SPA- The manager (veronica) was absolutely amazing!!! She was the most accommodating, friendly and kind staff I've ever met. This spa had the best services, the nicest staff and the cleanest facility. It was literally the best spas I've ever been to and was definitely the most accommodating and wonderful people I've come across especially in NY. They all deserve a raise! Definitely would highly recommend this spa and will be returning frequently.

Close to a lot of stores and food. Amazing service. Not a family hotel more adult with a bar on site and pool table with a spa on site and Jacuzzi. Pool only fits 2 people. The room was nice but the air was quite noisy. Lots of room service options and pay movies.

The staff here were extremely friendly and helpful and that they took an interest and what we needed and how I stay was going. The blocks that was equally friendly and provide a great service throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel unfortunately we did not get to experience the spa.

Trip to Melville for work and Hilton was close by. Room is nice and decent shape. Bathroom OK, not great. Large bar/food area in lobby. There was live music on Wednesday - good players doing some Joe Sample as I wandered by. Elevators were hit and miss. One was out on the last day of the trip making it a slow wait. Overall, a nice Hilton with good amenities.

Parking is REALLY limited. I didn't know if there was any street parking but the actual lot was completely full on the night of arrival. The actual hotel, once inside, is gorgeous and smelled really nice when I was there. The lobby is small and tight so it's certainly not a place to gather for a group larger than 3 or 5. The spa looked good but they closed by the time I got there so I couldn't use it. Also a small space. The pool and jacuzzi are in the same room kinda close together. The room was nice. Regular hotel room very soft bed and pillows. I'm a bathroom person so the bathroom was ok. Nothing really over the top about the room other than it was a good place to sleep.

This is the second time I have visited the Spa at the Viana hotel and I have absolutely loved my experience. In addition to the treatments we have access to a hot tub, sauna, steam room and small pool. The massage I received was great, relaxing and the massage therapist listened to all my needs and concerns. I totally recommend the spa!

The hotel has a private room with a pool table, board games, and other great party activities! There is a bar right across where you can get drinks and bring it back to the private room! It was great. Claudia the bartender was amazing also. Parking is a bit tough and can be hard.

What a lovely, serene oasis. Was treated here today for a birthday gift. Deep tissue massage far exceeded my expectations, I feel like a brand new woman!!. Spa services, and amenities were plentiful,clean and well organized. Sorry I didn’t get pics to post I was focused on getting a much needed nap.

Great place to get away. The staff is friendly and their are nice food places nearby. Very clean rooms and bathrooms were well maintained no little mold spots growing.

This hotel is like a hidden gem. I had not heard of it till I went there for a work trip and like the pictures show it's a really nice hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious with modern amenities and furniture. There is music playing in the hallways. The receptionist are great and they make it their duty that you are well taken care of and are comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best I've had in a hotel in a long while. I definitely look forward to staying there again. Maybe try the spa next time.

Came here for a wedding, the rooms were spacious and nice. Great bar area that stayed open late for our party to keep going, and great hotel staff. The only downside was the completely packed parking lot.

The staff here is absolutely amazing and will do everything they can to accommodate you needs. I was here for 11 nights with 3 kids and a dog and felt welcome and at home throughout our entire stay. The entire staff is amazing especially the front manager Kasey. She is processional, understanding and down to earth. I arrived having one of the worst days of my life and Kacey and Vanessa went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and at ease about my stay. I could not have picked a better place. If you are here one night or 1 month they give 110% to make it a wonderful positive experience.

We went to the restaurant, Marco Polo, and later spent some time at the bar. The restaurant was nice. Service and food we're good, although our servers could be a little eager to remove plates and glasses that weren't completed. Better too much attention than too little.
Later at the bar, they had several unusual beers on tap, their wine selection was good, and the bartender always seemed in control of a large group.

Hotel rooms were very clean. Comfy beds. Great customer service staff. The lounge area bar tender was very kind. Great music to keep you up and moving.

Staying here was a wonderful experience ...the employees were friendly and went out of their way to help and we loved that it's "green" (environmentally friendly). The place was immaculately clean. We also ate at the restaurant there which was surprisingly fabulous with a very interesting menu... Love the whole experience!

Fantatics place to stay and the spa was very relaxing! I wish they have more handicapped spaces by the entrance and 3x long robes for big people but other then that it's a great place to stay and the food was excellent!

