Beautiful resort! The views are incredible too! Every staff member we encountered was friendly and the service was great! We ate several places on the property and enjoyed them all!

Beautiful property, classic old world feel. Warm and friendly staff...from the 'can do' attitudes at the arrival-to the respectful and spot on bell staff, to the sweet staff in Crave, who took the time to tell me which sunglasses looked best on me! It was a real joy not to be stressed about anything! Thank you ♡♡♡

Really nice property. The have a few dining options. The tapas bar was really good. They have a grocery/ cafe. Really nice seating. There is also a nice trendy bar. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is that I had to pay 22 bucks for parking and the spa was extra to access.

Truly enjoyed staying here with my wife. The staff is over the top friendly and helpful. Lovely pools and the brunch on the weekend is terrific. Quiet peaceful pocket of Scottsdale with Camelback mountain in the background. Lots of great places to eat nearby.

Enjoyed our evening there. Would be nice to have a wider selection of happy hour appetizers. The only thing that appealed to me was the flatbread. How about coconut shrimp? California rolls or spring rolls? Nachos or mini-tacos? Just some suggestions...

What a beautiful resort! Everyone was so friendly. The rooms were impeccable! The location of the resort was nestled in the Camelback Mountain area. It was easy to get to and from the airport. We enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend this resort.

Awesome place with excellent service and even better views. We we're in a suit in the back of the property with the doors opening to a stunning view of the mountains behind it. The staff was incredible. Every single staff member seem extremely interested and focused on our experience. If hanging out in the spa and getting massages your thing then this is the right place. Aside from the great dining on site there are multiple very good restaurants within a mile or two. Try "Elements" for a world class experience. I could not have been happier with the experience.

We only had one night and day here but we have loved it. Would refer this place to friends and would love to come back. Beautiful place amazing views. Beautiful cacti and flowers everywhere. The food in every place has been high quality. Drinks are great by the pool...spendy but good. Service is excellent servers always near by and checking in kindly. Feels a bit like a Tuscany get away here. Love it☺

Everyone was great upon arrival. I checked in and they took me to my room- it was dirty and hadn't been cleaned yet. They took me to my new room and it was nice. Found a lot of bugs in the room and a huge dead beetle in the entry way. They charge you for a mini fridge and microwave in the room which I thought was tacky since they charge you so much for everything else. They did however just give me the microwave since I said never mind on those items. One guy at the bell desk kind o had an attitude since we left maybe 3-4 times a day. Overall, pretty good stay.

Absolutely perfect 1-night staycation! Property is beautiful. Our room was well appointed, with a rustic Spanish feel. Juliana at the front desk was so accommodating regarding several requests to help make our special occasion even more special. Have stayed at this resort twice, and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Went to the resort for a spa weekend. It was amazing! The resort did not disappoint. Every person we interacted with was extremely polite and helpful. Spa services are to die for. I'd recommend taking advantage and spending the entire day utilizing the services, resting in the whisper room or hanging out by the spa pool. Truly luxurious!

We were staying at another resort and it was awful so upon looking around we called Omni. Im so happy we gave it a chance! The customer service from the second we pulled up to us leaving was phenomenal. The bathroom in the rooms were very nice and the bed is comfy ( great pillows) we sat at the adult only pool and were pretty much the only ones there which is good for my hubby and I since we don't like crowds. The spa was really pricey but I ended up getting a massage a little down the road that was 1/4 of the price and excellent. We will definitely stay here again.

Best spa amenities in the area, hands down. The resort itself is awesome along with the pools and on site restaurants.

Needed a place to stay at the last minute .. I’m very glad i chose this place. Very clean, remodeled room upped the value tremendously. Seemed pretty quiet compared to other places I’ve stayed. Situated smack in the middle of the main drag. Plenty accommodations within walking distance.

This is my third or fourth time visiting this Resort and, again, it did not disappoint. We keep returning because of their dedication to your relaxation, cleanliness, and overall well being. The anti-fatigue pedicure is amazing! As are the facial and massage services. The food is great at many of the locations around the resort. We love it here and it will continue to be a part of our celebration traditions for years to come.

