Great hotel. Great location. Staff good. Very helpful check-in (we got an upgrade), great link to shopping mall. Lounge live band were excellent and helped me spend more time there than planned.
Buffet breakfast was really good.
All in all a very nice experience

The dining hall has a pleasant ambience and spacious look. The dishes did not disappoint and tasted good as well. The three of us ordered the sea cucumber, garoupa fish fillet, venison, asparagus and prawn dishes. The pricing is slightly on the upper side though, with the total bill around RM330.

Overall was a good one. Breakfast is excellent room was a regular business hotel type room...could have been made more comfortable. A few things didn't work as expected.

Tea time at sphere lounge was a beautiful experience. Linda was so amazing and kept checking on us. A must go .

Hotel with good views and location, attached to huge shopping mall with food, shops and cinemas. Breakfast is a must add on if not with room. Huge variety of freshly made food to choose, spoilt for choice. Good service staff from Housekeeping to laundry to reception and dining area. 2 cinema providers within attached mall for latest movies screening. Inter states coaches also available in mall, metro is connected to hotel via linkway a stone throw away.

Simply very nice hotel. Everything basic thing are available like iron, hair dryer, office table, comfortable bed. Directly access to neighbor shopping mall very convenient.

Their junior suite is awesome. Price is high but worth every penny (RM). Recommended for honeymoon and family with one small kid who still sleeping on the same bed as parent cos their bed is huge!

Great business hotel adjacent to a huge mall. If you're travelling for business and are tight for time, it's very convenient.

I stayed in this hotel from 26 June to 28 June 2018 in room 510. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Very spacious. Nice hotel lobby. I stayed in their junior suite. Very spacious and room facilities are very well-maintained. Nice gestures like a complimentary cookies. Honestly, I was rather impressed by how the hotel is managed. Hotel is just next to a popular shopping mall that has many food options. Hotel breakfast variety was wide. Lots of options. This hotel has become one of my two top choices in Kuala Lumpur. Would definitely come back again. Am visiting KL again next week and can't wait to come back to this hotel again!

Luxurious 5 Star hotel located conveniently next to One Utama Shopping Mall. Good service and the restaurants here are well patronized. There is ample parking presently and new parking structures to cater to expansion. It's also located next to the MRT.

Nice hotel with well equipped rooms, super attentive staff. Beds are really firm though and breakfast room can be really crowded from time to time.

nice place, the singing girls are amazing, the only thing dissaponting was when we went for dinner downstairs, they told us we shouldn't it until 7.20 as it's Ramadan. we are not Muslims and they accommodate international customers so they have accept that not everyone follows Ramadan.

It's selling point it's its proximity to the largest shopping complex in Malaysia and second largest on SEA.

It's a nice business hotel but the price point is above average. Good for foreign tourist. Not so much for local.

Nice hotel. Comfy room. All facilities are good and looks new. I stayed in twin room, it has bath tub and shower. The room is big. It also has comfy armrest chairs, a table with 2 chairs. (For doing work)

Nice swimming pool. Kids pool has slide where kids will enjoy!
Connecting to one utama shopping complex. So very convenient to buy food, or shopping.
