What a wonderful stay we had, the staff were all so friendly and helpful, it was our anniversary so they surprised us with flowers chocolates and a dinner, they could not do enough to please us, thank you once more

Great location for a first time visitor. The room was small by American standards as was the bathroom with its funky layout. Very clean with helpful staff. A short walk to the underground and a nice pub.

Stayed here now a couple of time for special occasions and it is always so lovely when we do. They try their best to accommodate our requests whenever possible and they usually find a way which is really great. Always positive the staff are very polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and offer great amenities. Some rooms offer lovely balcony views and that's not always possible in London. Situated on a quiet road away from the hussle of the city but minutes walk from harrods and the underground. Definitely would stay here again.

Very nice hotel, room was great and clean. Nice location close to shops and Hyde park. Breakfast was a little pricey for what you get but food was still delicious. Would stay again.

Nice hotel and staff and great location in London downtown

Very nice and luxurious hotel, great professional services, friendly staff. Unfortunately appearance of building from exterior is very ugly and do not math at all with the neighbourhood. Not sure what the architects been thinking off or been on when projected revitalisation of the Knightsbridge area. It's simple block of flat within great location

A very nice hotel if you want to be close to Harrods. Nice staff, clean rooms and a very welcoming environment. Stayed there with my family for a week. I enjoyed it and I recommend it.

It is always a great stay here. I have stayed ttree times. The service is great and the restaurant is very good. The location couldn't be better it's right next to hyde park and several good restaurants. The rooms are very luxurious and spotlessly clean.

In the space of an hour trying to get ready to go out I was disturbed twice by housekeeping . The room was nice and spacious and I slept well. There was nothing to fill out and hang on the door for breakfast. The one thing that irritated me was because I didn't leave a card for extras I was told I would have to settle anything additionally in the morning. That was fine with me. Whilst getting ready one of the calls was "You called to have your mini bar tray removed" no I didn't. Whilst I was out someone came and removed the mini bar tray. Seriously it leaves you feeling like a criminal who can't be trusted and what if I had wanted something from it when I got back. I am afraid I wasn't impressed

Attentive service in a great location. The rooms are not huge by modern standards but that really is the constraint of the building. A great place to stay for a couple of days if you are exploring this part of town.

Lovely stay, upgraded us to executive suite, gave us London Eye tickets and several other pleasures, definitely recommend, lovely staff.

Very nice rooms, though bathrooms aren't huge in the Junior suite. Very attentive staff, nice little restaurant with a lovely breakfast buffet. Great location near the embassies and Hyde Park.

The best hotel, very nice and clean, modern styile, close to Horrods and hyde park only 3 to 5 mints walking, alot of resturants near by and good for shopping, very quite please.

Fabulous hotel, the service was phenomenal, it was at a great location, very old school 5 star accommodations. Will be staying here again.