The Omni Resort and Spa is one of the best kept secrets in Phoenix. It's quaint, and historic. One of the most beautiful hotels and all of Phoenix. It is small but grandiose. The grounds are Immaculate. The staff Is top-notch always looking to help the guests. Some of the amenities you would only find and five star hotel. I taking some pictures and added them to my review Unfortunately they were all taken in the daytime have they been taken at night time you would have gotten a whole different impression. Like I said this is one of the best kept secrets.
They have three restaurant on site. And if you forgot anything they have a
gift / clothing store for all of your sundry needs and anything you might have forgoten.

Although I've only been to the Joya Spa and not ordered a room, this is undeniably one of the best spas I've been to in a while. The eerie music and soft lighting of some rooms allow for comfort and relaxation with fruits and citrus water. Pool is rather small, but the view and service from staff makes up for it. They even let you order food from outside, we've had pizza every time we go and it's such a pleasure to go there.

The resort itself looked beautiful, but on this visit I only spent a couple of hours in their bar, Prado. It was the perfect place for a business discussion as well as personal or private conversations. The tapas selection was wonderful, the wine list and house cocktails were delicious, creative and diverse... I think almost anyone could find something they would enjoy.
The "mixologists" (bartenders) creating them were both helpful and appropriately discreet... attentive without being overly present and charming to every guest- regulars and new comers alike.
I visited on a weekday evening, so it wasn't jam-packed, but there were several small groups both around the beautiful outside seating arrangements (each around a fire pit) as well as sumptuous and cozy areas inside... The inside seating arrangements were away from the bar itself; far enough that any nose from the bar wouldn't be disturbing.
Seating at the bar is limited, yet comfortable.

The ambiance, regardless of where you choose to be seated is very comfortable, low key and friendly. I enjoyed my evening and definitely plan to return again soon. So far, this is one of the nicest surprises I've run across in my search for new places to meet and chat with friends!

Montelucia never fails to disappoint. Pool is excellent and rooms are very spacious although some have an older layout that is a bit dated. Overall v erg good service, awesome views and luxurious look and feel. Restaurants can be disappointing as there are much better options throughout the area - I feel they’ve tried too hard to be different for the sake of being different and lost touch with providing really satisfying food. Nonetheless I stay here often when I come to town and I’m a happy repeat customer.

It is a very beautiful resort. The rooms are a good size, with a large bathroom. The Joya Spa was wonderful. Amazing scenery, especially while enjoying the pool. Only minor complaint is about the amount of glasses and dishes left out side people's rooms, and the time it took for them to be removed. But some of those glasses were put in strange places, so that was probably guests not being considerate and just dumping them. We had a very early morning flight out, and the staff ordered us a town car and came with a golf cart to get our luggage - great service.

Escaped the cold for a long weekend, warm getaway. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Pool service was great, received a cold pitcher of water every time we sat down. Grounds are beautiful. Rooms feel a bit dark and could use an update.

The spa is great. Five stars all around. Make sure you go early or not on a weekend as it tends to get busy. There is also a separate pool for spa guests that has great views of camelback. Very relaxing spa day.

Stayed with my husband for two nights away from the kids over Easter vacation. Wonderful room with a huge patio overlooking the pool and Camelback Mountain. Loved relaxing around the adult pool. The waiter kept us entertained and with a drink in our hand. Great spa visit with Cori. We are planning on going back again next year with the kids.

Very great place to visit when there is a large group event. The ballrooms are very nice and well laid out. I didn't get to check out the bar or the clothing shop but they are definitely there for you to use, and people are using them. My only very small complaint would be with some of the valet, the gentleman who eventually helped me was very nice and courteous but the others were not so much. The bathrooms are very cool to be in.

I cannot day enough about this place! They have the best customer service all around. I felt like the most important person at the resort! From the moment we pulled up until we left we were recognized, assisted and catered to. The spa is wonderful! The entire place is magical. I cannot have a staycation anywhere else.

