Good location, very nice staff, reasonable price.

Hotel is ideally placed. The room I had was spacious impeccably serviced every day I was there. I would recommend this hotel. The staff were welcoming and polite. I definitely intend to use this hotel again.

The hotel has nice rooms, and is well located, but much can be improved. Notably:
- the breakfast really isn't great at all, we were very disappointed
- there are no blinds, only big curtains, and a lot of light gets through early in the morning.
- we were lacking power adapters, and the staff wasn't very helpful

Overall, for that price tag, we were expecting more.

Older hotel, great location, good price

If you start with an 200 euro per night. You at least can make sure the rooms have a "normal " working internet connection. The location if perfect. Rooms for sure ok. Breakfast is not you want to wake up for.

L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione. Perfettamente servito da autobus, parcheggio dall'altra parte della strada (con il quale la struttura ha anche una convenzione e fornisce agli ospiti una carta con lo sconto, in totale per 24 ore si pagano 10 euro). La struttura in sé non è male, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Camere molto pulite e con piccoli balconi per i fumatori. L'unica pecca è la colazione che sconsiglio assolutamente perché non vale il prezzo a cui la vendono, in compenso dall'altra parte della strada c'è uno Starbucks dove si può tranquillamente fare colazione spendendo meno. In generale siamo rimasti molto contenti e sicuramente torneremo.

Good price for the location.

Whilst expensive for most parts of Europe, this hotel actually represents great value for Monaco. Well located for the palace and Waterfront, it is priced significantly below any other options. The rooms were plenty large enough and (broadly) clean, but suffered from a lack of both sound and light insulation. The mattresses were also very definitely on the firm side, so factor that in if you like a soft bed! Despite many complaints from other reviewers about the breakfast, I found it to be perfectly sufficient; unfussy but a decent selection. There is also a reasonably priced pizzeria on site and a couple of small supermarkets just around the corner.

Breakfast is horrible. Espresso costs extra. With a little bit more investment, the breakfast could be much better. Rooms are small and should be renovated soon.

Budget Hotel compared to other Monaco offers, very good position

It's "okay". Its getting a bit old and need a bit of a revamp. The air-conditioning either doesn't work very well or in room but temps are controlled by the front desk as we couldn't get the room to cool down very much. Wifi wasn't great; it was inconsistently fast/slow or would randomly disconnect while using it. Toiletries supplied do not include conditioner or moisturizer, bed was okay but a king size bed only gets 2 pillows. Location is pretty good for walking up to the Prince's Palace and only a 5min walk downhill to the harbour.

A bit of a disappointment. The room was not ready until long after it had been promised, was fairly small and the breakfast was fairly limited. The only plus point really is the location. If I was to return to Monaco I'd more than likely look for somewhere else to stay unfortunately.

A well priced lovely small hotel close to cruise terminal. Delicious free breakfast and great pizza in the lobby restaurant in the evenings. Spacious bathrooms and somewhat small bedroom suitable for a pre-cruise night. Very clean and comfortable.

Most expensive stay of our 3 week Euro trip, but it's Monaco. Older hotel that could use a remodel. Room was ok with a decent view. Really nothing to write home about but it's Monaco so get out of your room and rub elbows with the rich and famous. Close to the waterfront and many great places.
Breakfast was decent so I guess I would have to say that I would stay here again if the price was right.

Nul c'est pas bon

Good location. Some staff were very rude.

At 107 EUR per night, breakfast included, the price is good for Monaco. But I just cannot resist to compare it with the Ibis I usually stay at in London, for the same price (also a very expensive city). The room at the Ambassador was very, very worn off -- furniture and fixings were old and battered, yet clean and functional. Hot water in the morning took a looong time with an open faucet wasting resources. My window opened into a mini-patio and a concrete wall about 2m across...that was it. Breakfast was REALLY bad. Coffee from a thermos (you don't see that much any more). Industrial low quality bakery, cheese and ham. I know there are no Ibis in Monaco but I just cannot wait to see a decent low cost hotel like them.

Clean place to stay and close to shops and scenery

Perfect location for the explorer. Great food and service.
