We were given an upgraded room which had beautiful dark cloth wall covering and was quite spacious. The bed was very comfortable and house keeping quite thorough. The pool has to be seen to be believed...the architecture and decoration are stunning. Be sure not to miss the indoor/outdoor salt water hot tub, too. Though we did not dine at a hotel restaurant, their catering for our events was quite good, and if you did not see something at the breakfast buffet the staff was efficient at accommodating your request. This was a top-tier establishment in every sense.

Hotel is great, I think the best in the area, great location on the main road, has a history, lobby is spacious and colourful, great helpful smiley staff. I booked a king bed room but I got twin bed closed to each other so I was not that happy. Room service is great and fast. Hospitality is very nice. In general go for it if you are a couple want to stay for three days. Price is bit high but due to the name of the hotel and its location.

It is very clean and the food is tremendous, however there are several families and lots of children running around that creates a bit of a chaotic environment. The spa is tremendous , relaxing and gigantic! Certainly enjoy the pool. Fitness room is well equipped and not crowded. Ask for an upgrade room with a view if you are too lazy to walk outside .... really any room is great. Ask the hotel to book paragliding in the summer, the outfit they use is great!...

1875 building. Great structure. Open part in the front. Hot water pools. Lavish lounges etc.. best place in interlaken

Stayed here for 3 nights. Overall, this is probably the best hotel in Interlaken. However, the hotel is a little dated. Nicely decorated but the building is not new, so dont expect it to be. Service is abit hit and miss. Most people in the hotel were friendly, but some were average. Don't go in expecting Ritz Carlton / Mandarin Oriental type service and you will be fine. Location is 10/10. Right in the middle of the town/shopping district. Beautiful morning views. The Italian Sapori restaurant in the hotel has some of the best pizzas in town. Would recommend this hotel if you are staying in Interlaken.

Hotel experience wasn’t worth the money, had expired coffee cream in my room and even telling this to the concierge didn’t change anything altough we were told that “of course they’re taking care of it” (during 2 days!). Spa is nice but some parts shoule be refurbished. The restaurant and cigar bar are great tough and offer good value for the money!

If you are on the first floor you can smell the pool which isn't very pleasant. Would be better if the kept the doors closed over. The rooms are undergoing renovation, however I was in one that was not yet done and it was mediocre at best. I found lots of dust around the room, on top of wardrobes and on the floor under tables etc. The bathrooms are also extremely old but the deep bathtub was nice. On the food front, it is standard quality and price for Switzerland. Breakfast was good. Dinner was ok but expensive for what it was. As I said this is standard in switzerland and if you are non Swiss you would probably be quite shocked. Overall I would revisit but only once full renovations are done and I could guarantee a better room.

Beautiful grand old hotel with a lot of charm. Excellent French restaurant. Very pricey though.

This Victoria hotel is one of the best hotel in Interlaken. You feel very special, you get royal treatment. And icey mountain in front of hotel. You can see famous Jungfrau from hotel by binoculars. There is big ground in front of hotel. And so many branded watches showrooms. They provide texi service for casino behind that hotel. It's really nice stay over there. Interlaken is at center from Zurich and Bern.

Super hotel and excellent swiss hospitality. The interiors of this antique hotel are so pretty you wouldn't wanna take your eyes off them. Especially, their spa and pool area. And, each room is tastefully designed. THE restaurant are fantastic. Loved their Italian restaurant and their breakfast buffet is massive. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Overall i loved staying here.

My family and I had a few drinks here (we did not stay overnight). The different ballrooms were absolutely gorgeous, beautifully decorated for Christmas when we were there. We liked the live piano music a lot. Beer prices are totally reasonable still - we had a wonderful time here. Great service too. Wonderfully located centrally in Interlaken. Very imposing, and the exterior slightly less so than the interior.

Went here to one of their terrace restaurant after a day hike to harder kulm. The view is spectacular, the ambiance great. We enjoyed dinner here. Went on a weekend and was not too crowded though we found a seat without making a reservation. Of you are lucky you will be able to enjoy live piano music. The service is attentive but seemed very stressed. Overall a good experience.

The wood-fired bread oven is a focal point of the enchanting restaurant, as are the extensive selection of wines by the glass and notable vintages, displayed by the entrance.

Very clean and modern. The staff is really nice, but the place is a bit too cold and the suite is sparse in decor. I've seen much more impressive Hotels with less credentials. Another mind boggling issue and s the lack of bidet in the bathroom, in this day and age it should be a must. Even the USA 🇺🇸 does not have a culture of personal hygiene, but most upscale hotels, say in Los Angeles, have proper bidets...it's 2016!

Beautiful lobby and plenty of amenities. My room is carpeted but with a very awkward huge hump across the room. Beautiful place for a walk in the morning or after dinner!

Stayed here July 2016, what a stunning place... 4 Adult with for motorcycles, secure parking.. lovely beer lovely scenery. . Yet get what you pay for.. stunning

Upscale Hotel with great view to the mountains. Located in the heart of Interlaken you can see the paragliders landing in front of the Hotel all the time. There is a spa and big swimming pool available on the underground floor including a large terrace. Highly recommended if you can afford the jet7 lifestyle.

Beautiful hotel with classic accommodations. Locardd in Interlaken with a grand view of Jungfrau, only caution is no air conditioning and we were there in 90 degree wearher, The hotel did provide fans. GRAND PLACE.

The staff from the entrance to the Cafe waiters are all very welcoming and hospitable.

The rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable though it is an old Victorian style hotel.

I would not prefer to stay at another place in Interlaken

I didn't stay at the hotel but we tried their restaurant and really it's tasty and the service is so good. I believe for those who likes to sit in an open area with an awesome view u must try it.

Victoria-Jungfrau is, without a doubt, the best hotel in Interlaken. Rooms and service are luxurious, however, it is not cheap. Suitable for wealthy guests only.

The best hotel I have been to in Switzerland so far. Very customer focused, all professional and friendly, everyone greets with a big smile on a face. Easy check-in and out. The meal surprise from the restaurant chef was really a nice surprise. Highly recommend to have a beef at La Terrasse restaurant, you get to meet the chef.