The place was pretty. The spa services were very nice. I had the massage and facial and enjoyed the pool side at the spa. The beds were not very comfortable and the service at the restaurants and downstairs poolside were very slow, almost non existant. For the price paid for everything, I don't know if I would recommend or go back. I would expect better service and nicer rooms for the price paid.

We loved our stay so much we rearranged our schedule to return for an extra night a few days later. Gorgeous, comfortable rooms with mountain views and awesome bathrooms. Pools heated to 85 degrees, Prado is a cozy restaurant with heated outdoor seating and delicious food. The staff was beyond helpful. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool with the spa and the fitness room has stationary bikes outside on the balcony. A perfect stay!!

Absolutely beautiful resort, friendly and attentive staff. Views are extraordinary and there are many places to relax and take it all in. Spa was blissful and my favorite in he valley. The dinner at Prado was really special. The food was truly memorable and top notch service. Highly recommend

Love this Resort. The Joya Spa is the best and I have gone to most of the high end hotel spas in the Valley. Also, their restaurant is excellent. Make a reservation to sit at the Tapas Bar. Finally, every year, I book workshops at their convention center. The catering, support and location are first rate.

What else can I say besides WOW! From the moment you arrive you are pampered and treated as family. The resort is beautiful and the rooms are on point (the bathrooms are particularly nice) for a 5 Star hotel. The pool attendants are really nice if you want to have a cpl drinks or even a full on lunch. Overnight parking is reasonable and the food is above average for a hotel. I even requested a late check out the day of my departure since my flight wasn’t until 4:30. I was given a very accommodating 1:30 check out. All of the employees are courteous and all of my needs were met with a smile. My wife and I have always had great experiences staying with Omni but this resort may be there masterpiece!

Awesome resort!!!! The grounds are so beautiful and very quaint. The restaurants on site were great! Great location at the base of camel back mountain. The best part was the golf cart ride with your luggage to your room through the property grounds.

The property is gorgeous and the aesthetic/ atmosphere definitely resembles what one might see in Spain/ Morocco/ the Mediterranean. The room was spick-and-span and the bed incredibly comfortable. And the bathroom, my-my was it pristine and pleasant to behold. Overall, a wonderful experience despite only staying overnight.

We went to the M Bar for drinks and dinner. We sat in a cozy section with couches and lots of pillows.There was a jazz trio playing, that plays Wed-Fri.The service was great and the food was delicious and creatively prepared. We will be back!

The hotel was amazing. The room was incredible. Huge patio and such a beautiful bathroom! The place was very quiet and all the staff were attentive and kind. It was very decorated for the Christmas holiday and there were even events for children with a guest appearance from Santa! Loved it and will definitely be going back. Worth every penny

Yes, it costs a lot more than most places to stay but perhaps for a special occasion and if you have the means and opportunity this place won't let you down. The people are very nice, and the grounds are beautifully kept. You will want to keep the bed! Good location and onsite restaurants were wonderful. They have golf cart on campus transportation.

I attended a work event in the ballroom and it was beautiful. The staff was attentive and kind and the venue was gorgeous. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is I had the vegetarian dinner and it was cauliflower steak which wasn't much of a dinner, unfortunately. Also, the coffee wasn't great and we weren't offered refills.

It was a sensational experience with large rooms, a great layout and nice fitness center. The food, service and setting were exceptional and I have nothing but compliments for the team. The rooms can use a refresh, but were really spacious and well located.

I attended a small holiday event for kids which was held in on of the ballrooms. The facilities were excellent. The staff was very attentive, professional and courteous.

This spot is special to my heart because this is where I met my husband when it was originally La Posada. The hotel is gorgeous after the remodel. We happened to come on Thanksgiving Eve to meet friends for an impromptu late-night dinner. After being asked to pay $20 for parking. Then asked to pay $20 entrance into their event... No one could tell us where to go to meet our friends for dinner. After waiting 30 minutes we left and went and got food. Although we did not eat there we did hear from our friends that did have dinner that because they were so crowded food arrival was very slow. That's to be expected on a busy night like Thanksgiving Eve.

