Loved every moment while we stayed. Staff go above and beyond. From check in to helping you book a tour or just guiding you the best thing you can do. Highly recommend you coordinate luggage pick up and drop off.

Came here for drinks outside the front of the hotel. The waiter was so rude, the drinks are so expensive 24 euros for a Bellini! The food we had was very average and they bring you the bill before your food has even arrived!

This hotel has an incredible location, being right in the center and yet having beautiful views. Service is excellent and staff very nice and available. Rooms feel outdated though, I’d love to see them renewed

Fantastic views. Super clean. Staff is top notch. Example, My waiter refused to serve my drink on a wrinkled coaster. While visiting dining and guest areas were always calm and relaxing, so so with many of the other local hotel/restaurants.

The Quisisana restaurant unfortunately did not meet our expectation. Definitely high quality raw material and food, but poor combination and inventive. Nothing memorable.

Sono ritornata dopo 20 anni circa all'hotel Quisisana e devo dire con grande
piacere di avere ritrovato la stessa atmosfera, la pulizia estrema delle camere
e dei luoghi comuni, la gentilezza del personale e la cucina ne fanno un posto
unico in un contesto ambientale incredibile, sicuramente il più bel posto di
Capri.
