It was really nice. Stayed two nights. Noticed a small blood stain on the mattress after the first night so I put it on the bathroom floor to be changed and when I came back it had been put back on the bed, still a little damp from the bathroom floor. Not sure I can blame them since they might not have known why it was in there but assumed they'd have put another one on. Other than that, no concerns.

The rooms were very nice. Comfortable bed. My kids enjoyed the pool. Just wish they had a better breakfast option in the mornings, especially for the kids.

Beautiful retro design in lobby and in rooms. Clean sleepimg area with funky angular closet doors and plenty of room to walk. Big shower with the controls where they can be reached to set the water temp without getting scalded. Walkway to the convention Center from the hotel lobby. Good water pressure in shower. Room is digitally climate controlled. Linens are extremely clean. A quality place to stay.

Courtyard by Marriott Muncie at Horizon Convention Center was a great stop on my trip. It was large and clean, and the room had a great aesthetic with natural light flowing into the room. The pool was clean. The hotel room television had the ability to log on to your Netflix account, so it was nice to catch up on the shows I would normally watch at home. Great location and amenities, would recommend to anyone traveling through the area.

One of the nicest Courtyards I have stayed in - new and very modern and clean in downtown Muncie (attached to convention center). Great shower (no tub). Be forewarned, the Bistro is very busy in the mornings. The nice thing about this hotel is that they are a training site for people with disabilities so staying there help many people who might not be able to find jobs elsewhere.

Disappointing stay. We reserved and stayed in a suite. There was a small pile of trash in one corner of the bedroom, the lamps/tables were quite dusty, and the shower had brown stains under and around the corner seat. There were several dark stains on the living room carpet.
Looking for the hair dryer, we finally found it in the kitchenette cupboards...weird. Only coffee was available in the room; we are both tea drinkers. The fitted sheets were rough (top sheets fine), and one of the towels was threadbare(you could see through the hole). No breakfast was included (but could be purchased for $10 per person).
A train track runs right behind the hotel, and although we didn't hear whistles, the rumbling of the train cars woke us up twice in the night.
For the price we paid, this was a disappointing stay.

The hotel was very modern. Very nice rooms. The place has a medium sized indoor swimming pool. It also has a cool fire pit outside to hang out by. The main reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the fact that they do not offer a free breakfast.

Very nice hotel, modern, clean. Mobile check in was easy. The beds are extremely firm. It's not easy to get a good nights rest when you wake up every couple hours with a body part numb.

Staff is super friendly and accommodating. There is a great brew pub attached off the lobby called Three Wise Men that has very tasty wings, pizza, and beer. Parking is around back in a garage and is free which is not the trend in Marriott properties. A key card is required and can be obtained from front desk upon check-in.

The rooms are nice and overall well kept. Housekeeping staff do well here and while not up to luxury standards, out is in line with courtyard expectations without exceeding them. The hotel is new and that shows. What really needs work is the professionalism of the front desk. On arrival, the girl at the desk was too busy with her friends in the lounge and the next day the guy at the desk was leaning on it concerned with his phone. Room service is not offered and the small menu at the Bistro did not inspire, but being attached to Three Wise Men is a definite plus.

Beautiful, newly built building. Great value. Our room was clean, modern and had a great view. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in a hotel. The manager, Chris, helped us resolve an issue with our check out time. He was very understanding and a big help. Our room was generally peaceful with minor disturbances to be expected at any hotel. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice stay at a great price.

Very nice hotel rooms. Very good guest fitness center and front desk service. Was going to an event at the convention center, never had to walk outside in the cold with the kids. Highly recommend.

The room I stayed was very quiet, and the temperature just right. It has covered parking. There is a restaurant inside the hotel. Enjoyed it.

I took my daughter up there for my little cousins birthday party. The room was nice and clean. When they wanted more towels after the swim they got them 5 min later. The room was nice and big. I would def stay there.

Super comfy bed, probably the best I've ever slept on. The hotel was brand new when I stayed so everything was new and clean. Staff were very helpful, the front desk told me about construction which could have delayed me getting to the airport.