The standout element is the executive chef. He crafted a fantastic multi course lunch that was unforgettable.

We have stayed here many times before but I always look forward to coming back. The staff is friendly/helpful and the view can't be beat. It's a big resort so request a golf cart if you need help getting around.

I called to see about an early check in, the girl on the phone was clueless. We showed up a little early they said they had a room ready, I asked if it was the same type room I had reserved, she said yes, it was a king poolside room. So unless I was going to jump from the 2nd floor balcony it was not “poolside” in fact we had a view of a wall and the pool off to the side. Later that afternoon we went down for a drink and appetizers we never got the appetizers had to order them a second time. The bar was dirty, none of the tables were clean. Very poor service. Day 2 by the pool same poor service. We had a spa appointment for two 80 minute massages, somehow they messed that up, my daughter got a 50 minute massage. This resort is beautiful and the spa was amazing, the customer service is inadequate to the point we won’t stay again.

I was not a guest at this hotel. I worked there over the past week working on the Google Zeitgeist '15 show. I would have to say that the resort was extremely accommodating to all the AV techs and other contractors who were working on this show, and I was impressed with the lengths the resort took to keep the massive construction that occurred to make this show possible very transparent to the other guests.

I loved it! The spa was outstanding, the staff friendly and the view breath taking. The only drawback for me was the menu . I prefer more traditional fare.

Our room was great. The gym was more than great. The adult pool was very relaxing.

The service was above our expectations. The food service and manager were very accommodating. The gals that clean the room were very nice.

We attended a seminar over 4 days. The breakfast and lunch was very tasty.

All I heard from the attendees was the same thing, completely satisfied.

Had an early business breakfast with a long term resident of the resort. Service was courteous and prompt, breakfast buffet was complete. Only downside is that the chefs tasked with serving made to order waffles and omelets were nowhere to be seen (ostensibly you had to find a server to find the chefs).

This place is beautiful. The rooms are gorgeous, the service is amazing. We stayed in a villa- so it was a bit of a hike to our room, but the grounds are breathtaking and if you aren't up for a stroll there are plenty of golf carts to take you wherever you would like to go- your room, the pool, the boutique or one of three on-site places to eat/snack/grab a beverage.

Hands down, our favorite resort in Phoenix/Scottsdale. All the rooms are very nice and spacious, whether you get an upgraded or standard room. Restaurants have great food. The pools are nice. All around wonderful experience.

The mountain view room was very nice, and staff were very accommodating. Solid pool, great massage but the resort didn't integrate any offshore nature trails.

Wow!!! What an amazing resort! From our check-in to actually leaving the place, we had such a great time. Our room was great. The service was definitely awesome and the staff were all so nice and helpful. Super clean and the 3 pools were a lot of fun. Great place if you're looking to relax somewhere quiet.

It's pretty, but it's more of a facade unfortunately. I had two large sewer roaches in my room, so I won't be coming back. They may tell you they do their best to keep up on pest control but I live in a desert area, and I regularly have my place sprayed and I hardly ever have anything in my house. I've never had bugs in my room, even at low class places.

Their spa services are great. I love the quiet room they have. The rooms are nice and roomy with a really deep tup for soaking.

The hotel is set in an beautiful environment overlooking the mountains. Room is nice and comfortable. There's an adult pool for those who don't want to deal with kids. Staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful.

This is a beautiful resort and spa but I purchased a $500 gift card for a client and they didn't load the balance to the card but did charge me for it.
My client didn't try and use it for two years so we didn't realize there was a zero balance until two years later. Catherine Thompson in the accounting department refused to help. I will never go here again. I even had my wedding here which is so sad that their customer service is so terrible. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the beauty of the resort.

We went there for a stay cation. It was beautiful and relaxing. Our only issue was with the restaurant. We made reservations and didn't get seated til an hour later.
Once seated our server was poor, slow and forgetful. The saving grace was the fact that the food was AMAZING.

