Very nice spacious rooms staff very co operative and helpful . The breakfast buffet was a very wide spread, in house dining was also very good. The meal at the Flying Elephant was excellent. All in all we had a lovely stay enjoyed every moment. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay a memorable one.

we went for a weekend escape constituting of 4 guys, the hotel greeted us with great service. we asked for city view, you'll be able to see busy streets especially in the evenings. Definitely lives up to the expectations from it's brand. The rooms are spacious, well lit and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has a good deal of variety as does the buffet at other times of day. The infinity pool is peaceful and relaxing and a spectacular view. The gym is well equipped for either a moderate or intense workout. on the whole we enjoyed our stay at the hotel

We went here on the weekend for the two day stay and ut was an amazing experience. As there hospitality is a top notch level. They provide lots of help to you if you have forgot your essentials at home not worry they have it all stored in their rooms. While coming out from a tired day they have also surprised us with pastries on the table which was beautiful. Surely looking forward to visit again

We were a group of 7 that reached Park Hyatt, Chennai, at 2.45pm for lunch which was almost closing time. When we requested for lunch, the staff were kind enough to allow us inside the restaurant. They not only ensured we had all items of the buffet but also served us with fresh roti baskets & starters at our table. The buffet was kept open for us until we had our dessert. It was an excellent experience. Thanks to the staff at Park Hyatt.

5 star hotel with great service. Not much view but you'll be able to see busy streets especially in the evening. Good food, The Flying Elephant is a must go. Great spa. Awesome 24/7 gym!! Excellent experience all round. The rooms are grand and very spacious. The bathroom is quite big, and has an integrated changing room.
The breakfast buffet is very tasty and the spread grand. The bar lacks variety of beers, also they don't have draught beer which is really sad.
The Italian restaurant in the first floor however completes the food experience by serving superb freshly made pasta and pizza (they have tons of other dishes as well).
The gym facility is quite good and is open 24hrs. While in the gym do not miss the sauna and steam facility, these are absolutely Divine and I have never seen anything like it.
The last time I visited Chennai they upgraded my room (no charge) to a suite. The suite is more like a house with a dining room, kitchen, a bedroom and two bathrooms. I am really glad they gave me that experience of life time. Thanks

Stayed there with my family, parents and in laws. Excellent property. The infinity pool on the roof top was the highlight - great views & well maintained. My 4 month old daughter's first hotel stay - i was worried initially about how she will cope up with new environment. But to my surprise she felt very comfortable. Complimentary deodorant is a nice touch. Would recommend to add a rocking cradle for the little ones. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

This is such a good hotel. Very spacious very clean and excellent hospitality by the staff there. The rooms are just so personal and looks like god's own. The food as well is unbeatable. So many varieties of food are served even for the breakfast. Anyone who stays there would just forget the world outside. Marvelous place 👌

We had a strange experience at our previous hotel. They received a government directive telling the hotel to move all foreign nationals to another hotel. My colleague and I were moved to the Park Hyatt and we loved it. The staff were friendly, cheerful and helpful. The breakfast buffet was varied and of a good quality. The rooftop pool was fantastic as was the flying Elephant restaurant. All in all it was a great two nights. Oh they also have complimentary shoe shine service.

Nice and beautiful place to visit having good views for some. Customer care is good but need some improvements. Can get many services but the quality is average and need improvements. Correction in health related minor issues are there. Hope the administration will consider to educate the workers and the responsible team for the betterment of the visitors.

Good boutique hotel with an awesome brunch on Sundays courtesy the flying elephant. Located well within other Sunday activity destinations hence convenient. Apparently the spa is also nice but haven't tried it.

Visited the Park Hyatt for some late night/early morning food. Their all day dining is very good and the same goes for the hospitality. We were provided a table next to the indoor pool and the ambience would have been great, if the mosquitoes were not present. Not much can be done about the mosquitoes though, as it is open to sky.FYI, alcohol is served in this restaurant till 3 am.

