Service and staff were exceptional, better than some 5* hotels I've stayed at previously. Rooms were always cleaned and kept throughout the stay by staff and breakfasts was good too. The location of the hotel is great, the street is lively with plenty of varied places to eat and there was a busy market on too for one of the days, with a close metro station as well. Rooms were okay but very clean and well kept. The only issue was our first set of rooms had a small issue with the AC units but they were very quick to give us a new set of rooms. Enjoyed my stay.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms are big and comfortable. Nicely furnished. Everything was just recently renewed. Overnight was quiet for being on main Street. Located close to Montmartre. Public transportation is relatively close by. Also St. Ouen the neighborhood where is located is quite lively, with many bistros and restaurants around. Breakfast was very rich and tasty. In general very positive stay.

The room was OK for price at time (6 nation final), but small and basic. We opted for breakfast and although supposedly served 6.30-10am, when we arrived at 9.45 only to be met by a locked door and miserable looking gentleman saying we're too late and the breakfast service is finished. we proceed to protest and begrudgingly he told us to wait. He unlocked the door and allowed us in. Only to bring us stale bread, jugs of hot water and warm milk with bits in it!!!!

On the other side both daytime and evening concierge's were wonderful and a credit to the hotel. It's simply a shame the rest of their employees don't share the same level of service and charisma.
