Very pleasant stay .. The service and the location are very nice .. There is a big park besides the hotel where our 2.5 son have enjoyed the playing area

Non ho soggiornato al Regency, ho solo trascorso una serata in compagnia di amici nel giardino per un aperitivo, ma ho dato un'occhiata a questa vera e propria villa fiorentina a due passi dal centro di Firenze. Gli interni sono riccamente arredati: saloni, tendaggi, finestre dipinte, quadri rinascimentali, pavimenti in marmo e parquet ed eleganti pezzi da collezione ricreano l'atmosfera sfarzosa del periodo di Firenze capitale d'Italia, quando la villa venne concepita e realizzata. Sul retro, c'è il giardino privato del Regency, un angolo verde nel cuore della città dove poter gustare un caffè, cenare a lume di candela o bere un drink in compagnia, con uno degli aperitivi a tema che vi vengono organizzati.

Posto raffinato e intimo per una cena in pochi....pietanze semplici ma buone

Our experience at the Hotel Regency was not the best, the hotel is certainly not a 5 star hotel (apart for the price of the rooms). Our room was according to the receptionist one of the best however it was a bit outdated specially the bathroom.
The room was far to hot (we use the thermostat but still the room was very hot).
The complementary treats are minimum (a bottle of water for 3 days).
Our booking included breakfast witch had a good selection of cereals fruit and drinks.
The best thing of the hotel is the staff they are all very helpfully and polite .

However the staff was very friemdly and helpfull nothong was to much to ask

Отель замечательный! Номер был с балконом. Утром я залазил на крышу и пил вино:)) Завтраки очень вкусные. Интерьер старинный и необычный. Все места знаковые в шаговой доступности!