This beautiful resort earns every point of every star available. From the impeccably manicured grounds to the thoughtfully appointed spacious rooms, we were impressed at every turn. The bathroom is a spa in itself with a huge tub and shower area. The standard room is very large with high-end furnishings and an extremely comfortable bed. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful resort with gorgeous views of camelback mountain!! First..the bad....the Joya spa was very unorganized and the girl working there just ran me through the place in such a hurry...I was more stressed than relaxed...the massage was great..once they figured out what service I was supposed to get....after my massage, the masseuse banged on the door asking "if everything was ok"? She did this twice...it didnt take me 5 minutes to dress...I have been to many spas...and this was my worst experience!! Their were other ladies complaining also...the whole experience was way below par for the money they charge.....I complained to Dawn the front desk attendant in the hotel...she was going to tell the manager...I complained again to Alexandra, the other front desk attendant the next day.....I did not get a call or note from the spa manager until 2 days later after I had already checked out and flew home!!! Really??? Do NOT visit the Joya spa!! The hotel and prado restaurant was fabulous!! Carmen my waitress was awesome!! The food was wonderful!! I also ate at Crave....it was quick to go food...the attendant was cold and had a careless attitude...the food was average...the valet attendants were great!! My mini bar refrigerator was broken and smelled like mold...but after I told the front desk...they fixed it.. overall...this resort was very average...Ive stayed at the omni Grove Park inn and spa in NC...it blows away the omni scottsdale!!! If it wasnt for the view of camelback mountain...the omni scottsdale would feel more like a hyatt....everyone was nice..the bartender at the pool was ok...she did her job, but didnt make you feel as if you were at a spa resort!!! There are many other spa resorts in scottsdale to choose from...so be warned...if you stay here, its because the view...also I had to call security to tell these drunk ladies below me to stop yelling and cursing...security took care of it....geeze...I felt like I was in Myrtle beach SC.....it wasn't peaceful and relaxing at the omni scottsdale....I DO NOT recommend staying here......

LACKLUSTER! This trip to Montelucia has made me reconsider staying there again. The rooms were noisy with kids--even they knew we were two adults celebrating a birthday. I sent my wife to the spa, and got charged a "daily spa charge" in addition to the cost of the over-priced massage...in addition to the 'resort charge'. There are plenty of nice resorts in Phoenix / Scottsdale one should consider before booking at Montelucia; quality seems to have diluted in the recent year or so.

The staff were great.. Room was very nice.. Deep tub and huge shower! Our room overlooked the pool and Camelback mountain. Totally sound proofed so even if people were at the pool, you could not hear them! Great value for your money.

This is the most gorgeous place to relax and enjoy the sun. Beautiful mountain views! The salt water pools are clean and refreshing. Fabulous service all around.

Valet parking is really good. The location of the spa is before you hit the main pool. There is a adult only pool further down. The spa is amazing. The spa pool is nice and quiet

I stayed here for two nights on business. It was almost record heat, but everywhere in the hotel was still perfectly comfortable. Every member if staff I interacted with was exemplary. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever slept on in a hotel. The staff insisted on driving me to the room and said they would pick me up any time I wanted to leave. Breakfast was excellent and relaxed. We ate dinner elsewhere. Next time I am in Phoenix I'll stay there again if I can.

Attended a small conference here. Resort was incredible. Would return in a heartbeat. Elegant restaurants, spa, and pools. Delicious food and friendly staff. Beautiful mountain views. Felt like a conference in paradise.

Nice pool, good drinks at the bar, and great views of the nearby Camelback Mountain. I stayed for business for a conference, and had a Camelback view room.

Some parts of the room are dated. Shower water pressure should be much better for a "5 star" place. But nice bathtub and overall room, despite some parts being dated.

There are many different buildings that make up the overall hotel. Golf carts can take you to your room if it is a bit farther from the lobby. Lobby itself has little seating, but at night you lounge around the hotel campus, and there are nice fire pits you can use at night.

