Who says you need to go far away, to have a vacation? Conveniently located just off the 407 near Hwy 7 and Woodbine Hampton Inn is centrally located near many great restaurants! We loved the warm 84°F indoor pool (open until 10:00pm) if you prefer a quiet swim without kids 😁. I recommend the Hampton Inn in Markham 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great hotle with semi good WiFi. The people at the front desk we very nice. The rooms were modern and very spacious. The pool was very nice and the breakfast was fantastic. My only complaint was that the rooms were hot and we had it at the lowest setting all the time

We've stayed at many Hampton Inn's, this one is not up to the standards of most of the other ones we've stayed at. Next time we visit the area we'll be seeking out a different place to stay.

We arrived late on a Friday, the same time as a large tour bus. I was able to use my digital key to get into the Hotel but it did not work for our room, so we had to navigate through a large crowd of tourists in the lobby to get a key. Our room was okay, but there was a large an obvious stain on one of the bed covers that should have been replaced.

The pool was out of order and the next day when it opened the chemicals didn't seem to be well balanced. Breakfast was okay but staff in general were not friendly or helpful.

The room was nice and clean. I liked the selection at breakfast the next morning. They had lots of variety and it was filling.

Very happy with this hotel. In fact we drive an extra few minutes away from our venue to go there (vs. closer hotels). We have always been very content with the VERY helpful staff, rooms, breakfast and amenities. Very clean, abundance or toiletries and towels (we actually forgot some things and they gave us supplies). Kids have fun in the pool and male or female, the exercise room is also adequate to get a decent workout in. We had some issues with screaming kids and noise on one night since we were next to a kids "party room" but we still gave five stars because of how well the staff handled things. You can rest assured that they actually enforce the noise bylaw that they have you sign when checking in which was very much appreciated! We go at least twice a year and will continue to make this hotel our "go to."

Nice basic hotel. Comfortable bed, but the comforter was way too warm. Breakfast was fresh but limited.

Unfortunately my visit (March 23rd-25th) was made very unpleasant by the evening/night security in our first night.. Security was extremely rude in profiling my daughter's team by race... she only approached and spoke with our coach while many other girls of other ethnic backgrounds were making even more noise than ours were.... very disappointed that she made that choice to single out our group as the ones making too much noise yet she never approached any other parents/coaches over the period (8pm - 9:45pm) before the posted 10pm quiet hours... our coaches and parents made sure to check with others adults present in the lobby about this before approaching the front desk and making them aware of this....

I liked it a lot. The only thing I would change that they put American cheese on the eggs. It wasn't very good. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Last time I was fairly impressed. Free breakfast, big bed, decent sized room. The showers could be nicer. This time, I found a somewhat dubious stain on the fitted sheet and a wad of hair between the blanket and flat sheet (and I wasn't even looking for anything). The Suite Shop could use a better selection also. Many items were out of stock. I would rather have access to a vending machine.

The hotel its self was great. I was down that way for a medical appointment. However I'm not sure if house keeping thought the over 5 bucks on the desk with some of our other stuff was for them or nit but they absolutely took it when they left and didnt even make both the beds. Other then that our stay was great and clean and inviting. Will stay again and make sure nit to leave any cash out anywhere when we leave the room.

The hotel looks brand new. Was welcomed promptly and courteously and given a beautiful spacious and clean room. Plenty of good options for a free breakfast and easy check out. Will definitely come back when in the area.

Great place to stay if you're in the area. Seems fairly new and very comfortable. I was impressed that they have charging stations for electric vehicles. Most are for Teslas, but there were a few for other cars as well (J-1772 plugs). Hotel is in an excellent location near lots of good shopping and restaurants.

Best bang for your buck. I was thoroughly surprised at how stylish and well put together this hotel actually is. No room service but they offer a free breakfast buffet and there are fridges and microwaves in all the rooms. Snacks and free coffee/tea are available in the lobby. In a pinch, they also sell microwavable dinners.

There is a good indoor pool and gym and the business centre is small but private. The Hampton Inn exceed my expectations in every way.

I have stayed on two occasions. Staff friendly and attentive. On last visit they immediately changed out the mini-fridge due to noise. Overall, would stay again.

It was a good room, (I got what was mentioned), however warm water was an issue. Sometimes it would run fine, but most of the time the washroom and kitchen sink only had cold water. Everything else was great.

The king bed suite is very spacious and modern designed.
If th broken faucet of shower is fixed, I will give 5 stars.

The rooms were very clean and organized. I really enjoyed the complimentary hot tea, hot chocolate, and breakfast. The only down side was the sink had a hard time draining and the provided toiletries were kind of low quality. Although I believe those are very very minor things, so that's why they still deserve 5 stars.

Clean, modern hotel. Goes above and beyond with the extras .... offers complimentary sundries incase you forgot something, coffee always brewing .... even cookies in the front lobby. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Only draw back was the rooms were not overly soundproof.

Greeted in a welcoming and professional manner upon my arrival. The rooms are clean with a traditional contemporary theme. All in all a very good option for my stay.

I didn't rent a room but a friend of mine did for him and his groomsmen to get ready for his wedding. The hotel and the rooms were very clean. Beds were quite comfortable. It was in a great location as it's right next to the 407 and, more importantly, Costco! They also serve breakfast down in the lobby although I didn't eat anything but that's usually a plus!

This is the third new or completely renovated Hampton I've been to in the last couple months. I like them for the price. But as with the other reviews of other locations, the pillows are horrible. Rest of the new rooms are really nice.

Booked a room with a wedding group and we loved the hotel. The rooms and lobby/hallway are very modern and seem to be brand new. The beds are comfortable and the massaging shower head is amazing. Definitely would stay again.

Get location, friend staff, nice modern rooms

Only here for two nights for a wedding in the area and there were four of us in a room so we opted for the bigger double bedroom option and man, it was SO worth it. I visited a friend in her room and the standard double bedroom was tiny!! We would have been on top of each other trying to get ready for the wedding. The bigger double bedroom was a much better choice and actually a really nice room. The only complaint I have about it was the room smelled musty and like feet from the moment we first walked in. It needed to have been aired out but unfortunately doesn't have windows that actually open to bring fresh air in. I didn't get a chance to check out the free breakfast but friends said it was OK.

Room was moderately sized, included breakfast was ok running from 6am to 10am. There is a pool but no hot tub, there is also a fitness center with treadmills and weights. Great service and a comfortable stay.

A nicer Hampton Inn. Congested area, but close to some restaurants. Pizza delivery from Pizzaiolo was delicious. Spacious rooms, walk in showers. Breakfast was reasonable - same as all Hampton Inn sites and was available right on time. The little things were there, a decent TV, the plugs on the lamps and near beds for phones, etc and at the desktop.

Our family stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Markham for a March break trip and we were so delighted with our stay. We called on our way into town and they accomodated an early check in and adjoining rooms for our family of 6. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Kids loved the pool, which also was super clean. Breakfast was good and provided a good variety. Staff was super friendly and professional. I would definitely stay there again next time I am in the GTA.

Great stay, room was quiet clean and we'll appointed. Check in was super quick and easy (booked on Expedia via Trivago). Staff was all very friendly. Lady working the breakfast area was great and extremely accomdating for my son's food allergies. She really went over and above.

My kids and I still staying in this hotel... My kids love staying at this hotel. We love whatever we see here n it's worth it what I have paid for.. the employees name Joshua, Nicole n Abraham. They are all very friendly and helped us with a great smile..
