Beautiful hotel so close to the beach you can smell the salty air. Free breakfast is my middle name and they do not disappoint! The staff is some of the friendliest people I've barely known and please...tip your housekeeper, they deserve it!!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious and modern. The staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast was really good. All that and it was also just a short walk to the beach. We were on the 4th floor and had an awesome view of the ocean from our room. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

I had a really nice stay at the Residence Inn. The staff were great, always friendly and helpful, and the facilities were a standout—awesome gym, relaxing hot tub, and a great pool, all just a block from a beach that’s decent but not spectacular. The breakfast spread was solid, with good variety. My only frustration was the bar situation; the bartender was either out sick or nowhere to be found, so I spent way less there than I would’ve liked—probably triple if service was consistent. One front desk woman did her best to step in occasionally, which I appreciated. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, and I’d return despite the bar issue. Also my room with a full kitchen was great.

This was another perfect hotel. Great location, almost directly on Seawall Blvd, but still far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet and relax. Large, comfortable, and clean rooms, along with a very good breakfast. Very pleasant; you feel safe and well looked after. Plenty of parking and many attractions very close, some even within walking distance (Pleasure Pier). I've rarely been so satisfied with a hotel, and if I were to come back to Galveston someday, I wouldn't look any further; I would book this exact hotel again. Absolutely fantastic!
