I would say the best choice to stay in Macau Galaxy. Staff are friendly and nice, and kids would love the pool and water activities. The breakfast buffet is also quit nice. Rooms services are great too.

Helpful staff. Life guard was very nice and helpful when my son had a small accident.

Great room, nice views but some of the fixtures are a little dated. Loved the bathroom though. Service was good and the in room dining experience was fantastic with good response times.

Love the decor in rooms. Awesome views. A great getaway for a long weekend. Location is perfect that I don’t need to go out of the building for 3 days. Shops, restaurants, cafes, bars are all in the same building. The pools are awesome. The exec lounge is well maintained however the meal/drink hours are a bit too short.

We stayed at the JW Marriott Macau for two nights. The airport shuttle was very convenient, the location was perfect, the water park was a lot of fun, the room was very clean, and the service was great. Our only complaint was with the firmness of the bed. It was very hard which made it difficult to sleep. Over all, it was a great stay.

Totally loved staying here. Walking distance to Broadway for an extensive variety of restaurants and really love Man Ho Chinese restaurant inside the hotel. Excellent lunch time dim sum packages. However was truly disappointed with check in, staff wasn't very helpful/friendly and just repeated phrases like a telecom call center. This made the whole experience a little disappointing.

This is one special establishment that you will enjoy and definitely won't regret. From amazing entrances to friendly staff, I felt welcomed the moment I walked into the hotel. Many choices of restaurants and food from food courts to Michelin plate restaurants. The casino is large and seemed quite nice. The best part of this hotel is the 24hr gym with personal trainers and the amazing pool deck. They have 4 waterslides, lazy river, several large pools, hot tub, large wave pool, beach area, and a kid's water park.

Overall this was one special stay. The room was also perfect; very clean, spacious and gorgeous.

Got upgraded to a Primer Room with Resort View on the CNY 2018 New Years Eve. Awesome resort view from the room at night time and day time. Breakfast buffet at Urban Kitchen Restaurant is delicious and fresh. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool on the 3rd floor. This is a great place for vacation for all ages.

This is a very "Classy" GRANDE Hotel quite near [a 10-15 minute walk] Macau's "old Village"-- and its many fine/interesting restaurants and shops!! The rooms have many interesting features-- like a "commode with lights", and ample room, and wonderful "fluffy" Bath Robes... The Hotel can be easily reached from the Ferry Terminal by the (free) Galaxy shuttle. The Urban Kitchen Restaurant serves remarkable breakfasts with delicious "Asian" as well as "Western" favourites!! Perhaps the best feature is the "professionalism", helpfulness and knowledge of the staff. The Hotel can also be a bit "flexible" in terms if check out times. If one can get access to the "Executive Lounge"-- the services are nothing short of wonderful!!

Nice suites and very friendly staff. Great food and drink selections at the business lounge. Walking distance to many local restaurants. They is a wave pool and lazy river for kids and adults. I highly recommend it.

Excellent hotel, it's very modern and clean, there is everyone you needed. the breakfast and lunch taste very good, with lots of choices between warm and cold food.

The pools were fantastic for young kids. The malls were so-so.

Excellent hotel with very large and comfortable room. The beds are also very comfortable, and the air conditioning was extremely silent. The bathroom is also very large with a separate bathtub and shower and remarkably transparent glass between it and the room that can be darkened.
The hotel is part of the Galaxy Resort and guests have free access to the Grand Resort Deck - a large amusement park on the roof of the casino between the 5 hotel complexes. There are two swimming pools with waves and beaches, as well as several regular pools, as well as a lot of fun for children.
I am a golden member of the Marriott Rewards and have access to the executive lounge. The Executive lounge was fantastic with free alcohol (17:30 - 21:30) and a wide selection of dishes (17:30 - 19:30). Breakfast can be chosen between the Executive Lounge or the hotel's buffet.
Like everything else in the hotel, the service was also excellent.

The service at this JW Marriott hotel was unparalleled! Our room was spacious and comfortable, with ample lounge seating, luxurious bathroom, comfortable bed, excellent use of technology, and terrific amenities. The executive lounge was the nicest I've visited, with superb food and beverage offerings; I've been in many as a Marriott gold member. We had fun floating in the "Lazy River" that's shared by the hotels in the Galaxy Macau complex.

Great hotel. In the action. Only complaint is that the Exec Lounge does not have a view and the food is average. Most other Marriotts in Asia especially JW Marriott have better lounges.

We took a boat from Hong Kong to Macau for a night. Wow what a place and a what a hotel. I kinda wish I had known it was as nice as it was, because I surely would have stayed longer. Thanks for the great Marriott experience, that I will now compare all future hotel stays too.

With swimming pools that have to be seen to be believed, gorgeously appointed rooms, and staff that make the effort to really make you feel welcomed and comfortable, this is a fantastic place to stay!

This is an AWESOME HOTEL, there's a Private check-in on second floor for Marriott Reward Members, 24/7 security guards throughout the hotel, the Jacuzzi rooms on the 7th floor are amazing, room service, everything is OUTSTANDING. THANK You Mr. Marriott!!!!!!!

Came expecting great but turned out to be fabulous! New hotel, so all amenities are modern and up to date. Got upgraded to a splendidly large room with amazing views of the city. Have stayed at various Marriott properties worldwide but if we set aside the beach resorts this would rank pretty high at the top.

Large rooms, amazing staff, and the pool is unbelievable! There's a lazy river that takes you around the Galaxy complex (all part of the same family) with fun stops in between the lazy river. The executive lounge is amazing with an incredible staff and food! Very convenient with free bus shuttles all over Macau through the Galaxy.
