Perfect location, only five minutes of walk from the train station. Huge complexe including shopping area and a great selection of dining. It can easily fit large groups of people. Function and banquet rooms. Nice fitness room accessible free of charge. Outdoor swimming pool has a deer charge to access. Rooms are japanese standard size (rather small compared to Euro/US standard). Overall a good experience.

Stayed here 5 nights. Rooms were comfortable, loved the separate bath/ shower & toilet, bay window & tiny beside light & "stand" & the fact that I could turn the room lights off at my bedside. Ate breakfast every morning; was very satisfying, but non-western diet. Was 2 rotating breakfasts with either eggs & potato salad or noodles with alternate soups & several different beads & a veggie bean salad. Location was great being across the street fron Shinagawa train station with lots of food/ shopping options. Gave 4 stars b/c my next vacation a week later was def 5 stars . . . Not on the same scale

OK, if you come to Japan and your a visitor, staying at the Prince might be a good idea. The Prince Hotels are travel friendly, clean and nice and everyone speaks English. They are centrally located by the train stations and major shopping areas. The rooms are exceptionally clean but small, like smaller then when you go on a cruise. But who stays in their hotel room all day anyway? If you come early check your bags in at the bag check in area, and go explore the city.
