Lovely food and great attention paid by the culinary team specially Chef Neeraj was fantastic.
The service team was really attentive and care taking.

Well it's Hyatt property. Clean rooms, beautiful view and near to the corporate houses. Had the privilege of getting a spectacular breakfast. The only reasons that I gave four stars is because of the additional charge for a guest which is quite high. Rest it's a 4 star property and you feel like luxury.

The room was clean and well furnished. Nice to get free wifi and good quality complimentary welcome cake ..... Staff were pleasant and helpful. And good customer service to....we have gym and pool on the first floor very limited items in the gym ..

It was an official gathering of our company. The place is good to have conferences n high tea sessions. They have got many Hall's as per the capacity of the crowd. The ambience is also very cool. Interior is quite good. Staff is also cooperative. I liked the Choco muffins served here.

Hyatt is one of the top brands if you are planning to stay outside home. I like the way they have set up different varieties of chains and names to it. Rooms and place is always clean and you would find peace with no disturbance around. The team is quiet flexible in addressing your wishes and queries.

This particular place is close to airport and highways and coming and going out is smooth.

A nice and cool property without much hustle. Location is strategic in Udyog Vihar next to Delhi border and in Gurgaon. Live their rooms and food is gr8 at the Gallery cafe. Pricing is great. A great place to do business meetings and small gatherings.

Very nice place. The hotel gives a fresh feel the time you enter. The in-room dining menu though small, is an awesome collection of mouth watering dishes. The breakfast spread and the food is very good. The staff is very courteous too. All in all, a highly recommended place to stay.

Nice location. Not in the middle of the city. Hence easy to get in and out. 20-30mins away from airport. Best for business travels. Great staff and service. Will definitely come back here again.

Very good hotel with good service and rooms. I'm there all the time for my official visits to our Gurgaon office as it is one of the best around and very near to office.
Only thing I find not so good here is the taste of breakfast which often doesn't appeal me, even the love counter items. The are low in taste, often very less or no salt, non spicy etc. However, same doesn't reflect in the other meals which I have experienced there. They are tasty though expensive, which you should anyways expect.
This place is surrounded by many food related good places to go, which you may try when you have time.
All in all, as per my experience, good hotel for short stays.

Great hotel with everything you'd need (minus the mini bar). Food was absolutely amazing but can get quite pricey so I would recommend you opt for the 'all inclusive meal package' when booking if you plan to eat there. Friendly staff and nice clean rooms.

Great stay and service, rooms were more than adequate and internet was fastest I've had across hotels in GUR I've stayed at which was much needed for video conferencing. There was nearby music which stayed late into the evening each night however not loud enough to bother me personally or impact sleep. Perhaps for super light sleepers. Note, I recognize this could highly depend on the night you stay at as well.

Brilliant brunch buffet.. amazing choice of drinks.. fresh and new. I haven't had a meal and such refreshing drinks in a really long time. The staff is welcoming and friendly. We say in the lawn and was the perfect day. The desserts were to die for... If your coming here make sure Ur really hungry.. the good is just brilliant.. I'm definitely coming back

It's a very nice and cosy place to stay. Except that the approach road to this hotel is jam packed with traffic. Nice ambience and very courteous staff. The breakfast buffet is very good. Overall a very nice.

Entrance is very easy to miss. So keep your eyes sharp! It’s a business hotel. So less frills. Had heard nice things about their lunch buffet. But sadly the day we went, there was no buffet as their dining hall Was undergoing fumigation. Had a completely forgettable sandwich lunch at the coffee shop. Hope to have better food on my next visit.

Hyatt chain of hotels have been maintained and operated quite efficiently around the globe, with focus on customer satisfaction and quality of accommodation and facilities. This particular property is no exception either, although they should contemplate increasing the variety of food served. Rooms and other facilities are great, as usual

One of the best hotel I have ever been in Gurgaon. Its a very clean hotel but simultaneously an Eco-friendly hotel as well! They care a lot to their guests and very polite/ professional staffs! Basic hotel, unlike most Hyatts. But very reasonably priced and excellent service. They only have one restaurant with limited menu choices but the quality of the food is pretty good.

We stayed here for only a few hours as a place to shower and get ready for our flight out of India. It is one of the nicest hotels we stayed in in all of India and the quality was amazing. The place was brand new and a lot of drivers didn’t know how to get here. Only thing I wish they could do is have an actual sign on the glass door so no one walks into it and actually have someone at the door at all times. I had times I was walking around and no one was around to even meet us. It felt like a brand new building that literally opened that day and no one got around to staffing it. I would definitely stay here! The drive up entrance is super safe with crazy pillars that come out of the ground as you approach. Also the staff was super nice!

Nice place to be... the beauty is the peace that you get right in middle of a chaotic neighborhood. Good place to hang out with friends after office hours (if you prefer peaceful ambiance). The staff is very courteous as well.

The services are great. There is pool and a gym for those who look for their fitness. The rooms are great with all of the necessary equipment and appliances like fridge. The halls have various services. Variety of cuisine are there and chefs are great. I recommend this hotel to all of visitors and especially for events

Hyatt Place Gurgaon celebrated their second anniversary at the Gallery Café. We attended the lunch buffet that was organized for the occasion. It was a brightly lit Sunday afternoon and the weather had festivity in the air. The event had live music, lavish spread and a birthday cake too.

staff really cooperative and food tasty...ambience is as any expensive place...i liked it most because of the warm welcome by the staff. I organised my daughter's first bday party there.. i was really happy that i organised there..i went to many hotels initially to finalise the venue..the staff over here was the best in understanding my needs and they provided services at very genuine rates.

