Surely everything was impressively excellent for a new hotel. Key notes: incredibly friendly service, fast valet, and beautiful/super spacious rooms. Can't go wrong with the location. Highly recommend!

I was a bit underwhelmed by my stay. The overall experience didn’t quite reflect what I would expect from a 5-star hotel—especially in terms of service and attention to detail. It felt more like a hotel with “5-star reviews” rather than a true 5-star standard.

However, I would like to highlight the one person who truly stood out and made a positive difference – Ms. Fatma at the reception. Her professionalism, warmth, and willingness to assist throughout my stay were exceptional. She is truly a star employee and the reason my experience was made better.

With improvements in service quality, the hotel has potential, but for now, Ms. Fatma is the real highlight of the place.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the beautiful view from the balcony and the great room service.

The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety each morning.
