Nice, clean hotel, with great service. On-site parking available at a fair rate. Restaurant had great food. Location is very near a train station. Also, we needed to contact our airline to make some changes and we had some trouble doing so - the staff was very helpful in getting us through to resolve it. Highly recommended!

It was a wonderful feeling, all employees and the location is perfect because it’s walking distance to all the nice places . Very safe, my daughter and me had a wonderful breakfast every morning on the hotel. I felt at home whe we were there and thank you for a very pleasant welcoming of me and my princess.

Very nice hotel. Bathrooms have both bath and shower in them that's why look a little tight. But very clean and great location 10 or 15 minutes walk from all the interesting places.

Very fancy hotel with lots of amenities. They have a unicorn floaty for the pool, which is fun for children and adults alike. Lots of food options and very close to town. The rooms are spacious and comfy, and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Lots of languages are spoken here, and they do their best to make you feel comfy.

Loved the included mini-bar and generous room size. Wasn’t as close to water as expected but was very clean and had good service.

If your budget is limited because you are not a millionaire yet, but you desperatly need to stay in Monaco, then this hotel is definitely for you :) best quality for price in town! Bonus: in summer the swimming pool is gorgeous, don't miss it!

Fairly average hotel, nothing special. Beds okay, cleaners not very attentive, didn’t replace towels or tea/coffee/water at any time during our stay. Conveniently located for Monaco-Monte Carlo SNCF station.

Excellent hotel for 3 star and low cost. The rooms were clean and current. Location was very close to train station which makes it perfect when you want to tour other towns. Great buffet breakfast. Very nice pool. Staff was courteous. Would go back.

Trendy place for younger people. Maintains highest standards expected of any hotel located in Monte Carlo. No gift shop where you can buy snacks, but the Italian bar next door delightfully satisfies any craving for pizza and/or sweets. The bar gets 5 *s.

Pleasant stay, 5 minute walk to the coast and casino. Good selection for breakfast and a bar open till about 11pm. Clean, friendly but a bit too expensive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay which was helped by a very kind room upgrade. The staff were very helpful and polite in both the reception and restaurant. The beds were the comfiest hotel beds ever and will definitely be recommending the hotel to all our friends.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very special , Thankyou. The front of house team were amazing. Our junior suite overlooked the harbour and we were so close to the casino square.
We arrived by train and the station is 2 minutes from the hotel, an easy walk.
This was without a doubt the best hotel suite my wife and I have stayed in. Thankyou

well appointed executive room with balcony overlooking the pool.
Room was small for a family of 4 (we couldn't open the balcony door when the beds were out!) - but otherwise we were happy.

Stayed here with a few of my friends for one night and I'm honestly surprised that this hotel doesn't have a full 5 stars.

This does make the price affordable, I must say, for the price I paid, this is by far the best hotel I've stayed in in Europe. Extremely kind, well mannered, helpful & knowledgeable staff. We stayed in a junior suite and it was absolutely stunning, with a great view, little packets of chocolate and biscuits when we entered, along with toiletry packages. we fell completely in love with the large comfortable beds. The casinos are a very beautiful scenic walk away, which I thoroughly enjoyed, but a very inexpensive bus shuttle is also right at the doorstep. I would stay here without a doubt if I were to return to Monaco.

The gym facilities could have been improved slightly, but they were definitely more than acceptable.

I hope I find my way back in Monaco just so I can stay here again.

We felt the location was perfect and all personnel was great. However the room was not well cleaned, under bed and under sofas there was tons of dust and junk. Also the room had think carpet that really felt dirty and old. Breakfast was very good.

A big thank you to Megan at the front desk who was very helpful confirming our return ride to the airport and for telling us how to get around Monaco to see the sites.

This is hotel is a great value for the area, conveniently located to key sites but far enough away to be quiet. Wifi is excellent. I enjoyed the Brasserie Monaco beer in the pool on 30deg day. 30deg C that is.

This is a big chain hotel, so lacks a little personality, but the location was good enough. We could walk to the Cafe du Paris and The Monte Carlo Casino in 10mins, and to the harbour in 20mins.

The staff were very helpful.

Would definitely consider staying here again.

Really impressed with the standard of rooms! Great location. Difficult finding and getting into the car park though.

I attended a conference here and the facility was great. They were organized and everything ran smoothly. The location is also convenient with a number of nearby stores. There harbor is still a walk, but it's much easier with the train station escalators.

Stuff are kind. Location is ok. Breakfast wasn't as expected. I don't like the swimming pool since it is small and it looks indoor since it's between buildings. The rooms are good but the bathroom is separated from the toilet in another room

Overall Was very impressed , location was excellent as walking distance to everything. receptionist was lovely allowed early check in and gave us a great room of the view for the Grand Prix circuit. Hotel very clean and tidy and all staff were very polite. Lovely swimming pool kids loved it especially the swan. The only snag was concierge didn't have any adapters for us to borrow for the electrical goods.

Hotel rooms are always clean and quite spacious considering the little room on the rock. The breakfast is delicious and the team always ready to help. I like coming to this hotel when I have shows at the Grimaldi, the 15 min walk is great in the morning.

Great breakfast, comfortable room. Inability to use air conditioning was a minus (was told they were in between seasons so it wasn't on yet). Also had a number of failed/slow requests to get taxi service. Most concerning, the person working the desk on my last day gave me poor directions to the airport. Still, it's a nice hotel for a reasonable price.

Air freshener was rather over powering when we initially occupied the room so we had to leave the window open for several hours to reduce the intensity.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Novotel Monte Carlo. The hotel is very clean, the staff were all lovely and helpful and the facilities were perfect for our needs. The hotel is perfectly located for a short walk to the marina, the Prince's Palace, Casino and the Monte Carlo Rolex Masters that we attended on two days. The children enjoyed the pool too. The breakfast was extremely good with lots of choice.

The Hotel is very good overall. The price is very competitive, comparing it to other Hotels in Monte-Carlo, I would say it is the best choice. The Hotel is brand new, so rooms and facilities are in exceptional status. Staff is friendly and always down to help.
I am very satisfaced and will come back if I stop in Monaco anytime.

Excellent value for money, close to public lifts to the harbour, superb food and a modern bar. The pillows could have been softer.

Had a good night sleep here. The room was quite comfortable. The breakfast was OK, the scrambled egg wasn't to good though (the only negativ thing I can remember)

Rude staff on the night desk, waiting staff were painfully slow in the restaurant or they just ignore you, found a few unexplained items added to my bill at the end of my stay (it always pays to get it itemised. not great when a room is £300 a night however the maids did a good job and the breakfasts were good.
