Nice and luxurious hotel. It is very clean and cozy. There are big and very well designed rooms. Food in the restaurant was very delicious. People are very kind!

Rooms were superb. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was basic. All the extras are very expensive

Stayed at the hotel for one night and what a great experience. Staff knew exactly how to look after you at a 5 star nothing was to much trouble. Loved the decor the ambience and will definitely stay again.

Kids friendly and nice dinner menu from the cosy restaurant. If you are too tire to go out again after shopping this is not a bad choice. The location of the hotel is convenient. walking distance to Arc de Triomphe and numerous of fashion stores along the Av. des Champs-Elysees (Champs Elysees Avenue). One thing worth to highlight of this hotel is the vintage lift. It seems older than my granny...LOL

The reason why i did not rate them 5 stars is the front desk staff only speaks French.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. It was perfect. Because it was our honeymoon they gave us a voucher for two glasses of champagne in the bar. The room was spacious and comfortable. Set up with rose petals. The bathtub was amazingly large. The hamam and spa were perfect for relaxing and the staff was super friendly. I'd definitely recommend it.

Beautiful little boutique hotel with very helpful staff in a great location. You couldn't ask for me. Very romantic.

Not bad but I don't think it warrants five stars. The rooms are ok, it's quiet and the location is good, but the deluxe suite is overpriced.

Fabulous hotel! Fabulous staff! Michael was an absolute delight and I was fortunate enough to stay in the Prestige Suite, Which was absolutely gorgeous!! Definitely recommend this hotel!

Great room, stayed in a junior suite. Only complaint, and certainly a minor one, was that coffee made in the room was awful.

Franchement rien à dire au petit soin

Everything was absolutely perfect during our stay. I was visiting Paris from the States with my boyfriend at the time, we were in town for the Rugby World Cup. We were greeted by a very warm and friendly staff, they even had our suite ready before check in time. The very spacious room was upscale, Parisian chic as well as classic in design and decor; very cozy and comfy, particularly the bedding. We hardly left the suite in fact, that's how much we liked it! Great bathroom like new, with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Excellent, Parisian style breakfast. I really liked the gym as well, motivating for a smaller boutique hotel. It definitely made our weekend in Paris more memorable! I will be back the next time I'm visiting Paris and want to stay near the Champs Elysees.

Bonjour,
Malgré un personnel à l accueil remarquable et fort sympathique.
Beaucoup de fausse note dans le service des chambres.
Pour ma part faire le lit canapé à 4h du matin car le service du soir à oublier de passer dans les deux suite que nous avions réservés ne fait pas parti D un Hotel 5*.
Bien entendu tout le personnel C est excuser des le lendemain matin.
D autre fausses notes toujours concernant le services en chambres qui oublie de remplacer les boîtes à mouchoir.
Le services du petit déjeuner n est pas non plus extra (32€) pour avoir du Cafe il faut attendre un peu trop à mon goût.
Pour le bar il faut constamment se lever, aller à l accueil pour demander que le barman veuille bien venir .
Sinon dans l ensemble on va dire que ces un bon 4 étoiles mais pas 5 !!!!
Cela ne m empêchera pas d'y retourner !!!
