This hotel seems to be combined with another hotel called 'The View at the Spanish Steps".

Pros:

- Very helpful and courteous staff (pretty much everyone greets you smiling). The reception desk helped us out tremendously with some issues.
- The location(s) is amazing as it's right next to the Spanish Steps, and walkable distance to the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, etc...
- Small, but great breakfast on their rooftop bar area.

Cons:
- Their hotel rooms and apartments are spread out around the area. So if you are a little far away, it may be a hike to go get your complimentary breakfast. Our room was a bit far away, and we ended up missing the breakfast on 2 of the 3 days we were here due to our early schedule. Kind of a bummer. Only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars.

Their staff and rooms are pretty damn good though. I'd stay here again if I come back.

We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. It is in a great location and the staff were very helpful. Staff quickly attended to anything we needed. The hotel is small in general with the stairwells and hallways, it is nicely decorated. The bathroom was very small and it was somewhat difficult to move around in there at all. The room was small as well, but I didn't mind that as much as the small bathroom. Overall, we would stay here again for the location, service and comfort of the room!

Wonderful hotel, great staff and rooms. Due to location it gets a bit noisy in the morning if you're trying to sleep in.

The Inn At The Spanish Steps is a wonderful, boutique hotel in Rome, literally located just a few steps from The Spanish Steps. This was our first time in Rome - we stayed at The Inn in late December, 2017, and we could not be more thrilled with the choice and experience. The staff is welcoming and thoughtful, and helped make our experience memorable. Everyone at this hotel went out of their way, and exceeded all of our expectations.

A lovely hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful going out their way to look after you. They gave us an upgraded room overlooking the street. You could see the Spanish Steps from the balcony. Breakfasts were great with a very choice. All in all a great stay and nicely located.

Wonderful location and super friendly and accommodating staff. The Manager Antenello Passa went above and beyond when it came to making us feel right at home. The rooms are beautifully maintained and the view from the terrace of the Spanish Steps where breakfast and snacks were served was magnificent. Minutes walk to the Fountain of Trevi and shopping at major designers right outside your door. Most major Rome attractions within 20 minutes walk

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around...

The hotel itself has a small and discreet entrance so that passerby pedestrians are not drawn to it, meaning it's space is exclusive to the guests. It is located perhaps 150 metres from the Spanish Steps and is placed inside the hub of Rome. The rooms themselves were very nice with fabric wallpaper which dampened the sound from any other rooms or guests. The beds were huge and could easily fit 3 people in them, however if staying with children they provided interconnecting rooms and extra beds. The hotel served breakfast and evening drinks on the terrace located above the fourth floor. The breakfast itself was delicious with a small yet extensive buffet for you to help yourself to. The morning juices however were not fresh and I somewhat disliked this. The evening drinks were nothing special and provided what any restaurant might provide. The service was mostly pleasing from the waiters and porters, however the check in staff and reception staff lacked warmth and sounded like they were reading from a guest rule book. They provided some good suggestions for us to eat at. But unfortunately also made a reservation mistake when booking a restaurant. Our overall experience was very pleasant and another extra was that the hotel is very easy to find as it is located in the street leading to the steps and also near to all of the extremely expensive shops.

Superb location at the base of the Spanish Steps. The staff are very good and no Italian lethargy on display!
Rooms on the small side but comfortable.
Breakfast location good but only average quality of the food. A few hot items but then really Continental style.
Reasonable value for money given the location.

It's our first time in Rome and I couldn't think of a better way to start our vacation. From the moment we arrived until we left the it seemed llike the staff couldn't do enough for us. On more than one occasion they went above and beyond anything we could have expected. Thank you again to the staff for an absolutely amazing time.

If you're tryin to find a really great deal on this amazing hotel I'd highly suggest booking it through HotelRaven. Com They have great deals for it on there! Such a perfect place don't have enough great things to say!

Amazing friendly service, great rooms and the breakfast choices on the rooftop are a must during great weather. The breakfast is actually a very extensive buffet with fresh vegetables, cured meat, cheeses, and desserts. Being near the Spanish Steps and shopping strips, it can be a bit noisy if you face the street, but not overwhelming. Definitely recommend it if you can book here!

We just stayed at The Inn at the Spanish Steps for 3 nights last month. The location is really the best right by the Spanish Steps in the middle of a pedestrian area in the hearth of the City. The suite has an amazing view on the square and was very confortable. The staff is friendly and they have booked for us very good restaurants every evening. A great experience.

We spent a week at this fabulous boutique hotel in July. I was looking for something central that would enable us to walk to just about any major attraction in Rome.

The Inn turned out to be the perfect choice. It is literally a minute walk from the famed Spanish Steps and nothing that we planned to visit was more than a 30 minutes walk away. The Inn is the prefect base in Rome if you plan to walk around the old city as much as possible and get lost as much as possible ...

The Inn is located on the very fashionable Via Condotti, with every imaginable fashion brand at your doorstep with Via del Corso a five minute walk around the corner.

So that's the location. Now, for the room. Comfortable, quiet, ultra modern, with a walk-in robe and a fabulous deep bathtub, perfect for those post-all day walk, pre-dinner soaking. The fab queen sized bed with a most comfortable mattress, and a wide selection of pillows, was just perfect for a great night's sleep. The flat screen TV gave us access to a full offering of cable news, movies and music.

As for the service, excellent and flawless, from beginning to end! The Inn effortlessly arranged for us all our restaurant bookings (all at coveted, hard to get into restaurants, Antica Pesa, Il Convivio Troiani and La Pergola), all transfers to and from the hotel and were always available to assist with just about any request, no matter how quirky! The buffet breakfast on the terrace (overlooking Valentino's Roman apartment!) was gorgeous every day, and the evening buffet was also memorable. Service always came with a smile and loads of personality, making our stay a memorable one. Our room was serviced flawlessly every day and the evening turn down service was always done smoothly and without any interference with our activities.

Overall, I would have to give The Inn a 15 out of 10 for our stay! They really made our Roman week a truly memorable experience by providing a home away from home.

hotel is split into two properties. Both gorgeous, but if you want a view, definitely ask--dont just assume you're getting the view side.

Service was outstanding
Location, super-central. We went in December when the weather was gorgeous but a bit chilly, and walked everywhere for a full week. Close to shopping, excellent restaurants, and we were lucky enough to see an opera performance on the Spanish steps from the comfort of our room.

Recommend.
