Clean, heat and air works, downtown close to everything, love the shower. Professional and courteous staff. Definitely recommend!!!

It waa quiet. Only issue I had was parking garage elevators did not work when I checked out. Had to lug my luggage up 3 flights. Good quick workout

Rooms are clean and spacious, the front desk staff are helpful and nice. A special cudos to Diana in the snack area. Diana was so helpful and kind and a great attribute to this hotel.

This hotel is solid. Its right along the main bridge that leads to Clarksville, Indiana, across from the Louisville Cardinals NCAA basketball arena, and close go a bunch of top notch restaurant. It is also along Whiskey Row, so that is a plus!

Everything was nice. The front desk was amazing, they all went the xtra mile to make it great. Just wish the continental breakfast like most marriots

Nice hotel I had a suite that was spacious. Great selection for breakfast. The room didn't get warm enough in a 3 hour time frame because the heat was off in November.. I was provided a space heater to help warm the room up. The room eventually got warm by time I went to bed to take a shower.

Management reached out to me after my visit to correct the issue . So, I'll give a 4 star in stead of a 2.

Unfortunately received very rude service up in check-in. Car and foot traffic is noisy. Don't expect any reward status or customer loyalty perks or recognition. And saw a cockroache in my room. Fellow collegues had many of the same issues during our business trip. Not what I expect or typically experience with Marriott!

Atmosphere was friendly and professional. Rooms very clean and the security guard was very helpful when I got there.

Good check in, room was nice, but bottom sheet hadn't been changed from the prior inhabitant. Found several long black hairs on the pillow and two indentations where bodies had been. I stretched the bottom sheet where I was going to sleep, but looked at the other side of the bed and it had obviously been used. Slept on the sofa, probably wasn't much cleaner. Usually can count on clean rooms. Won't be coming back.

Okay experience. Construction above us on a weekend starting at 9 or so in the morning was a little irritating, but the staff was accommodating on the sole occasion I encountered them. No breakfast included in the steep price is disappointing, plus the Starbucks could have a better layout and more selection. Overall not a bad experience.

Had a nice stay, rooms were clean and updated. Good location for Thunder weekend and within walking distance to the festivities. Lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. The guest check-in area in the parking garage could have more parking, it was overwhelmed with the larger volume that weekend. I did appreciate the sound machines in the room!

It was located in a centralized location downtown. Service was exceptional. I wanted for nothing. The server/bartender we had did not hover but was there for when we needed something.

Great location! Clarence at the front desk was very helpful and had great recommendations for us to explore the are on foot. Wonderful to stay a night and have dinner on Whiskey Row and walk back. Beds are very comfortable.

Great location in central downtown. Easy walk to nearby restaurants and entertainment. Convenient and good breakfast served in the hotel. If you are sensitive to noise, get a room that doesn't face the street. There is traffic at all hours.

It's a nice hotel located in a great area in the middle of downtown. It has its own connected parking garage. Staff was very friendly. The bistro was a little understaffed. Room was clean and had a great view. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again the next time I'm in Louisville.

The Marriott Courtyard Downtown is in a good location for walking around the city and to restaurants.

The lobby is nice though parking could be better. If you have a nice vehicle and want to keep it looking nice, you may not want to drive it here.

The rooms are fair, on the older side with bathrooms needing a complete overhaul. A lot of street traffic could be heard.

Great hotel with knowledgeable friendly staff. Rooms are large clean and quiet. Breakfast is free and served from 6am-10am. Hotel also has a nice swimming pool great for kids and adults. The location of the hotel is great, located downtown Louisville and only a few mins from southern Indiana. Which makes this hotel ideal for travelers visiting both Louisville and southern Indiana. Overall experience was a 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend this hotel to travlers.

Hotel could use an upgrade compared to other courtyard recently stayed at. The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and bars and right across from yum center. Will stay again if I can't find anything else that's reasonable

The room was nice, the front desk staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The market they have in the lobby is very convenient, for toiletries or snacks or alcohol.

