could be refined /enhanced to meet the standards of an upscale business hotel. (That said, and can be noticed reading other reviews and comments, - the management is open to feedback and continuously work to improve service and quality.)

I've not stayed at this hotel but have used it extensively for business meetings. The staff are professional, efficient and the costs are reasonable.
There are meeting room down in the basement, but I suggest you ask for a room in the Business Playground on the fifteenth floor - the rooms across the London cityscape are simply stunning!
The food is excellent, and everything is done to ensure you maximise your time in the business meeting.

We stayed at the Pullman Hotel for our wedding night. The staff there were really friendly and helpful, plus they upgraded our room upon arrival and went the extra mile to make our stay with them even more special. We stayed on the 15th floor which had an amazing view of London. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location and close to the Tube and bus stations. The service by Racquel at check-in was attentive. The rooms are spacious unlike most hotels in London. They have a small well-equipped gym but you must ask that they grant access with your room key (rather strange procedure as you would expect this to be automatic). The breakfast buffet is healthy and sumptuous and caters for all diets with coffee and tea as you like it. Almost everyone is friendly and helpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Pullman St Pancras. The King’s Cross area has become very cool (the Coal Dumps Yard is worth a visit) and the underground lines passing nearby make it a very convenient location for many parts of London.
I love good views, and with the upgrade bid (for 50£ per night, you know only during check-in whether you get it), I got a room on the top floor with an amazing view over central London. On the other hand, the outside of the hotel is – well – nothing special. The room itself was very nice and large, with a large window front and tight curtain.
Of course, nobody is perfect: The bathroom floor is cold and the bathroom sink table is small, even for a solo traveler. But that’s it for negatives. The elevators are fast and rarely there is a wait. The HVAC is easy to control and responsive (not loud, but noticeable). The breakfast is very good, there is a lively lobby and bar. All the staff I’ve encountered is very nice and helpful.
All in all, an excellent choice at a very good price (for central London).

Wow, what an amazing stay we had at the Pullman hotel. Would like to say a massive thank you to Jessica from reservations who looked after us throughout our stay ensuring everything was perfect-which it was! My family and I stayed at the hotel ahead of my recent wedding. The hotel and staff could not have been more helpful! They upgraded my room to give plenty of room for getting ready and provided me and my guests with flexible check in and out times due to their travel schedule. The rooms were beautiful, modern, quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also EXCELLENT. Truly one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had.

Great location! You'd be about 20 minutes away from a lot of touristy areas. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is a buffet (quite decent). The only downside is that the rooms don't have drawers which is an inconvenience if you're staying in the area for longer than a few days.

This is my favourite hotel in Central London. It's good for the Underground (Euston or Kings Cross). The Pullman describes itself as "upscale" which to me means good quality facilities, but of course the price goes with it. Specifically I find you get a very comfortable bedroom and bathroom. The restaurant food is very good and the service is excellent throughout.

The hotel is pleasant and quiet with a modern feel. It is located close to underground station. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are nice. I am very detail focused when it comes to maintenance issues like water damage, worn furniture, stained carpet, poor drywall watches, etc. I didn't notice any maintenance issues, which is quite rare.

I was here for a conference. It is very convenient for Kings Cross St Pancras rail and tube stations. The conference theatre room we were in was fantastic - really big, with great acoustics, very well set up and well run (I guess by event staff and hotel staff). The ante room was also nice and big, with good space for exhibitors and multiple areas for refreshments. Also good acoustics here - even when there were hundreds of people chatting it was never too loud to have a conversation at normal volume. The service was all fantastic, which again reflects well on the hotel staff as well as the event staff. Great!

We are always made to feel like valued customers from check in through to check out. The wonderful buffet breakfast is a hilight and the rooms are very comfortable. On this visit the room was late being made up (15.45) and as we were on the front it was quite noisy. We have asked for a back facing room next time. The entire staff are always cheerful, polite and helpful. It is always our go to hotel when we visit London.

I organized a group bloc at the hotel as we had an event at the Shaw Theatre. Pullman is a very chic, upscale hotel. Clean, nice facilities. Breakfast was great and the bar vibe at night was cool. The guest services manager took the time to write a personal note and had treats delivered to the room, which was a really nice touch. Something you would think more hotels would do when you bring them business.

From the moment we entered the Pullman we felt special. We were welcomed quickly even though the staff in the lobby were all attending to other customers. The service was friendly and personal.
Our room was large and quiet. We had a great sleep ahead of our train trip to Paris the next day. The hotel is close to lots of places to eat of varying types and prices and very close to St Pancras International which was great.
Our checkout was fast and easy and off we went with smiles on our faces.

