We take responsibility to actively reduce the ecological impact of our hotel. The small Oak Tree left on the bed by the guest invites our team members to make up the bed with the existing linens (reducing water used for laundry) and to use green cleaning products. We purchase goods responsibly and communicate this to suppliers - each decision to use FSC paper or buy local produce for the restaurants adds up.

Start by ordering off the menu before going to the self-serve. I recommend the omelet (I asked for everything).
The sausages were tasty, the Chinese dumplings were authentic, plenty of drinks (iced tea, kiwi, Apple, orange, sparkling, etc), warm mini croissants, lemon cake, yogurt... basically everything! They even serve Chinese congee/porridge (was a bit runny but pleasant to see it as an option).
The live piano in the evening brought a classy atmosphere.
Rooms were nice. Good shower options for those who prefer rain vs standard, digital water temperature setting, and bathroom mood lighting.

The food is spectacular, but pricey.

Not all staff are well trained. Some items used were not topped up adequately.
Stayed 4 nights here. If they could improve just a little. Quite a nice hotel actually.
Breakfast : Odd system of putting the guest towards the back of the dining room when the front window seats are still not taken. Waiter had a pointless diffrence of opinion when we wanted to sit next to the window which was obviously not occupied. ( She said : "Other guest will be coming down to sit there" )
We asked. Can it be reserved ? - answer was : No. So what the fuss all about ?
Aren't we guest of the hotel ?
This should not have happen in an upscale hotel like that.

The room I was given was a newly renovated one and as such it was very nice indeed. The room itself was not too large but it was very nicely decorated and very modern. You have the mod cons, a well stocked mini bar, Nespresso coffee machine and very good sized TV. The air conditioning could be stronger, that is not to say it does not work, it just takes.
The bathroom was very large with an automate Toto toilet which does take some getting used too. There is no bath tube but rather a walk in shower room with both a standard and a rain shower.
The front desk staff, all staff come to think of it, where very pleasant and polite and extremely helpful with no issue being too large to handle. I did not try the Spa or any of the restaurants so I cannot comment on them.
My one comment would be that being in the centre of the city there is limited amount of space that they can use for valet parking and thus this area is very small and it can take time to have your vehicle brought up from the parking. This is not a major issue though.
All in all this is an excellent hotel and I am very glad I stayed here, I would definitely come and stay here again.

I ask them vary many troublesome affairs including booking train tickets and opera tickets, packing the box, finding lost mobile phone. But they solved everything!!!
I don't know the exact name of them, I really appreciate all the things they did for me and my daughter. All the staffs working in this hotel were really passionate and compassinate. I like this type of culture of organization. Surely the CEO of this hotel would be a good leader!
Surely I will stay in this hotel next year also!
Additionally even all the foods in restaurants or room-dining were ausome.

Having stayed here just before Christmas with my family, it's such a different feel as opposed to summer which is to be expected. The ambiance within the hotel is warm, friendly and you feel there is always someone more than happy to help if need be. The level they go to for the Christmas theme / experience is amazing.
I couldn't fault the hotel and it lived up to my expectations from our previous stay without any trouble at all.
Perfect location and central to just about everything.
The Breakfast / Brunch on offer is terrific.
The staff are amazing right from the concierges to the front desk staff. Having flown in a day later than my family they could tell it had been a long flight and it was late at night so they parked some of the usual check-in requirements until the morning and sent a welcome drink to my room.
