Comfortable little SPA hotel in the middle of Madrid. The rooms are spacy, the amenities are quite extraordinary, room service is fast and very tasty and the breakfast area is small, but well illuminated just under a veranda roof. It provides for a great breakfast setting with a nice selection of pastries, bread, fruit and joghurts. There is also breakfast à la carte and the coffee is very good.

The hotel is not only pretty and comfortable, It has an excellent staff. We went to have a drink at the lobby and the reception team took us for a tour to the hotel facilities. Will defo reccommend yo muy Friends and familia.

Loved the hotel, in a great location for exploring Madrid on foot with Metro station also close by. Very smart and rooms clean and well maintained. Spa treatments also excellent, so my wife tells me. Highly recommended.

Amazing place. Great breakfast and nice staff. Didn't have the chance to try the spa. Rooms are big enough and the minibar is well equipped. Price was fair despite the 5 stars.

Great hotel with spa access. Staff was so friendly and helpful the entire trip, setting up appointments and reservations for us since we aren't fluent in Spanish. Rooms are comfy. Breakfast is a little pricey but the truffle eggs and churros make it worth it

Absolutely wonderful hotel, as usual when it comes recommended by Mr & Mrs Smith. Beautiful decor. High ceilings with lots of original features. Very comfy bed and furniture. Luxury shower and bathroom with fresh robes daily. Great air con. The bar is stylish and cool. The porters are so helpful and friendly. We particularly loved the old carriage style lift. The spa is small but beautiful and perfectly formed with a narrow swimming pool and Turkish bath. Minor negatives include the lack of a restaurant as when we stayed they didn't have a visiting chef and the high cost of drinks and breakfast. However, overall definitely worth the premium and a fabulous romantic hotel.

The hotel was stylish and the service astounding. However, the bathrooms suffered from inconsistent water temperature and the AC was rather uncomfortable.

This is the best place for a trip in Madrid. Excellent services and wonderful bedroom. I highly recommend this place. A Real 5 stars with also a swimming pool.

Great place. I only visited a reunion room, but was very very comfortable. Fresh water, juice, fruits. Great attention from the beginning.

This is a well situated hotel in Madrid. Minutes away from the tube line to take you across Madrid. The service and hotel is exemplary and the rooms, bar, pool and gym are clean and well looked after.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms are quite large for Europe standards, and the locations is really good. You have a subway station within 2 blocks, and tons of things to do within walking distance.