The room was very comfortable, and I was surprised by how quiet it was in this busy part of London. With minimal noise and with great black out curtains, I was able to get really good sleep while still enjoying a great location. Food was good too. One minor complaint: I needed to leave to catch early morning flight. Early morning staff was just one person (fine) but she was very slow checking me out. (Why? I didn't even have room charges and was just paying with same credit card on record.) No one available to open door, so a little tricky getting my suitcase out especially since revolving door was locked. No one available to call cab. But these things are minor compared to the great night's sleep I got. Would definitely visit again.

Visited the bar (2nd Sept 2017) as recommended by a local restaurant as a nice place to chill out and enjoy a variety of whisky. Wonderful atmosphere and the staff were friendly and efficient. Nice cocktails and a very wide selection of whisky. However, be aware. All three orders of whisky were priced on our bill between £1 and £4 more than the menu. The staff couldn't explain why but they corrected this for us when we mentioned the discrepancy. The Makers Mark 46 was also incorrectly named "Makers Mark 46 Years Old". When in fact the 46 is only a brand name. It appears that whoever printed the menu and whoever sets the prices are living in separate planets. Please check your bill before paying. I'd have given them 5 stars if they didn't make such a poor mistake with the pricing and descriptions on their menu.

This was our second trip to London and we like our first stay in this hotel so much, we chose it for our second trip. It is located between two train and underground stations. Great restaurants in the area. (Although, we had the hotel breakfast every day to get us started. ) The room was quiet and again. This will always be our hotel when we come to London.
We have also recommend this hotel to several of our friends who have since stayed there and also speak highly of it.

I am never disappointed staying at the London Pullman and this time was no exception. My room was quiet, comfortable and accessible earlier than the regular check-in time which was fortunate as I had flown overnight to London and needed a rest/freshen up before my first meeting. Staff are very friendly while being professional and no request is too small for them to consider. Even the bellmen are very friendly, remember you, and give invaluable information on places to go and things to do in London.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience in this hotel. We had a short weekend visit, and the staff were professional, attentive and personable. The hotel and the room were well apportioned. The location is excellent. My wife became unwell overnight and the front desk staff were especially helpful arranging a hospital visit and ensuring our comfort upon return. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The Pullman was fabulous. The location is super central and located right next to Kings Cross/St. Pancras train stations. The staff was extremely welcoming and the doorman went out of his way to help us. The hotel is very modern and the room was new and lovely. Large by London standards. When we first checked in we were disappointed in our room as it was smaller than we first anticipated and had a very bad view, this was even more disheartening as we booked 7 months in advance, and was our first weekend away together. After informing the staff of our displease in the room, they were quick to help us out and find another room which had an astonishing view and looked much more spacious. It was also 9 floors higher which made it even better as we enjoy a high view.
Overall the customer service in the hotel was astonishing and I can't thank the staff enough as they were professional but also easy to talk to. And I must commend a man named Tim, whom we unfortunately did not get the surname of, as he helped ensure that our stay was comfortable and up to our standards. Not to mention he was extremely polite and professional.

Hotel was modern and clean looking, the room was a good size and a very pleasant place to stay. The bathroom in the room had a lovely big walk in shower. We did not dine but used the bar which was a little expensive but very nice.
Only niggle was waiting for coffee at breakfast, it seemed to take a long longer than I would have expected. We were half way through eating our breakfast when it finally arrived

I had an excellent experience at Pullman Hotel St Pancras. Everything was perfect, from the welcome by the friendly doorman, the front desk and the staff. The breakfast was excellent and quiet despite being full of guests.
The room service was also great. The view from the room was beautiful. I had to take a taxi to Heathrow Airport and the front desk got me a very spacious car for a good price.

Even though I was not feeling well the staff was excellent and helped me feel comfortable in every way possible. From extra orange juice and seltzer at the breakfast, to housekeeping letting me give them the briefest of intervals to tidy my room, to room service "Bill" who delivered some nice warm soup. Everybody did their best to make my stay the best it possibly could be. I will definitely seek out Pullman hotels for future.

I loved my stay! First of all, the hotel staff who checked me in was professional, yet the experience felt personal. For example, the gentleman, Johan, actually introduced himself and let me know that I could talk to him directly if I needed anything. That was nice.
As for the room, it was very clean and modern. The bed was so comfortable, and I loved the coffee machine and waterfall shower head! Thanks for a fantastic stay.