We stayed here for the Forecastle Music festival. It's proximity to the Waterfront Park made it ideal for the weekend. The hotel has recently been redecorated, but the mechanicals (elevators, hvac, etc) weren't updated at the same time. The hvac in our room never really got cold and there was a musty, damp smell. All in all, we'd stay here again for this festival.

Great location. Walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and bars. And across the road from the YUM (Cardinals) Arena. Room smelled a bit weird. But the staff was great. Parking was $12 per day. Very happy with the stay!

Great accommodations. Very conveniently located in downtown Louisville with easy access to the YUM! Center and all sorts of local restaurants, bars, and shops.

My room had a sofa which was great. Needing was very comfortable. Interior was rather old and did not feel inviting. Overall, pretty good for a family hotel but not worth the $180 I paid.

The location is prime; only a few steps away from my primary destination. The room is clean and well-prepared. The hotel is well organized and filled with amenities.

Staff was friendly, rooms and beds were great. 10 minute walk to 4th Street Live. Excellent location overall. Onsite parking cost us $12/day, which was added to our bill. The only negatives were the lack of a microwave in our room, though there was a fridge, and the hallway had a funny smell. Would certainly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Upper floor room was quiet and had sufficient room for this family of four. Parking in attached structure was convenient. Across the street from the Yum Center and within an easy six block walk to the Louisville Slugger museum and the opposite direction to the field. Employees were attentive and professional.

Bathroom was clean. That's pretty much the only reason I was there. 10/10 bathroom.

Was there for business, training in one of the rooms. Meeting room, restrooms, lobby, and the entire facility were very clean and the staff I encountered were extremely nice and helpful. The only thing i had issues with was the food and parking. The food was horrible, like it was an extremely cheap/generic frozen family meal that was messy and had no flavor, like it was cardboard with sauce. The caesar salad looked very good, but it tasted just the opposite, like the dressing was expired and they tried to mask the taste by adding more cheese.......sad! As far as the parking, it was an absolute ripoff! The good thing was that I had no problem finding a spot when I entered the garage at 8:30. When I departed I put my ticket in and had to pay $14.....for 6.5 hours! I used my company card to pay, which I have to turn in a receipt for every transaction, but it gave no receipt. It's all automated, so no guard. Going inside to get a receipt would have required circling the block and then parking on the street to run in and get one, if they could even provide one. Overall the experience was pleasant, but food and parking shouldn't be that much of an issue.

Clean hotel with kind staff. However, it does not have the included Continental breakfast as many do for the same price and does not have a hot tub in their pool area.

Stayed at the hotel during the 4th of July, 2016. First time visitor to Louisville, KY. A wonderful experience. The first to impress me was the staff at check in. They went over and above to assist us. Location was great, rooms were clean and staff was professional. My next visit, I will definitely stay there again.

Exactly what you would expect. One of the nicer hotels in the area although they had no vacancy for one of the nights of our stay.

Rooms were clean. Staff was very nice. Bartender was very helpful and poured a good drink. Only problem was that the parking garage was not connected to hotel.

Great service at the hotel. There is a Starbucks and a bar at the hotel. I would stay there again. Rooms are about average in size. Overall, it was pretty clean. Parking is $10

Stayed there this past weekend. This is my second time at this hotel. I love the location. Close to restaurants, KFC Yum Center, River Front etc. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even helped me with a cell phone problem. The only thing I would like to see changed is a Microwave in the rooms and a complimentary breakfast. These things are pretty standard in most less expensive hotels. The rates are not too bad but I would think the amenities could be upgraded a little. Don't hesitate to stay here. You will enjoy your stay. I will be back!

Great location, awesome environment; one stop for food, drinks, everything within walking distance of all major Louie- Ville attractions. Rooms were clean and practical but what those may lack is made up in the form of their sports bar and restaurant down on the main floor, plus a mini- market for those last minute needs. Workers were courteous and informative. Would stay there over and over!
