Atmosphere and service staff were great. There were multiple people doing different activities, ie bus boy, drink guy, order taker, floor manager, etc so service was great. Everyone was nice and introduced themselves. Food was great and view was amazing. If you can catch a sunset it would be out of the world.
We made reservations about 6 months out because it was our one year anniversary. They made sure to give us a special desert and they the two guitar players come over for a personal song.
Yes they have live guitar players that play and walk around the restaurant. Like an Italian serenade!

We decided to do our honeymoon at Le Sirenuse and we will never forget this special place. The staff goes above and beyond to make you comfortable and happy. Everyone is in such a great mood from the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff. It makes a difference.

Even if you can only do for one night, it’s worth it. The grounds are manicured to perfection and the food has been amazing. You can truly see the passion from the staff to please. Some of the best service we’ve ever experienced.

AMAZING restaurant! We came for drinks to watch the sunset at the oyster bar first. Although the drinks are expensive, the view is beautiful and the waiters are very friendly. Afterwards we went downstairs to the restaurant. The manager was fantastic, we got serenaded and our food was impeccable. The wine selection was one of the largest my husband had ever seen, and we were very impressed by the range of selection and pricing available at such an exclusive restaurant. We did have to book 6 months in advance, but if you can hold out for a 10pm booking you get to see the restaurant and the view with not many people left!

Quite possibly the best hotel i have ever visited. Staff are wonderful. Atmosphere is just exquisite. Views? Wow wow wow. Visited for drinks and canopies in the evening. Waiters are super friendly and treat all guests residing or general public with such great service. Due to this experience we have booked a stay with them next year. Dreaming about this splendid little gem until next time.

What can you expect from a 5 Star hotel? Food is amazing. Rooms are great. Jacuzzi and shower in bathroom are luxuries. The view is breathtaking and surreal. The staff knew my name when I went to registration without me having to introduce myself. The waiter knew exactly what I ordered the day before. Everything was top-notch. Unfortunately, so was the price but you sometimes get what you pay for. If you have the chance and means to visit this hotel, you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful venue and ambience , attentive staff, very helpful sommelier (given the extensive selection). We had the Chef's long tasting (sea bass, cauliflower and red prawn soup, Toubettoni with sea urchin and asparagus, John Drury with shrimp and spinach, veal loin with potato and stuffed spring onion, completed with a dark Chocolat terrine with citrus an carrot) which was fantastic . Overall an unforgettable dining experience.

This review is for La Sponda. The ambiance and service were absolutely 5 stars. The food was 2 stars at best. As expected, the portions were very small but unfortunately were not as tasty as a Michelin star or the price would suggest. The views were very nice as we were seated by the window. Overall the experience was great but the food was below average.

The ambiance with the candles is wonderful, and the service top notch, but the food (for vegetarians) left a little to be desired.

Wow! This is truly top of the food chain anywhere in the world. I had dinner at La Sponda and it was amazing. Very romantic, with amazing food and great service. So happy we were able to get a reservation here, it was fabulous on every level.

Went to the champagne/oyster bar. Really good drinks menu and unbelievable views. They also had a DJ playing music which was nice

We really enjoyed the view here. Unfortunately we only got to have lunch as dinner reservations were fully booked up for La Sponda. Lunch was still a great experience. We had fish entrees which were quite good and perfectly cooked but it was their cocktail drinks that really stole the show. Definitely more on the pricey side but well worth the experience. We would 100% come back for the dinner.

Drinks at oyster and champagne bar are amazing. Excellent G&T (not that these are hard to get wrong). Expensive so drinks come with olives (delicious), almonds (delicious) and chips (rather salty). Staff are very friendly, attentive and nice. I would recommend for drinks before dinner. Boasts quite a high-end clientele so great for people watching!

My Husband and I have stayed at Le Sirenuse two years straight and wouldn't consider any other hotel in Positano, last year was for our honeymoon and this year for our anniversary (both times in August) and when I tell you it was the best time of our lives, it was in every way. Everyone at Le Sirenuse is like another family to us, they treat all their guests like they are apart of them and I cannot express how much my husband and I love it there so much. The beauty, the elegance and the tradition is what Le Sirenuse is, they are Positano and you will be foolish to stay anywhere else as it will be an experience that will be unforgettable and I hope next year will be a third time for us!

Beautiful view! Great for pictures! Service was top notch and food was delicious. If price is a concern then skip this place because almost everywhere is delicious. If you want to dine with celebs then this is the place to go.

Worlds most elegant hotel. Lovely staff. Fine restaurant .

The only Michelin started restaurant on the coast. The service was excellent (as expected), the views second to none and they even had two musicians playing to each table. However not everything was good, the food even though was of high calibre there was some disappointments. We ordered the beef shins which we found them dry, and the John dory quite small in portion size. Small little things however when you pay 40-50 euros each dish you expect better. There were stand out dishes though and they were the shrimp ravioli with saffron sauce, tortellini with truffle and the veal. Food 4/5 Service 5/5 Ambience 5/5

Of our week in Italy this was our only great experience. Highly recommended views -- (don't bother going to Amalfi!) We had the degustation and it was fantastic, albeit the fish was a bit bland though but everything else was perfect

Cons: * oysters were not shucked properly * gnocchi was terrible. Doughy and tasteless * cocktails were weak in flavor and content * lobster was flavorless..

The view was amazing. The service was good. The food was average. Very dramatic. Very small. The taste was quite bland and was a bit disappointing to be honest. For the $622 AUD for 2 people I think the food should've been a bit more WOW factor for a Michelin star restaurant.

Bad experience. Invited hoenymooners and filled a credit card authorization form but the restuarant gave our guests the bill to pay. It was paid by our guests and no one from the staff who took care of the reservation noticed that they should not have presented the bill to our guests. This is not forgivable or acceptable.

We had an amazing birthday dinner for my husband here. The food was divine, the atmosphere magical and the service impeccable. They even gave us a free dessert cake to celebrate his birthday. Delightful experience. Thanks Le Sirenuse!

The best place to stay in Positano. Gorgeous views, the best breakfast of your life, an elegant restaurant and another hip Champagne bar with fresh seafood - plus the concierge is well-connected for any other place you might want to go. Pack light and check out the Emporio Sirenuse shops across the street to get breezy beach cover-ups and linen outfits to fit in with the local scene.

Truly unique experience staying in Positano. Easy reachable in the center of a town, it has its own unique atmosphere. Every detail at this hotel seems to be not overlooked. Staff is exceptional.

This was a fantastic experience. Our party of eight arrived a little early and we were seated right away. Pasquale was a fantastic host and accommodated us above and beyond. Everything was delicious and if we're ever in the neighborhood again, hopefully soon, we'll be coming back.

Beautiful setting, great breakfast and restaurant, very helpful and friendly concierge and fun activities. Rooms a little small but to be expected in the area.
