Really Beautiful place, This is the best Hotel in Liverpool city, the location is perfect and you can find good restaurants and bars near here. I stayed here for a two days and really amazing experience and really nice service.Really happy with all the services. The staff is really good they really friendly and helpful, The rooms were really well organized and cleaned. The housekeeping service is really good. 5 stars!!!

We were only there one night however we found staff to be friendly and professional and eager to please.Our room was spotless, and appliances all worked . Very central location for our needs ..several restaurants and railway station within walking distance and 5 mins drive from Westfield... we highly recommend ...we would stay there again

Excellent hotel in an average area. Location within Liverpool is good, close to shops & train. Sound insulated rooms give you a peaceful night in a large comfortable bed.

Excellent service apartment which is near Liverpool station and Liverpool hospital. Good location , nice place to sleep with quality of bed and pillow. Full function of kitchen and bath room.

Nice modern room. Great for a stop over. Only concern is the location of the carpark. The concierge give you a map to find it.....

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and it was a bit of a letdown. The sofa lounge was very uncomfortable to sit on and I pulled it out to lay down on and we couldn't because the mattress was that worn the springs dug into us. It was impossible to lay on and there were dirty bloody tissues under the sofa. The walls are thin and we could hear people talking all night. The king bed was 2 singles put together and would roll apart if you went in the middle of the bed. All in all it was good to get away just not worth the money we paid for the apartment.

Adequate accomadation. Cannot leave building at night as get harassed on street.
Also difficult to get back into parking after hours if they forget to swipe your card.

Love this place, rooms are very clean. Bed is so comfortable and the shower is hot. Only fault is no restaurant on the premises, but many dinner options only minutes away by foot.

The room was clean, provided a king (two singles) and relatively good block out curtains. Microwave, fridge, crockery and generous sized shower. There wasn’t too much to fault but the noise from the alleyway (a wasted balcony view) just ruined my week of sleep. On site parking was also difficult to find and navigate to.

Great motel. Underground parking but costs extra. Close to all shopping .

Accommodating staff and clean modern rooms. Was attending a wedding during the day and had to complete check in process at 10am and wouldn't return until after 2am. The staff were helpful in getting me sorted and were also helpful when I slept in until 9.50 and were thankfully able to sort an extra hour before checkout! The room was lovely. Modern, very clean and well situated in Liverpool. My family often stay here and recommend it and I was very pleased.

When we arrived at the hotel they had our dates wrong. We were then provided with 2 separate rooms. This was not particularly suitable for our family situation however we were told that no other options were available to us.

Stayed in a studio which was clean and well appointed. Service was generally good except not all their staff are consistently trained on check out procedures or going the extra mile. I had a staff member help me when I locked myself out and she was friendly and professional.

When I left some unopened candy behind and told them the next day the staff member I spoke to didn't investigate, had to keep chasing up only to be told it was thrown out. One of the staff members also made my colleague wait for another staff member to check her out of the hotel because she either didn't know how or was too busy. Very strange to not be able to offer this basic service.

Room was clean and airy. Balcony has good space and nice open view.

What can I say. I got upgraded. To top level. The room clean. Had washing and dryer so had chance to clean my clothes. Late check out and for a top notch level motel it's chhheeeeaaaappppp. Woo hoo

Access is terrible. No parking in front of hotel. Small sign saying go to lane way around back. No proper door to reception out back. During my stay i found another couple stuck in elevator trying to get to reception to check in.
First room they put me in i found the air conditioner to have many months worth of dust. Cleaner suggested that i should have put into booking info that i suffer hay fever. This is not acceptable as I'm paying for a clean room.
Other than this the staff are friendly and willing to help. Location is great as very close to great amenities.

The rooms are new and comfortable for extended stays, full kitchen amenities and a washer and dryer in the room. Good access to local restaurants and public transport.

Check in staff accommodated my late check in by coming back to the hotel after hours, much appreciated. Room was clean and modern, lack of balcony was disappointing, but not uncommon. Would stay again.

Nice hotel; just remember that parking is via a little lane way coming off the street behind the hotel. There isn't much signage to indicate otherwise.

Good clean rooms. Central location although no short term parking is available for guests to use while checking in. There is underground parking available but it's off side streets and you need your room key to access it. That was the only slightly inconvenient thing.

Terrific hotel, in a really convenient location right near the train station and Liverpool itself.

I can't fault it. *Great* bed. Very nice, clean, bright room in perfect repair. An ironing board. An iron that works. Reasonable price. A short walk from Liverpool train station. I plugged my laptop into an HDMI slot on the TV and watched Netflix.

Good location, close to Westfield Shopping complex and within walking distance of the Liverpool railway station. Many eateries in the surrounding area and also adjacent to 2 hotels. Staff were friendly and the property was quiet. Rooms were clean and beds large and comfortable. Parking was cheap but had to circle the block twice to find the garage entrance.

Friend was staying at Quest, decided to go for drinks in the area before visiting friends room. Facilities were clean and very impressive.

Me and my family stayed at Quest Liverpool on the 29th of April 2017 to attend my cousins engagement. My stay was pleasant and the staff at reception were friendly and professional. Our rooms were very clean and inviting. My wife forgot to put alarm on and we woke up at 9.32am. Called reception and spoke to Mary Lara if we could checkout at 10.15am. It was fine. Whilst checking out I asked Mary if I could leave my car parked at the car park for an extra 30minutes so I could do some last minute shopping before I left for Port Macquarie. It was fine. These things were really small to request but were very important to me during my stay and I really appreciated the good service. Mary was very good to deal with and I will always recommend and stay at Quest Liverpool on my visits. Very happy and highly recommend.

Good clean well equipped rooms. The location was good being right in Liverpool, walking distance to most things in town.

I unexpectedly has to arrange accommodation for 17 guests most of whom were international dignitaries attending a joint exercise.
QUEST apartments LIVERPOOL executive Ms Ericka Palekhova was extremely helpful & professional within the pressing timeframe.The concierge were also helpful and the accommodation itself unequalled in the surrounding area.

Clean, free WiFi, free Car Parking (behide). Reasonable price.

One beautiful place to stay: not very far from the train station

Clean modern stylish apartment room. Everything works. Very convenient parking for $15 per night underground.
No street parking available (need to drop off your partner to check in and organize underground parking while you drive around in circles).
Free WiFi allocation was so small that it is cheat to call it "free".

Best accommodation in the centre of Liverpool. Relatively new and clean and while compact in the studio rooms - it has everything that you need. While 'free' WiFi is included, the 200Mb allowance really isn't enough to do anything.

I have stayed here regularly for nearly 18 months. Rooms are new and clean. Staff are excellent. Friendly and always ready to help out. Kitchen and laundry facilities in the rooms are very good. Bed is comfortable. Gets a little noisy if you get a room on the highway side of hotel otherwise this place ticks all the boxes
