We stayed at the Rocco Forte Masseria Torre in late April. The service and attentive staff were outstanding, as was the food and attention to detail. Our room was lovely, spacious and well designed. The public spaces were very nice and well cared for...but hats off to the GM and his staff. Absolutely first rate.

Probably the best hotel service I have ever experienced. The staff go out of their way to make sure your holiday is perfect! The concierge team we had the privilege to work with, Fortunato, Pasquale and Gianni were always ready and willing to help! Fortunato in particular made sure to help us every day of our stay with our sight-seeing plans. He had the absolute best recommendations for dinner and lunch places and his ability to make sure we went to the best towns, the best olive oil and wine tasting experiences and overall really made our vacation incredible. The restaurant on site provided extraordinary breakfasts and dinners. The entire Masseria is beautiful and peaceful. Cannot wait to go back and see more of Puglia and its beauty,

Pasquale embodies the spirit of Puglian hospitality — gracious, thoughtful, and always ready with a smile and a perfect recommendation. He didn’t just host us; he welcomed us like family and made us feel completely at home in this slice of paradise.

Dining at Carosello is a revelation. Every plate is a celebration of local ingredients and Italian culinary soul, paired with exceptional regional wines. Breakfast under the bougainvillea-draped pergola? Pure poetry.

And then there’s the pool — a serene, mirror-like expanse framed by white parasols and whispering pines. The wellness offerings, including the Irene Forte Spa, elevate relaxation to a sacred ritual.

We have just returned from a fabulous 7 night stay at Masseria Torre Maizza. We absolutely loved it and were made to feel so welcome - special mention to Fortunata who had excellent front of house skills and gave us really good local advice. All the other staff were excellent too - they seemed to take pride in their jobs and genuinely wanted to give us an amazing holiday! The hotel is beautiful and peaceful and the bedrooms are exceedingly comfortable and beautifully decorated with exquisite ceramics. We loved the Bambu Beach Club - the sunbeds on the beach were very comfortable and our lunches were delicious! We have come home feeling refreshed and thoroughly pampered. There is no doubt we will return to this hotel - there is absolutely nothing that needs improving - it is PERFECT! Thank you to the Hotel Manager for running an excellent hotel!