As a customer it would be nice to know that bit of information before you agree to buy it. It was 20 mins before closing time. Very limited selection to choose from.

Update, when mentioning the situation to desk staff the next morning they promptly a dressed the issue. We were grateful. So we changed the rating to 4. The room was comfortable, clean,and nicely decorated.

Adorable rooms look newly remodeled. Great amenities including bar/restaurant and Starbucks on lobby. Parking is a bit annoying but is free. I would stay here again!

Rooms were nice. The service through out the hotel, Especially food and beverage, was an absolute joke. We stayed two nights for a wedding. Room didn't get cleaned and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest at check in. Had a small dinner reception one night and the silverware was rolled up in what appeared to be pool room wash clothes instead of cloth napkins. Attempted to get breakfast in the bistro one morning. Put our order in and ended up leaving after an hour because we still hadn't gotten our order. Facility looks nice but overall is kind of a joke when it comes to service.

Really really nice! I mostly stay at Marriott hotels and am usually satisfied. This was one of the nicer ones I have stayed at though. Nice location, very clean and very updated. Spacious rooms!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff, who were eager to help in any way they could. The room was clean, has plush bedding, and includes all the amenities one would expect from a Marriott Hotel. This hotel is within walking distance of several local brewery pubs, which have delicious food and drinks. Love the local microbrews, including one just off the lobby of the hotel. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Muncie!

The staff were professional and courteous. The room was absolutely delish---magnificently decorated and spacious!!! The view was also terrific! The only reason I didn't give it a fifth star was that the room seemed too humid making it feel cool and our clothes damp.

Check in was very friendly and professional. The room had all the amenities with no upcharge (e.g. fridge, microwave, etc.) The hot water came out instantly hot with no waiting, which I'd never seen before. Great experience overall.

Very nice place. The rooms are on the smaller side however the bathrooms are nice. Very friendly staff and in a good spot!

We were invited guest of a couple attending charity event. Sorta the nanny for their child. We had a suite it was very roomy and customer service was awesome. I was able to bring my service dog. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant it was ok the messed up our order, but corrected it. It is a very busy. Over all the stay was great!

Toured the Erskine Green Training Institute. It was a very nice program and very important work. Had lunch at 3 Wise Men and had an excellent lunch.

The hotel was great. My in-laws loved it. The bistro seems to have a great selection of drinks and if that's not enough, good down the hall without lecing the building to the Three Wiseman brewery pub and dinner. Great pizza and beer!

I had a fantastic experience. The rooms were large and very clean. Everyone at the front desk was incredibly helpful. I had to use the business center on the overnight staff went out of their way to help me with the printer. I will definitely be back again!

Hotel was very nice, clean, modern designed room. Free wifi had good speed, easy to connect. There is a gated parking garage to shield vehicles from the elements of Indiana's weather. Staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was mediocre but what you expect at a hotel. Attached 3 Wisemen restaurant is a plus.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Marriott Muncie while in town for business. It was extremely nice, with wonderful staff who helped to make my stay great and very comfortable. The hotel is very nicely appointed with excellent amenities. There is Three Wise Men brew pub on location and it was very good and hit the spot! I will definitely be staying here again!!

This hotel is very nice. The accommodations are very nice, the rooms are spacious, and the staff is very friendly. Thr3e Wise Men Brewing Co connected to the hotel was delicious. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This is a very nice newer hotel in a convenient location.The rooms are beautiful and modern.The common hotel areas are really cool to hang out in.I haven't tried the free breakfast yet but thumbs up for having Starbucks coffee. I really like this hotel.But.The parking is not very convenient,they should add a hot tub for tired travelers and the shower with half a door makes for a breezy,cold shower.We will stay here again.

Clean, newer hotel. When I go back to Muncie, this will be where I stay again. Friendly staff. Quick help when the air conditioning wasn't working and we couldn't figure out how to work the TV.

