I Would love to give more stars, but I cant. I've stayed in 3 stars hotels before that was better. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean, but something is missing. Just doesnt feel 5 star. I paid about 450usd/night and can definitely find better ones in this price range. Location is very good and convenient if you're visiting London for shopping, sightseeing etc.

This has now become my favourite place to stay in London. Apart from being conveniently located near Hyde Park, Oxford street, Bond Street etc. the hotel staff are ready and willing to take care of your needs. It offers a wonderful app with services like check in check out requests for additional toiletries, bedding, housekeeping etc etc on your finger tips. This time I am given a room with beautiful view of garden.

Great location, the service was immaculate. Was there for an industry award ceremony and I have to admit the whole evening was excellent, very swanky without the unnecessary attitude that you would expect to get due to the location. Did not stay overnight as a guest, but in terms of the space as a venue it was excellent.

Great hotel, staff is friendly, house keeping is good. But the shocking part is when I asked room service today to send me an EMPTY plate with a fork and knife they said they would charge 4 pounds for that. However upon over shock revelation to the operator they ended up sending it for free but really were they serious when they mentioned about the charge 😂

Upmarket Hotel. Top quality service. During the Nov 2017 Oxford Circus security incident, they opened their doors to anyone running away from Oxford Street. They offered a safe refuge in both basements. Tea, Coffee, Soft Drinks, & Cookies were unlimited & on the House. Absolutely Amazing service. They looked after all strangers seeking a safe shelter.

Burns charity Global Make Some Noise night fabulous, but toilets too far from function room and heating way too hot in both areas, went to cool off but hot water came out of cold water taps 🤔. Didn't spoil great night out with friends and met some lovely people too so 8/10. Food service first class and very tasty. Stunning building, location great and adequate, clean rooms. Nice breakfast in the Gordon Ramsay affiliated room.

This was a fabulous place to stay in London. It was so close to get things to do and transportation in the city. We also thought our room was so clean and so comfortable for good night sleep after busy day being tourists. The food here was good and staff very nice and helpful

Loved our experience at this hotel. We were upgraded to a suite and were very pleased.
The whole hotel has been updated except for the suites. It did not matter as we were pleased with our stay. On the way out, I was informed that the bottom floor suites are being upgraded now.
We will definitely be back to visit this hotel again.

This hotel is superbly located, in an attractive building from the outside. Unfortunately, the charm quickly falls past reception and the room we had felt pretty ordinary despite the high price tag. A number of features were in need of some renovation (e.g. awkward bathroom door with two panes that did not close properly). Nothing dramatic, but one would hope for a little bit more polish. A bright spot, however, is the restaurant attached to the hotel, Maze by Gordon Ramsay, which was both excellent and great fun.

That phone as proved an invaluable navigational and useful communication utility as I live outside Europe and don't have an international phone plan. It's a little pricey though, compared to other nice Marriott's.

I only went there to visit a friend and we chilled in the executive lounge. The lounge is very good and comforting. The staff as well are friendly. The only problem is that the cell phone service is quite bad.

Attended an awards ceremony here. The venue is stunning with beautiful light furnishings and the chandeliers to die for. Staff extremely helpful and accommodating. There were around 350 of us and the food came out in excellent time, all piping hot as there were plenty of waiting staff. Good quality food - not huge portions (except for the dessert which was an enormous jam jar of delicious lemon posset! A lovely afternoon. Highly recommended as a venue.

We were in a very large event room for 300+ people. It had just been refurbished and looked really nice. Service was a little bit military but understand due to size of event. Long way to toilets and no dedicated facilities for the event room. Lobby a bit tired looking and no help finding the room when we arrived.

Nice hotel in a great central location just a minute walk from Oxford Street. Room size was typical for London central hotels, just about big enough and very clean. Executive lounge was more practical for breakfast as it was buffet, unlike the main restaurant where you have to order most of your meal after you are seated. Liked the mobile phone offered during the stay with free calls and internet.

This is a beautiful hotel. I booked the large double with the sofa bed and was treated with the balcony room on check in. The room itself is amazing, the complimentary fruit, the welcome note and orchids, the huge shower and bath that was more like a small plunge pool, it was beautiful.
The only thing that let it down (and I wish it hadn't) was the wedding reception taking place downstairs on Saturday night. We must have been right on top of it, and had to put up with the high base from the music, and a very loud DJ until 1am. To make it worse, I reported this at check out only for the man to act as though we hadn't said anything wrong. An apology and explanation would have gone a long way. Very disappointing end to an amazing stay.

Wonderful hotel with great staff. Nice rooms and excellent choice of food. The hotel quietly boasts to have one of the best cocktail bars in London (The Luggage Room) and I would have to agree. Every cocktail is a creation and they take great pride on making their customers happy.

Did not like that they said VAT was included when booking but then front desk said that it was not upon check out. Had to dispute with credit card

I had a good time at APS London. The conference was great, with lots of time to meet and chat to people. Really well run and organised and a lot of fine. The Marriott was nice and they provided plenty of food although it lacked seasoning. But it was a good space to hold and attend a conference in.

Spent a week here and it was perfectly comfortable. We loved the central location and the stylish neighborhood. Service was very friendly. When you book, you may want to request a park view. And the breakfast and lounge amenities are great, if you are a Marriott frequent flyer. The gym looked very fine too.