Nice luxury hotel located 30 minutes from Airport. It's almost I'm the middle of the airport and the city. Quality of room amenities, fittings and housekeeping is good. Clean rooms. Fitness centre is modern. Service levels fall short sometimes - at arrival and also during check in.

The Hotel has great decor to start with. The seating at the reception has a soothing view to a faux lake. Management and service is commendable. Selection and variety of food certainly doesn't live up to their standards (personal preference). Rooms and the other facilities are of great quality and can be felt on first sight.

The ambience is very pleasant and beautiful. The food was quite delicious and tasty. The continental pasta items we tried were of pleasant taste. The Indian beer selection is limited. As soon as you enter towards the restaurant, two attendants are waiting there to help the guests, which is nice. Very nice relaxing seating arrangement at the waiting area for the guests.

The Sunday brunch at the flying elephant used to be great. It's still good, though not as great. I live their cocktails. Food is great. The infinity pool is quite nice and their rooms are really good. Staff is great too. Most importantly they are pet friendly. What's not to like!

We went to India to attend a close friend couple's wedding there. This hotel was fabulous, with a rooftop infinity pool overlooking Chennai's skylines. You truly feel that you are in a five-star environment and the staff there were very friendly and professional. We had a wonderful time staying there. Whenever we needed anything, they usually brought them to our room promptly. It was very Western and modern once you walked inside the hotel. Everything looked brand new and high end. They offered buffets with both India cuisine and Western style pastries and drinks every day. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Chennai and enjoys luxurious surroundings and high-quality services.

This beautiful property has one of the best hospitality crew inside. Everyone staff smiles at you if you happen to exchange eye contact. This hotel has a lot to offer. It's got 3 Restaurants in total. Multi cuisine , The flying Elephant. Indian style, The Dining room and the roof top hookah lounge called the Edge. Good music all around. Flying Elephant also hosts parties every Saturday and some of the best brunches on Sundays. Oh yes. I think they also THE BEST SPA in Chennai. Or maybe the south of India. Could me the whole of India.

We loved the service at this hotel. If you have the money then staying at this hotel is great. It's safe, clean, and great service, like a Hyatt hotel should be.
The food was amazing! Although very expensive. And the service was even better, we liked this one waiter whom we had a few times, his name is Tanmoy. He was absolutely fantastic!! One of the best waiters I've ever had. Better than any back in Canada that's for sure. He made it feel like it was truly enjoyable to serve us. And he was a very hard worker.

An elegant and lovely hotel but not as 'Park Hyatt' as others in the chain. More 'softness' in appearance required.
Staff are very good, especially in F&B areas.

Wonderful welcome by Hyatt Staff. A very professional and friendly receptionists. I was offered a Single King-Bed room on 7th floor with wonderful city view. Hallways, pool, spa and other amenities are as good as their welcome.

We ordered for continental choices with lamb , ham & prawn , all were neatly served and they were utterly delicious. Even the smoothies were served fresh and was served chilled. Its has now become my favourite place to hangout with my professional mates and friends.

Will elephant fly ? ask Mr. Vamsi Krishna the creative director of this food Court.. the answer was interesting.. " in one table 5 kitchen... how? that is what flying elephant is... if 5 kitchen can feed Oriental, western, Middle East, Italian and Indian and 5 friends sharing different food at one go.. this is what the magic of flying elephant". try you will not be disappointed. you are a king and all the 5 chefs are at your disposal... The best food comes only when you interact with the chef..open your palate..tell it is bland,spicy or hot...rest the Miracle food will be on the table and this is what my experience is

Really nice hotel in centre of Chennai. Big room, comfortable bed, pool on the roof is amazing. Staff are pleasnt and helpful. I really enjoy it. Best hotel I've ever been

Been there for few times. I like the food and the view. But buffet - I'm not ok. For the bill it's very less options. I can suggest some good places around. You can have a good time with ur friends