This was a fantastic hotel. I was blown away by how nice it was. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, definitely the place to stay in Muncie regardless the reason behind your visit!!

Still new in 11/2016. Beds and pillows are really comfortable. If they have free breakfast here I didn't find it. I'll be here for 5 days, I already had to pay for the breakfast here so as far as I know, NO FREE BREAKFAST. If something changes I'll be sure to edit my review, if your reading this and it has no free breakfast then it's not free

This was my most enjoyable stay in a hotel. Ever. Amazing management, staff, rooms are gorgeous. Alvin and Gary on the team were shining stars! So pleased with the experience.

This has been one of my favorite hotels to visit. I travel for work and this hotel is perfect. There is a bistro and restaurant downstairs. I had the most friendly of welcomes when I checked in. The room is huge and very clean. I have used the pool and workout room. There is no hot tub...a little disappointed there. Great parking area and secure. Local cuisine is less than a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is located in the historical post of town. Loved it.

We love this hotel! The room was nice and clean, comfortable bed, great shower. The Courtyard also has all the amenities you need downstairs, plus a nice firepit area in the back (it rained when we stayed, so we couldn't enjoy it, but it looks nice). To top it off, the staff there is wonderful! Everyone we met was pleasant, courteous, and helpful. Convenient location, close to downtown and its bars and restaurants...and there also is a nice little brewpub in the building if you don't feel like leaving the hotel. All this for a very reasonable price. We will definitely stay there again.

I stayed a Friday and Saturday night recently. The room was very nice. A beautiful view of downtown Muncie. Room service was attentive, and accurate. The attached restaurant, Three Wise Men, was incredible.

Staff was very courteous and attentive, rooms are very clean and spacious, beds very comfortable. Hotel was located in Downtown Muncie which is currently being rejuvenated. We will be returning to the Courtyard Muncie Horizon Convention shortly.

The Courtyard seems as if it were designed by an individual who's qualifications were having stayed at a hotel once or twice.

Parking was strange. I had assumed we'd pull up out front and check in, but "no parking" signs changed our mind. After parking in the parking garage, we took a stuffy and unairconditioned ride in elevator down to the ground level. After making a long trek in another in closed, unairconditioned glass walkway on a 90+ degree day, we were greeted by a locked door accessable only by checked in guests. Back out and around in the sun.

After checking in we made our way down to the elevators (which were no where near the front desk) we made it to our smaller than expected (from pictures and price) room. For the same price I've had larger rooms in big cities like Chicago.

There were other small things that don't matter, but when added together make one wonder. The bathroom had no vent, unpleasant smells would linger in the room without being vented out, the bed while not as small as a queen was not quite king sized. There was not the customary "welcome to muncie" location guide, no card to explain the TV, no hotel guide with bistro hours or internal phone numbers. The to go coffee cups had no lids, and the refrigerator was in desperate need of defrosting.

The experience left us with the impression that the hotel wasn't bad. It certainly wasn't good, but just weird. I guess that's inline with the rest of our experience in lovely muncie Indiana.

The staff was very polite, helpful and very respectable. A very clean and nice atmosphere. I was here for a wedding that I officiated and it was a great reception and great evening here.

Stayed to avoid a long commute in nasty weather. The hotel definitely has a modern and comfortable feel. Very clean and sharp. Great lounging/gathering spots, with good food. Rooms were neat, clean and modernly appointed offering technological and personal amenities. Best part of my experience was the service. The travel site I used to book my room had a technical glitch and failed to send my reservation, so Chris, the night manager, stepped in and made sure I was set up, and he even patiently worked with the travel company to ensure I would not be billed for the "missed" reservation that the agency failed to make. He went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get settled and comfortable in my room. I am very grateful for his assistance and I highly recommend this location to everyone!

Very nice new hotel. Great facility and a great partnership with the ARC of Indiana. Great place to have 1:1 or larger meetings.

New, stylish hotel close to downtown and within a few minutes drive of Ball State. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was crisp and clean and had a modern ambiance. Great value for the overall experience.
