This is one of the more superior luxury hotels I have visited.

Quick trip, but staff is very helpful and courteous. They think ahead for you...it’s almost they are reading your brain. Very superior.

The rooms are large and very well appointed for an EU hotel. They don’t skimp on the amenities. Superior coffee machine in the room. Delicious for early morning risers.

Lastly, had a drink at the bar. Just the right amount of small plate appetizers delivered the with red wine I had. Again, felt they were reading my brain.

And excellent and superior hotel. Highly recommend. Will return!

Amazing hotel. The best hotel in Italy!!!

Besides the amazing and gorgeous amenities, the service cannot be beat. When everywhere else said we could not get tickets to the last supper, they were able to make them appear out of nowhere in just five minutes.

Very beautiful 5-Star hotel in Milan. The restaurant is also very nice with wonderful service. I held my girlfriend’s birthday there and they even customized a very nice tart cake for her. It was a wonderful experience for the both of us. The hotel is also famous for its afternoon tea selections. Ladies, better not miss it when you’re in town!
