This is a fairly standard older style Novotel which is really handy for the airport. I can't think of any other reason to stay at this one, although since the airport has good rail links around the country I guess it could work for a longer stay. Beds are comfy, room well sound proofed. Decent stay.

Very close to departures. Nice food at the restaurant. Quiet and comfortable. We were put in a smoking room though that smelled a bit. Not ideal with 2 little kids

Great staff, very helpful, the meeting room was a bit small, but that's me being a very picky.
On a plus, my room was facing the airport runway, I didn't hear a single aircraft engine. This leads to another positive, because you can't open the windows unless you like the sound of jet engines, the bedrooms aircon was great, just as well as I stayed here on one of the hottest nights of the year so far and the window stayed shut.

Our flight got cancelled - by old mate Ryan. Luckily for us, Novotel took care of us. Even though the airport was shut down due to an emergency landing and there would have been 100s stranded, one gentleman in particular, showed us exceptional service and genuine care. His name was Sergey and he was on the evening shift (around 9:30PM) of the 16th of June. We really hope someone notices this review because we really are grateful for his help.

Very nice, comfortable hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. At the best location i.e. only a few yards from the departures building. Excellent sound proofing of the rooms. Lovely bar and restaurant areas.

We checked in around 1am after a flight home from holiday. The receptionist was lovely and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The only thing that could be improved (but we could have asked for them at reception) is for more milk cartons and another large towel to be in the room.