I had a very comfortable, quiet stay for my course in London. I was always greeted by the lovely, courteous staff. Breakfast each morning was fabulous. I especially loved the wide choice of fruits and berries with yogurts, fresh milk/cream, cereals, breads and pastries and the classic full English breakfast. The room was spacious and filled with all amenities- including bathrobes/slippers, as well the the usual toiletries.

The room layout, color code and one picture made the room feel dull. We loved the location. I enjoyed being close to the city center but not too close that it was too congested or noisy. The staff at the hotel were fantastic. It was great to be greeted every time we returned to the hotel. The food and drinks at the hotel bar and restaurant were SO great. I may never be able to have a gun and tonic again. The ones I had at Pullman can't be outdone!

Mixed feelings: disappointing small room but very friendly service. An exceptional warm welcome by numerous staff upon check in & every time we walk into foyer. Fantastic central location to everything you could want & nice comfy bed. But the classic room size is small depending on certain floors even by London standards but clean, tidy & suitably appointed. See my other reviews for a much better hotel nearby & a fantastic Italian restaurant just around the corner. UPDATE: Great service continues with thanks. Pullman kindly moved us to another room on 2nd floor with slightly more room. Apparently higher floor, slightly better view but smaller room. Lower floor, with not so good view & long walk to the lift but slightly more space.

The room was good. We had a few connection problems with the TV during our stay where the TV would just cut off while watching. We reported it and it was fixed the same day. We had the breakfast included with our room and it was varied with fruits, breads, cold cuts, cheeses, but the hot foods was very limited and after 6 days of it, there was desire for something more. However, the room was clean and it was overall a decent stay. The bed was comfortable. A suggestion that would be nice is to have an omelette station in the breakfast like in the Berlin Pullman Hotel.

Probably the best hotel I've ever encountered! Everyone was extremely friendly, the in house manager at the time of my stay, made sure I had everything I required to be satisfied with my stay. The food services was very extravagant, the scenery was beautiful and uplifting. Their timing was perfect, it didn't take long after I ordered my food that I received it. Overall, very amazing experience.

We only stayed one night on this occasion however we found everything was done efficiently and our room was comfortable. Our only problem was a lack of instructions on how to use the air conditioning. We particularly liked the quality, variety and presentation of the breakfast. The staff were very helpful and the cooked breakfast was the best we've had in a hotel for some years - quality and content. The bed was comfortable and so was the pillow.

This is my third time staying at Pullman St. Pancras. It is always my top choice when visiting London. The old saying you get what you pay for is what applies to this fantastic dynamic hotel. From the moment my car pulled up at the enternce I felt like I was at my own home.Seamless check in greater by guests relationship manager. Shown around my suite told that if I need anything just call. Room facility's are probably some of the best in London. I had everything I needed table sofa area TV kitchen unit stunning bathroom facility's jacuzzi bath stunning shower unit which was separate from the bath. Yes I booked a suite but the suite passed every expectation along with amazing service Easy relaxing no stress staff did everything to help felt like I was back home where I belonged this hotel is always my preference of choice from now on

Very good hotel. As a regular guest I am greeted by a member of the Guest Relations Team. On this particular occasion there was a new receptionist who did not know be, but the Guest Relations Manager explained she needed to remember me as a favoured guest. My particular room preferences are all taken care of. The buffet breakfast is the best I have encountered in London and my breakfast special requests are catered for. We are always treated very well and known by the staff who refer to my wife and I by name. The doormen are always extermely helpful and the proximity to St Pancras station suits our travel needs perfectly.

We stayed at Hotel Pullman for one night. The hotel upgraded us from Classic to Deluxe as a generous gesture which I really appreciated. Prior to check in, I've emailed the hotel whether they could prepare a surprise for my wife's birthday. Indeed, they prided themselves to make each guest happy. My wife received Macaroon in the room which delighted her. The hotel is excellently located between King cross station n Euston Station n u could have a fuss free day trip to nearby city. I'll definitely come back.

Food and drink expensive but very good quality. Bedroom was comfortable but we hate watching television from the bed and would have preferred a couple of armchairs. (NOT the bench that is apparently in some rooms!) Shower room was lovely but would have been perfect if there had been more hooks to hang clothes and towels. Cleaning staff obviously had common sense and didn't fold up used towels we wanted to reuse. This meant we knew which towel was whose!

It's been a year or 2 since we had stayed here and it was just a good as it was last time. The staff are warm and welcome from the moment you step into the lobby. Check in was done within minutes and we were in our large clean room very quickly. Breakfast was excellent as usual with a massive selection. We always like to stay here when we visit London.

