Mostly friendly staff, although we were ignored for quite a while upon arrival. The rooms are dated and odd, and the views of the memorial are decent. All in all, would not recommend for the rate.

I've stayed here twice. The price is right and it is very clean and convenient. Right across from the 9/11 memorial. Around the corner from the Oculus shopping/transportation center. Fulton Street transportation is close too. BUT I like it because it is close to the 1 train. The 1 train is good because you can get to Penn station, and Broadway/times square. Another good thing is there's water bottles & a fountain to fill said water bottle. One bad thing is, admittedly you can't fix, the elevators are very slow. The rooms are a great size for Manhattan. Stay at other hotels you'll see the difference. The staff is friendly so overall, I do suggest you stay here.

Everything was great! The manager RAJ was very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean. The place made us feel like we were at home. Everthing was perfect and I don't have any complaints. Thank you

Very quite part of New York to stay in at night. Great aerial view of the World Trade memorial site from their roof restaurant. Like their refillable water fountains on each floor and the help yourself snack bar was good too. PATH at the Oculus is a short 5 minute walk away. I would stay here again.

Nice, but small rooms. Bed is extra firm, with nice pillows. Bath is good. Overall a good place to stay if you are going to be out on the town anyway. 5 o'clock wine and snacks is nice too.

Strategically placed in downtown area and at two blocks from the subway. Got a small room but the layout offers enough free space. Service was attentive and respectful. Nice view from rooftop.

Good location and Amazing room view. Nice wine tasting after 5pm. The room wasn't the cleanest ever, not enough towels and maintenance wasn't good. Many dirty spots and the window didn't close properly: nobody came to fix it. Free water bottles on the floor is a very appreciated service!

Customer service is out of this world here, they will definitely make you feel welcomed. Room was great, comfortable beds and spacious.
Right next to The World Trade Center, which I highly recommend visiting. Great eating options in and around here within walking distance.
Cab ride from the airport wasn't long although to get a cab back to the airport we had to walk across the street to another hotel that has a taxi stand

Perfect hotel for your stay in New York. Location is amazing, and services in the hotel are top. Also they have breakfast in the top floor with nice views and in each floor some complimentary water. The front desk team is friendly and helpful.

Unbelievable view. Worth the extra money to get a room with a view. Easy to get to and lots to see around it. 2 blocks from the subway and felt very safe at night because the police station is right across the street and the security is serious.

Away from the madness of midtown..this is my first choice for a staycation. Staff and housekeeping are great, everything is pristine. Hotel has all the conveniences you could want. Fantastic restaurants, markets, delis are all just a few step away...Rooftop bar is within the hotel...but above all that view. I've been here on 3 different occasions and the views take my breath away each and every time.

We got a pretty high floor and the view here is amazing. It's close to the Oculus and a lot of shopping centers and restaurants and bars. It's in downtown Manhattan. Try walking here after midnight. Was walking here 2am at night and the Oculus was lit up. It was truly a beautiful sight to see. The hallway has a self serving water filter station with plastic bottles. They are meant to be reused. The room has a small living area with a great view of city.

I’ve never been treated better at a hotel before. I stayed here for a night and in the morning I was able to leave my luggage while o explored the city. I came back around 2 and Stephanie and Jonathon were super accommodating and friendly. They got my luggage and even offered me snacks and coffee while I waited. The location is prime, the rooms are small but have everything you need. I would highly recommend!

We stayed here for 3 days in Nov 2017. Check-in was a breeze. They upgraded our reservation for a bigger room which had a separate study area. There were 2 TVs with lot of in-built apps including Netflix and a system to order food from nearby restaurants (yes, from TV). There was a yoga mat too. The view from our room was awesome. PATH and metro stations are very near to the hotel. We would book this hotel again.

The location is great: few minutes away from 9/11 memorial, an outlet shopping as well as few subway stations. Battery park 10 min walk.
The views from the sun terrace were great as well as from our room on the 17th floor. The room was basic but very clean so can't complain. There is a Starbucks just around the corner from the hotel which was a real bonus!
The only thing I'm really unhappy about is the $50 + tax charge for checking out half an hour later! Which by the way we were not told about! And there was no charge shown on the screen when we were checking out, so imagine my surprise when I saw it on my credit card!!!!

Room is nice. And the location of the hotel is amazing as it is right across the street from the World Trade Center. View isn't very good in the room I was in but that doesn't matter much because all I did in the room was sleep. Other than that it is nice!

The World Center Hotel was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and attentive. The food at the restaurant was great. Most importantly, the view from the room was absolutely amazing, we were right over the memorial and had a lovely view of the tower.

This is a fine hotel option if you need to stay in the financial district. The rooms are small and just ok but the good prices reflect that. The location is tucked in a corner outside of the WTC area. The service was nice from everyone.

Great service - room cleaning was immaculate! We especially enjoyed the ability to do our own washing for free and the availability of chilled water on our floor!

Great location - pretty much perfect for all the Downtown attractions (Statue of Liberty, 9/11 Memorial, City Hall, Wall St etc). Walking distance from SoHo and Little Italy/Chinatown

Hotel was very clean and in good condition. Rooms have good quality furniture, especially the beds were good. Great view at the World Trade Center area. Staff was kind and helpful. We liked the coffee machine in each room that was refilled daily. Also it was a good service to offer free water bottles.

We booked a room with a kitchen as we needed More of a small flat for our baby. Although they put us in the wrong room, the reception helped us straight away. Very helpful.
The room was ok although the carpet floor wasn't the cleanest one it was decent enough to enjoy NYC. Overall great location, decent room although could be cleaned deeply (under the bed was an untouched territory), cheap price for NYC.

Loved our stay here! Paid a little extra for a room with a view. Well worth it! We ended up on the 10th floor overlooking the 9/11 pools. Room was smaller, but perfect for the 2 of us for the weekend. Very clean and some nice modern amenities. Staff was friendly and helped with any questions we had.

Rooms are OK. My King size bed was really two twin mattresses pushed together, but I slept fine nonetheless. Room was small but clean and comfortable. AC/Heat can be managed via a digital display panel and not too noisy. In fact, it's nice and quiet but be warned there's lots of construction going on right now which starts around 6:30am, but that's not uncommon in NYC. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely check out the restaurant which has a nice view of downtown.

Awesome staff, clean rooms, beautiful views from rooms. Our room faced east, overlooking one world trade center and the reflection pools. Great location to tour the One World Trade Center, or stroll along the bay, shopping.
LOVE having my Latte in the morning, sitting in the lounge area, computers with printers.

This was a great hotel! It was in a very convenient location across from the World Trade Center and had 3 stations within close walking distance (about a quarter mile). I was here for 4 nights and definitely enjoyed the interior. Very clean, very modern, and an amazing bed with great pillows. The hotel lobby isn't much to look at, but the rooms and hotel bar on the 20th floor are nice.
Go for happy hour (4-7 PM) and take in the sites of the 9/11 memorial and Lower Manhattan.
Checking out was easy and the staff very helpful.

Hope to stay here again soon.

Love the stroll to the Battery. Awesome terrace looking down on 911 ground zero. Can't beat the location for using subway to all points east (Brooklyn) and north (Haarlem). Room is a best buy.
