Great location, excellent facilities. Pool staff superb, only downside it takes ages to check in and check out or any questions you might need to ask the reception. More staff required on the front desk and need to speed up this process.

Excellent hotel with loads of facilities. Some of the highlights are: large bedrooms, nice sea view balcony's, large public spaces with comfortable seating, huge swimming pool, rooftop bar and infinity pool.

The service is excellent throughout and there were plenty of staff on hand. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Bedrooms are beautiful and they make an extra effort for honeymoon guests (as we were). Highly recommended.

Great hotel. Beautiful views. The room was spacious and had a wonderful view of the pool and ocean. Staff lovely, however service was slow I have to admit. Sky bar is fantastic. The bar downstairs is also lovely, however there was a few bits missing in the ladies loo. Like a soap dish and tap? But still nonetheless a nice place!

Fantastic hotel everything is brand new. I've travelled extensively and this place is great . Lacking in quality evening entertainment but I assume this is due to not being very busy . Facilities and staff are great. Room is amazing we have a bathroom each which the Mrs is pleased about ,freestanding roll top bath in hers .Looking forward to returning when things are back to normality and masks aren't required.

It's a lovely hotel and so near to Funchal within walking distance. The staff are wonderful, the door men always courteous and are quick to help whether that be relieving you of your heavy luggage to providing you with information about the local facilities. The hotel has a number of swimming pools, restaurants, other entertainment facilities and a spa to keep everyone happy.