Had south Indian , authentic taste.
Rooms are spacious. Best part I liked is many Telugu TV channels.

Hyatt place is good for stay, the food is not having so much of variety. You will not getting so much variety in the non veg part and veg part also. It is of limited quantity. Apart from the price, everything is good. It is not like hyatt level, but its cool. You can opt for it. The rooms are good for the stay. You can definitely opt for it.

Good business hotel with access to offices. Decent rooms and breakfast spread. Staff is responsive and good. Access from the main road is pretty shabby. Finding the place at night can be a tough one

Am a regular diner at their restaurant and each time the experience has been great! The property is very new; has a clean look about it with a pleasing ambiance. Their Indian cuisine is the best. I would strongly recommend their Kadai Paneer, Paneer Tikka and Butter Chicken. The menu can do with more options though.The Chinese cuisine was somewhat disappointing but am sure with time they will make it equally good if not better. The staff is very attentive and open to feedback. The are happy to customize a dish according to your tastes. It would be great if they can open another restaurant , would give one more choice. Certainly an experience I would like to repeat again and again. A special thanks to Hemant Gupta, Meghna Tanwar, Chef Dharmender and Kavesh!!

It is like most Hyatt properties, undergoing renovation right now. Much less plush than the Hyatt in Delhi but has all the amenities of any Hyatt property. Rooms are modern, free wi fi and printing, and ice machines on all floors. That's pretty neat. Overall, a good business hotel.

All good... But services are slow... Service standards need to be prompt... On asking for room cleaning at 3pm, it was finally done around 11pm after 3 calls... Rest all was very good...

Very nice hotel, poor location.

Good property with minimalistic styling. It has the basis amenities like gym, swimming pool..Etc. But needs improvement in the level of service offered by the staff.
- The wifi at the room was not getting connected, upon informing the staff they came to the room checked and said yes seems like an issue and assured to get it resolved. Never heard back from them
- Ordered for room service at 9pm and after calling for reminders got food delivered by 10:30 pm. Would have expected them to at least inform that food would be delayed.

A really good business property with good amenities like a pool and a 24*7 gallery cafe.
The staff of courteous and helpful here which makes your stay even more likeable.

Nice Hotel with a basic layout. Food is OK in the Restaurant in the evening, but after a couple of days it repeated itself. It was also not always really warm. Choices were not too big. Same for breakfast. Continental breakfast was poor, missing some cheese or chocolate cream.

Beds and room were perfect. Indian and class matching standard. Clean, fresh water, and refurbished.

The food is great. Staff is professional and helpful. Rooms are cozy and all of this is consistent because this is my second time here.

We are here to celebrate an occasion over the weekend...found the room to be spacious, clean, equipped and washroom to be nice.
We booked the room after checking on phone whether swimming pool is available(this being an important prerequisite for us). We got a positive response thus booked the hotel. Once we checked in and settled...we came to know that the pool was not operational...we were told at a the reception that the same is not operational..but guests want to use it thus they have seen guests using...when we mentioned that the pool is dirty , we were told it's not possible to clean it..and also that it is available till 6.30 only so there is no point. When we wanted to check out we were told by the manager that the pool is getting cleaned and will be operational after 6.30pm. It was quite contradictory..it may become a hassle if we have to check out and find another hotel now....the entire weekend experience may get marred...we are waiting....

Stayed for 3 days at this hotel. First thing i noticed was their hospitality. The staff is absolutely courteous and helpful.

Rooms are large, clean, very well maintained, well ventilated.

24hr WiFi, hotwater, galley (incase you are hungry).

Breakfast is decent. Loved their museli along with nuts provided.

Would love to visit again.

Pretty remote, not easy to get to. Probably considered an upscale place when it was new but could use some updating. Bed and pillows were comfortable and breakfast buffet was decent enough for a westerner.

I thought even if it not a 5 star, if you compare to other 4Stars ..it doesnt stand anywhere close....I assumed like anyone would,, it must be having a swimming pool.....you guessed it right.....they don't ... It's aweful...I am already hating it.
They have a pool which was functional in the winters and now right in the summers they are doing some so called "maintainence" in the pool.. Really ? Saving cost ..is it?

That's the only was I prefer to let my hair down.
Anyone bow have to find a separate pool where I can go and swim.
Edit: after spending a full day... The chef is awesome here ...they give that personal touch when it comes to food ... One reason you would love to go is the food..

Nice small and quiet place. This is place thronged by business travellers as i see here. Food is average, nothing to binge on. Courtesy of the people here is good. definitely room for improvement in this aspect to be placed alongside the other big names. All in all, definitely good place to stay.

The only star rated hotel in udyog vihar gurgoan . The rooms are great and quite big. They provide complimentary breakfast to all guests which has a elaborate menu. The staff are very helpful and courteous. It is located very close to Maruti Suzuki plant hardly 500mtrs walk from ter.

Not what you except form a Hyatt's group of hotel. Location is very hard to find and locality is mostly dusty industrial town. And staff seems like mostly under training. Though service was good, staff seemed a bit awkward.

The rooms are very much clean and comfortable. The services are also pretty decent. However, the pool maintainane was not upto the mark.

Good staff, noises go from one room to another suggesting poor insulation or lack of real walls in many areas. Baths are seperated by partition affecting quality feel, shakes while closing slides that hardly lock in place. Overall good, especially the lobby and outdoors done well. Buffet is great but ala carte is best avoided as recipes are not in place for some menu items. good place on old delhi road if you want to quickly zap in zap out to a work place nearby.