My company had a holiday party here and it went smoothly on the side of the hotel. There was a nice cocktail hour where there were two people walked around handing out appetizers and there was a small table with appetizers as well. The main meal was served buffet style in a reception room - pastas, California rolls, and a roast beef carving station. Everything was okay in terms of food. There was also an open bar that seemed fine as well. The staff was helpful in getting everyone settled, which is why this is 4 stars instead of 3.

Attend a company x-Mas party. The decor was absolutely gorgeous. The food was very enjoyable. Would derful atmosphere & pleasent staff. I would love to attend another event there. I had a great time!

I booked a block of rooms at the Viana Hotel and Spa for my wedding day and they went above and beyond for us and our guests! My wedding was on a Friday night and everyone got stuck in over 2 hours of traffic. When everyone came to check in, the process was quick and seamless. They even kept the shuttle buses to my venue running for an extra hour free of charge so everyone was able to make it to the cocktail hour. After my wedding, my guests had a great time at the bar that accommodated four wedding after parties until 4 am without a problem. The rooms were clean and spacious-my guests could not stop raving about the accommodations and the excellent customer service. The event staff, namely Erin Herlihy, made the process so easy and stress free. She and the staff put on a beautiful breakfast the next day and they were more than willing to work within our budget. I would highly recommend using the Viana Hotel and Spa- I can't wait to go back there on my first anniversary!

Huge wedding party was staying at the hotel. We partied at the hotel bar and game room until 5am. We were so well taken care of. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Room was nice and clean. Got a trim and blowout before the wedding at the spa. 2 birds one stone! Complimentary coffee, flavored water and hot apple cider at checkout. Would definitely go again

Excellent hotel to stay at any time of the year. Great service. Friendly staff. Always book with Claudia, Anna or Sandra and you will be well accommodated. Joe will warmly greet you at the door and they will make your stay well with it. Best hotel on long Island hands down!

We recently took a block of rooms art the Viana for our son's wedding and had the rehearsal dinner there. The dinner was delicious and handled professionally. The hotel was comfortable and the staff inviting. They helped a special weekend be even more special.

Stayed overnight in one of many rooms reserved for a wedding held in a nearby venue. The Viana is modern, very clean and full of amenities. Our interactions with the friendly and efficient staff were always excellent. Nothing but top quality.

What an awesome hotel!! The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous and all shared a mission to serve their customer/guest. In short, they couldn't do enough for us to ensure that our stay was over-the-top. The thing that I loved about this hotel, was that each associate/ employee was "empowered" to answer an inquiry or solve an issue--I NEVER heard, "that is not department" from anyone. The rooms were spic and span and well stocked with anything that we needed. The linens and beds were fabulous!! I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel located near Mineola. I was an overnight guest as part of a wedding at Jericho Terrace and the hotel provided a shuttle to the venue. The staff is friendly and the hotel is modern with plenty of amenities including a spa, small gym, restaurant/bar that is open until 11PM. The bar has some good food and the drinks are reasonably priced. The rooms are a little small and the rates are a tad expensive for what they offer, but they're definitely cozy. Overall, a good place to stay.

We stayed at Viana for one night as part of a wedding party. I would call it a nice hotel, but not a great hotel. The service was acceptable, and the room was a decent size. My girlfriend and I both disliked the pillows, and the bed was perhaps the loudest creaky bed I've encountered in my travels. It wasn't uncomfortable in any other way, but it was really loud. Speaking of loud, the doors to the adjoining room may as well have been made of cardboard. I recommend requesting a room without adjoining doors.

Aside from those ultimately trivial complaints, it was a pretty good stay - but nothing stood out as "great". The exception is the Marco Polo restaurant. If you're looking for a bite without going out, it's a good option as long as it's not too busy.

Beautiful hotel, great for wedding reservation blocks. Pool table and bar in the back is great for hanging out. Bar tender gave me a free cup of coffee as I explored the hotel.

