I attended a lunch buffet hosted by my office. The variety was great. A lot of options for the vegetarians. The whole property is well maintained & gives you a great feeling.

Can't say much on their cuisine or their stay cause I haven't experienced either.
Whenever I have visited I have enjoyed the quietness, the quaint yet royal charm... Much like what Bengaluru used to be. Kudos for this upkeep in a world that's changing fast- and surely it's not easy on the management.

All arrangements made were very nice and we'll coordinated. The hosts, closely known to me, did not have to worry about the arrangements and could spend enough time with the guests.
The food including the starters and the desserts was very good and the waiters involved with the service very polite and courteous.
By and large the guests left very satisfied

This hotel, based on Mysore's palace, will make you king, queen or princess in the palace of India.
It was a unique experience to leave the complex Bengaluru city and enter the palace. The palace-style architecture, landscaping and luxurious interiors were fantastic.
Welcome cookies and fruit were refilled every day. I was impressed by the delicacy of the staff. I enjoyed the comfort of breakfast and the ample pool size. The apples and drinks in the fitness center were a good point.
If you are looking for a Indian luxury hotel, I recommend Leela Palace. This hotel will give you a joy that you will not regret.

The staff is very humble and work to the point, not too much not too less.
I had been there for a small family occasion.
The hall is very well made. Royal staircase lead to the hall.
The food is what disappoints me. The Indian cuisine is unsatisfactory.
But the rest is a class apart as the chefs are very authentic.

Attended a conference here. Liked the meeting halls and setup.
The staff were really hospitable. Not seen better staff.
Food arrangements could have been better. There were restrictions on when tea was offered. Also, some of the snack items present in speaker lounge were not up to the mark.

The Leela also boasts of some delectable eating at Jamavar (Indian cuisine) and the Citrus (continental cuisine) with 7 star pricing. The Library Bar is richly furnished bar evocative of a proper London club with the generous use of wood and leather inside.

They have 4 restaurants, but I wouldn't bother visiting the fine-dining Italian one, it was average. Citrus and the other restaurants on the ground level are great.

+Large sized rooms with all modern amenities
+Check in and Check out is effortless with staff expecting you
+Nice fleet of cars for drop
Areas of improvements
-Lack of trained Staff in restaurants both Citrus and Library Bar. Almost daily it took approx 10 minutes for the staff to get a coffee during breakfast. When served it was cold, served in a tea cup. Room service was slow as well.
-Closure of most of the branded shops in Galleria gives it a deserted look