It was a very positive experience from the outset. I was greeted at Reception and directed to my room which I found to be extremely well appointed and spacious. The standard of the decor within the room and the quality of the en suite was very good. The provision of courtesy dressing robes and an iron was also welcome.The bed was comfortable and the breakfast had an extensive choice. I cannot find fault with any aspect of my stay and would certainly return.

It was a really fantastic stay in a fabulous hotel. The staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble, we had a wonderful welcome with a lovely birthday gift in our room, which was the reason for our trip.
The hotel was in a brilliant location, minutes from Kings Cross and St Pancras tube and train stations as well as many places easily accessible on foot.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and visit again.

We have stayed at Pullman for 4 nights with breakfast. We liked the location (every attraction in London and outside is easily accessible) and its cleanliness.
The rooms were small, no bathtub, with a modern shower though and nothing was missing. An impersonal room, nothing to remember and nothing to hate.
The service varied enormously: the reception staff was very friendly, the waiting staff less (Miguel and the girl with red hair were very nice, but they were the exception) while the cooks downright rude.
The biggest letdown was the breakfast: while plenty of food, I missed a pancake station or warm waffles and customized omelettes. On an occasion, all the tables were full and we had to go somewhere in an underground room with stained tables where we were completely forgotten by the staff who did not clean our tables our refilled our coffee.
However, given its location and quality/price ratio, we will return and recommend

Great hotel for Euston, St. Pancreas or Kings Cross station. Exactly 1/2 way between Euston and St. Pancreas. Modern rooms, very nice re-done bathrooms, both human and ATM style check-in machines (take your pick). The lift was a bit slow to the higher floors. Still, great location for North London travel links.

During our check-in, the front office staff were really nice to us. She spoke to our son and she remembered our son loves Leicester City football club, then we received a compliment slip with Leicester City football club badge printed on it with her handwriting words "Hope your team will win tonight!" when we return to our room by the end of the football match day. Also, the breakfast was really yummy and awesome!

My visit in January was very positive; the check in staff were lovely and the door greeters were also awesome. The room was very clean and they picked out a quiet part of the hotel; they asked which side of the hotel is my preference however I was mostly indifferent and was pleasantly surprised.

There are few accessible plug sockets in the lobby so make sure your devices are charged before waiting downstairs, as you might not be able to charge devices there.
I was not the person paying for the room (a workshop was going on, so it was paid for by the event organizer) so I cannot personally comment on the price.

Doorman helpful and welcoming, giving an excellent first impression. Reception staff were equally as pleasant and our room was ready and available before the stated check in time.
Very comfortable bed and a there was a very good range of equipment and services in the room.
The breakfast was superb, with an excellent range of freshly prepared food. The staff were very helpful and attentive. When returning to collect suitcases after checkout, again, staff were pleasant and efficient.

I love the impact of entering the Pullman lobby - great decor, music, ambience. Very chic, very French. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated and equipped. This was one of the first hotels I stayed at when I came to London. At the time it was a Novotel and the lobby alone was striking and beautiful. Over time is has changed hands but I would still recommend it as the standard of the hotel has not gone down at all.
For London, the rooms are very spacious and the amenities are fantastic. The beds are extremely comfortable and I have never had a problem with noise when staying here.
The breakfast is delicious though and even the room service is good!
Though it isn't close to many attractions it is close to a tube station and a main railway station too!

This hotel is great! Checkin is a breeze and all the staff are so kind! My husband and I visited the bar on our first night and had delicious cocktails! They also gave us popcorn to eat with it. The popcorn was a great treat! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I attended a work awards function at the Pullman. The lounge and event space was great, with interesting decor throughout. The food and service was decent, and the drinks at the bar cost both an arm, and a leg.

One of the best hotels I have ever been. Very helpful staff, excellent breakfast and I must admit very good food inside the hotel's restaurant in normal prices. The room very spacious and clean. We made family vacations with two small kids and we had a great staying.

We stay at this hotel very regularly and are surprised everytime by the attentiveness of the staff and their willingness to help. The rooms are always clean and room service are always fast. The doorman is great and helped us with all the little extra things, to help make our stay that little bit more special. The location is great and is situated 5 minutes from Kingscross, St. Pancras and Euston.

A modern, chic property with facilities to match that off a 5-star hotel. Service would likely meet your expectation, although the levels of attentiveness could have been a bit better. Good standards of housekeeping and cleanliness. Breakfast options are amazing, fresh and in my opinion, satisfies demanding tastebuds.