Very comfortable feeling when I checked in i was going through various issues, it was my birthday and lost my debit card in the place I was prior to. My best friend helped with the worker who was very helpful and consistent , she was Spanish and I forgot her name(sorry) the reason I'm only giving 4 is because on checkout the tall handsome guy African American made a statement I over heard about me being a transgender with a female worker and there were giggles. Other than great hotel to relax at ease , spa and great guest service👍

The Viana is a boutique hotel with first rate service! This hotel was a big part of our wedding weekend. We are from Michigan and most of our family & friends are from out of town so finding this hotel to help us plan and accommodate for all of our guests was a god send! Major shout out to Event Manager Erin. After all the wedding planning for the past year Erin & I have become good friends and all of the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make the weekend special for us. My bridal party utilized the spa for our makeup & hair, we held our after party and breakfast in their banquet hall and they opened up their meeting rooms for our wedding guests to play cards and hang out in between wedding activities. I am so glad we found the Viana & it will forever be a special memory staying there for one of the biggest weekends of our life.

Nicely appointed, friendly staff, great pool/game room. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in town. Maybe actually enjoy some of the spa next time!

We stayed here for a night. The room was great. Had everthing you would need. No problems. We went to the game room which was cool. No problems.

We had a couple's massage for our 5th anniversary which was very special. The atmosphere was so relaxing, and the massage was so nice.

Had a wonderful stay. You made our 20th wedding anniversary extra special. Cant say enough great things about Louis who made our stay amazing from the moment we pulled into the parking lot. Dining staff went above and beyond our expectations. We were treated like a King and Queen our entire stay. Can't wait to go back!

The location was very nice. Extremely quiet. I got there and was greeted immediately, and told where to go. On the plus side, there was a flea market right around the corner.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The staff was accommodating and the room was spacious and clean. I did not get to try the spa, but I would've liked to. The hotel is easy to navigate, and it is centrally located in an area where there is much to see and do.

Location was great. Staff were super friendly. A bit swanky for my taste but the facilities looked awesome. I didn't use the spa so no comment. Rooms were very nice. Sheets could have been softer in my opinion but I'm nit picking. I was at a concert at the time but apparently the fire alarm went off due to a water leak or something and couldn't be shut off for a bit so everyone got a free breakfast the next morning. I slept through it so I can't tell you about the food. Overall very nice place. Shout out to the man who checked us out. Friendliest person I ever had the pleasure of meeting. I wish I could remember his name

I've had the best night at Viana hotel and Spa , it was so authentic, my boyfriend was so surprise for his birthday. Dinner , breakfast was on point , very clean and the people were so kind to me and my boyfriend . I can't wait to go back on our anniversary, I love this place so much I felt like I was in paradise last night , thanks for the service guys, I enjoy every second of it.

The environment was clean and classy. Food was excellent and there was a great beer selection as well. Staff was friendly and service was fast.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. We were greeted at the door by Joe, who recognized us from previous visits. Due to an issue with our reserved room we were given a free room upgrade to a suite. The room was huge and clean. There was a tv embedded into the bathroom mirror. Dinner at Marco Polo was excellent as always.

This is a great getaway spot. I was part of a Spajama Party and had an amazing time. The staff was wonderful. Kasey and Veronica were wonderful. Will was the absolute best!!!! He took care of our party from the time we sat down for lunch and was there for us for the rest of the night. He made the experience even better. The spa treatment was to die for and the room was great. I will definitely be coming back to this Hotel in the near future.

Great stay. This hotel is located in Westbury long island. Generally good amenities, good restaurant (wide breakfast selection in the morning, Asian fusion at night). I didn't use the spa / get a massage myself but heard it was really good from at least one other guest. Rooms are nice. TV actually works as designed. Menus and service info available in the TV portal. Room I stayed in was clean and modern. Most of the staff is pretty friendly and very helpful. Would stay again.

My wife and I enjoyed a staycation here. The room was great (131) its at the end of the hallway tucked away in the corner. Our package came with breakfast which was served buffet style and offered a wide variety of choices. Will the bartender was great and made us some awesome drinks!

Spent my daughter's wedding weekend at Viana. Great food in Marco Polo restaurant. Staff helpful and attentive. Room was lovely, clean. Bed comfortable. Very good experience. Would recommend.

I loved staying at the Viana Hotel. I was there on business for almost 2 months. It was my home away from home. All of the staff were exceptional from the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping. Everyone was very professional and respectful. They made sure all of my needs were met, no matter how big or small, it was always important to them. Room was clean and comfortable.

Loved top floor room we had. Had such a great time at this place. Bartenders were very friendly. The game room here is so much fun, they have so much stuff to do. Everyone was great and professional and the crowd is classy too. I highly recommend this place!