I was there for a spa day with girlfriends and everything was great (beautiful, relaxing spa experience) except the spa pool. They didn't have nearly enough help. The girl servers were running around like crazy and the two guys were just barely helping. When they did help they were surly, unhelpful and rude. After a half hour with no service, no water (it was very hot) we flagged down a guy and he said he would pass our order to the server. An hour later we found out it never happened. Took another half hour to get our food and drinks. Our server made it up to us and she was a total sweetheart, but those guys have to go, or learn some customer service.

By far and away one of my favorite resorts in town and the BEST spa! I feel as if I am a world away from the daily stresses of life when I step foot on the property. Everything about Omni Scottsdale oozes relaxation. The food, spa, pools and rooms are top notch - it doesn't get much better. Added bonus - they are dog friendly!! ❤️

I was at this hotel for a conference. The conference rooms, food, and facilities were very nice. The breakfast and lunches provided to conference participants were tastey and convenient. Large room and breakout rooms were very clean and well maintained. The audio guys were very helpful, great customer service!! All in all great experience with this hotel.

My wife and I really enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and the friendly staff. We had a minor problem with our room and the staff promptly address the problem and moved us to another room. We have made it a tradition to stay here for our anniversary the past few years and will continue to. We would suggest to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay in Scottsdale to check this resort out!

My wife and I live in Glendale, AZ. The Omni is one of our favorite Resorts to have a staycation at. We spent the day at the pool in our own cabana! The kids and grand baby loved it! Our waitress was outstanding and we look forward to our next stay at The Omni.

We spent the day at the Joya spa following our couple's massage which was amazing. The view from the rooftop pool was spectacular and they have pool-side food and beverage service. Was a little shocked by the automatic 20% gratuity added to our tab despite the fact that we tipped throughout the day. Will definitely return soon!

THEE best hotel I ever stayed at..this includes 3 places in Hawaii. The views, the facility, the staff 5 star every hour of the day, every day of the week. NEVER DOUBT just book. Food was exceptional! The grounds are gorgeous!

My wife and I attended the ChildHelp Fashion Show at this location on Sunday, and I absolutely loved it. The resort is beautiful, and the food and service was amazing. The salad was my favorite course, and I usually hate salad. I wish I could remember my server's name, so I could thank him for indulging my quest to obliterate my wife's bread roll consumption. She only had one (though they never asked if she wanted more), and I had four. Thank you, my server friend.

We attended an auction. The meal was great. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The only issue was there was a lounge that closed at 10pm on a Friday.

One of my favorite resorts in Arizona! I love the region of Andalucia in Spain and the architecture, interior design, details at the Montelucia are truly remarkable. The music on top of that which is playing throughout the resort will definitely take you to Spain. I like the restaurants, the spa with its own pool overlooking the Camelback Mountain and it's spectacular sunset views. The service is always supreme on all levels. We took many beautiful photos there and no one from outside of Arizona can believe this treasure is not located in Spain.

What we enjoyed the most about our stay at the Courtyard Scottsdale Salt River was the wonderful staff. We immediately fell in love with Kristy, Desiree, Taylor & Edgar. They had us laughing hysterically and we could have hung out with them all night! They were very accommodating with any problem that we had! We would happily stay there again in the future! We stayed on the 4th floor close to the elevator and unfortunately there were some loud guests but other than that it was great!

This place simply has one of the top 5 resort grounds in the Valley. There are always friendly folks at the bar. I usually attend events here and they do an excellent job hosting.

Brunch at Prado was delicious. Service was excellent. Took a stroll after brunch and it's a BEAUTIFUL resort. Makes you feel like you left AZ and went to another country. Would definitely recommend! We weren't staying as guests of the resort, however, after today, I will. A+++++

Very nice resort. Beautiful grounds. Only complaint was that the bed and pillows (overstuffed) were way too soft. It was like trying to sleep on mushy mashed potatoes with a phone book for a pillow. (Picture your neck at 90 degrees to your body, because the pillow was way overfilled.)
