Spent one night last week. LOVED it, WILL be back!!! Staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the historic feel. Room was plenty big, clean and beautifully decorated. Had previously read in reviews about rooms either being hot or cold.. Somewhat true, as thermostat seems to be set on auto. However was comfortable. Liked the casino not being smoke filled. ( the smokers have their own room in casino instead of visa versa). Slots were very "friendly". Overall wonderful experience. ( except for the Denny's across the street, service was SLOW, however that seems to just be a Denny's problem WHEREVER they're located).

What a wonderful hotel. There is so much more than the casino attached to it. World class golf, tennis, horseback riding, carrige rides, spa and great restaurants. This is a historic hotel that doesn't seem stuffy. The rooms are great the campus is wonderful to walk around. It's great to grab a cup of coffee and sit on the veranda. I highly recommend even if you don't visit the best casino in southern Indiana.

We love staying at this hotel. The pool area is great and there is plenty of family friendly entertainment. The hotel rooms are really pretty, but they are small.

I attended the Wonders of the Deep New Year's Event, and it was a wonderful experience. The dinner was hosted in the Hoosier Ballroom, and offered a variety of food dishes, sides, and desserts. The party in the Windsor Ballroom was fantastic. The band was lively and played without stopping, and the acrobatic troupe performing did a splendid job.

The hotel looked great in it's Christmas decorations. We ate at the Power Station restaurant, which had very tasty food at average prices. The pool was great also, it had a lovely dolphin fountain in the middle and a net for games. The only place to change for the pool was a small bathroom in the hallway, but the bathroom did have lockers and a hot shower with shampoo and a hair dryer which I really appreciated to wash the chlorine out.

Lovely decorations for the holidays. They have 50 days of light from late November into early January including an oversized Gingerbread House.
Ate at the Power Plant Bar and the food was great. Prices only slightly high. Nice historic feel and touches.
The hotel pool is very neat with Dolphins spouting water! Hottub is outside and the doors were locked even though it seemed to be heated even in winter.

I was at the Indiana Farm Bureau State Convenient.. and my stay was totally amazing! The decorations for the holidays were amazing and I cannot say enough and the word there's not enough words to say how great it was everything was clean well-organized and quite a few shopping options while you were there and there is so many activities to do it's such great value for the time and money to stay there!

We did some shopping there, ate at the Power House Restaurant for lunch, and toured the hotel. Upscale shopping inside was very good with Christmas sales already on. We had Fish and Chips at Power House Restaurant and it was very good. I wanted to show my wife the old marble control panels and copper Frankenstein switches there. The French Lick Hotel is beautiful to tour with all the Christmas decorations.

As usual at the French Lick Springs Hotel did not disappoint. I came over to the hotel after taking a tour of the West Baden Springs Hotel. Walking around this place you see just how detailed and beautiful the place is. Outback there is a spring that although smells of sulfur is actually quite lovely. I recommend coming here again.

This past Saturday evening we enjoyed the beautiful architecture and artwork in the French Lick lobby while enjoying an espresso. We then enjoy the cool brisk walk outside in order to pay a visit to Pluto's spring. Each and every time we visit the French Lick Resort or the West Baden Hotel our hearts are filled with happiness and love.

We were just there for 45 minutes to look around. The shops and lobby areas were nice. The fall decorations were beautifully done. Every staff member greeted us and helped any way they could. Wish we would have had more time.

This is a beautiful hotel with lots if amenities. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed using the pool, taking a trolley, and were able to use the shuttle bus to visit the nearby winery. Our dinner was very good, and we also enjoyed sitting in the front porch listening to music. There are lots of activities for children and games, bit we did find the arcade a bit disappointing. We wanted to bowl, but the bowling alley waa overcrowded. Still a very enjoyable stay. It's like stepping back in time!

French Lick Resort is a very nice and relaxing venue. The decor is quite elegant and nostalgic. The long front porch with the rocking chairs take me back to my childhood. The staff is helpful and accommodating. My husband and I were celebrating our 44th anniversary. We couldn't have chosen a better place!! You just have to be here to experience all the good things you hear about the resort.

This place is so great. We had a room with rose petals on the bed and a rose and some great wine glasses. Everyone is so friendly. We will always come back to this place. We only had 1 problem. 1 waitress was really rude. I would tell everyone to come here. So much to do. Its so gorgeous. It reminds me of movies back in tje 1800s.

I work for Cook so I'm biased. But it was a neat place! That coming from someone with little interest in history... I think the renovation efforts are very interesting and well done. Worth at least checking out what they have to offer.

This is a beautiful old resort and I've stayed here many times and it is always a great stay. Professional employees, amazing food, and tons to do. My most recent trip was just to hang out and visit family, their front porch is perfect for that.

Beautiful historic hotel with an air of old world charm. One of my favorite areas of this hotel is the huge wrap around porch filled with rocking chairs and wicker furniture. Quaint boutique shops, various restaurants, a casino, an even a bowling alley can be found at this hotel.

Think the Grande Hotel on Mackinac Island. Nah. well, maybe. Both places are historical gems. French lick besides being the birthplace of Larry Byrd, is where the gentry used to travel for the Springs. Sulfur water & they convinced people it was THE thing for their health. Both the French Lick Springs Hotel and the Baden Resort are amazing places. I love history, architecture and stories. these places overflow with all three. One day was just not enough time. I Wanna Go BACK! It is SO Lovely and everyone there (over 700 employees at the hotel!) is just so cordial and welcoming. It is a wonderful place.

Large rooms in a historic building. The fitness center was great! Ate at the Power Plant. It's pretty awesome how so much is connected to the hotel and casino, you could easily never go outside and get all over the place.

Stayed at hotel Sunday Oct. 19th for truck or treat drawing. Entire hotel was freezing cold. Ate at "The Powerhouse". Service was terrible, order was wrong, steak was burnt, Cesar salad was slimy and taste like straight salty viniger. Waitress filled my sprite back up with water and when I let her know of the accident she responded " I do that all the time!" Overall my worst experience staying at the hotel. All my other stays have be decent which is why i still left three stars instead of one.

Didnt think I'd end up enjoying my weekend here as much as I did. the hotel has a certain charm to it. I loved the atmosphere, the rocking chairs, the music, the ghost stories, even for someone who doesn't like golf and wasn't old enough to gamble I had fun.
