Beautiful serene surroundings for those who want peace and quiet. I should think it's very ideal for papa bear to play golf and mama/ kids bear to go shopping on the days not dedicated to Disney World. They even allowed us to have an early check in. Our only complaint is that the cups in the rooms didn't have saucers and no spoons available

Awesome location and comfortable rooms. My kids felt like they are in midst of heaven. The bus service to Disneyland was also good. Wish I had more time to just sit there and enjoy the view.

The small refrigerator in the room can't be used. It's a pity that there are condom bags used by others in the drawer. Some people sticked the chewing gum to the keyhole of the bedroom.(Room 164) , the sound insulation is not good。
But these do not affect me.

If I visit Disney again, I will be back.

Nice reception area, friendly/helpful staff, room was comfortable although the air conditioning was centrally controlled and the room was slightly too warm as a result. The bathroom was fine, although was showing signs of age. The free parking was great, and Disney was around a 10 minute drive away. I believe there is a shuttle but we did not use it. There are a couple of Boulangeries and a supermarket just a few minutes drive away in Romainvilliers (turn right out of the hotel).

It's all right. Nothing special. Breakfast is massively over-priced. Rooms are clean and tidy and the location is ideal. Staff are friendly and accommodating. If it wasn't for the breakfast, I would give 5 stars.

While the location of the hotel was great, so close to Disney, for the price you would have thought it would be a much nicer place. The staff was wonderful, however the food at the breakfast buffet was not very good...dry meat, little variety from day to day and expensive. Also, our room was so hot and even though we reported it to the staff it never was resolved. It was MUCH cooler (to the point of being cold) in the hallway than it was in our room and we resorted to having to sleep with the window open, and consequently the curtains, to get any sort of cool air. I guess I would have thought that for the price of the hotel it would have been a better place to stay. Needless to say we were somewhat disappointed.

Nice hotel. Good value for money. Close to Disneyland. The good thing is there is a coach ride every 15 minutes which takes you directly to the Disneyland amusement park. The hotel has good facilities such as a sauna and swimming pool. The breakfast is nice and there is a pretty good onsite hotel restaurant. Better off staying here then at Disneyland itself.

A good hotel, close to Disneyland with good breakfasts. The room was quiet and comfortable, a very comprehensive buffet breakfast in the morning and buses running to the park every half hour. (The last buses back after the fireworks can be a bit rough though, given there are just two after the park closes and only limited space on the bus it gets a bit viscious. Not recommended if you have small kids.)
There's a bar in the foyer, feels like an odd place to put it, but its quiet and an OK place to have a nice cold glass of something before going up. Not a place to 'make an evening of though'.

Great location, free parking and a free shuttle bus are great for visiting Disneyland Paris. The breakfast is also very complete and the rooms perfect for a good night's sleep.

They have a friendly staff but the rooms are a bit dated and need to be renovated. Thete iscaclot of visable wear and tear. This is my second stay. Price is reasonable based on location and free shuttle. Only gripe are the dated rooms as mentioned.

Not everybody it s the same...mrs morgen from reception desk...the same person who make me wait tell 3 o clock for get in my room few weeks before even if i am concierge ...today she couldn t check me out late because the hotel it s full...in my opinion that person can t belong to the radisson blu staff

Highly recommend it if you are looking for a quiet place when visiting Disneyland. The staff was very friendly. Delicious breakfast and dinner options and the room was clean and with a nice view towards the inside garden.
For people choosing the hotel when visiting Disneyland there are shuttle busses every 30 minutes towards Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy Station which is situated just at the gates of the Disney Parks.

The place was quite good. Nice WiFi service, sweet swimming pool, but food could've been better though.

Stayed there to visit Disneyland Paris for 3 days, got checked in early which was great and at no extra charge. Room was lovely, staff were helpful

The hotel is great and the reception staff and concierge are all very gentle, however, the transportation company that the hotel deals with is very bad, the driver who picked me up was very rude, impolite and aggressive.

Good: beautiful hotel and surroundings. Beds are comfortable but could be a bit bigger. Breakfast is nice but there was an event on and so there was a huge queue getting in. Staff are friendly and helpful but service is a bit slow for lunch (might have been because of the event).

Good hotel, room wasn't cleaned for two days, but this was promptly resolved by the housekeeping. Rooms were big and spacious, breakfast buffet was great! Dinner at the restaurant was a bit expensive, but great as well.

I loved the hotel I didn't really like the food but the it had a shuttle that was always on time!! would stay again

I stayed with the family at the Radisson. It's few minutes to Disney Park and the hotel has a shuttle bus for the customers. The place is awsome, and it has a a gym, a swimming pool and Sauna

I give the room and service 3 stars though the bed is very Comfortable, location 5 star with a wonderful golf course, Amenities 4 star but can be improved with the availability of a Spa in-house. Check in process can be significantly improved. Environment is 4 star- quiet, lovely, and Serene environment. The breakfast buffet is excellent, a 5 star.. Room service food options can be improved too so I give it 3 star. Good bus service to Disneyland operating every 15 mins.Overall a good hotel if you want to relax. The hotel can be improved by adding social activities a few times a week like Happy hour, making the bar more functional, etc. Overall score a 3.5 star.

We went to the hotel for 4 days to go to Disneyland Paris. The hotel has an excellent location and it offers a shuttle bus every half hour to go to Disneyland. The room was clean and the breakfast open buffet is nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Generally it was a pleasant stay. I would recommend it. The food for dinner in the restaurant was not of great quality and expensive hence the 4 stars.

Very nice hotel. EXCELLENT breakfast buffet! Very close to EuroDisney plus free shuttle. Room service was yummy. Housekeeping and special request follow through was lackluster (called 4 times for a blanket and pillow. Finally got blanket only.)

The only great thing was the breakfast, the bus wasn't good at timing and get back to the hotel bert soon, room was a bit old, and the location is very far from the park and the mall

I have just returned from Radisson disney and it's been a great experience. The location of the hotel is excellent. At 1st look it looks expensive but believe me it works out well. A free shuttle to parks every 30mins will save you atleast €20 a day as that's the charge for parking at disney. Taxi price will be similar.
Also the price is around £150 a night and that includes breakfast too.
Breakfast is of top quality and will cost around €20 if you was to go out and have it so when worked out it's actually priced well too. Above all it's very clean, very quite and very close to Disney parks

Pleasant stay with a 10-15min transfer to Disneyland. It is then approx 15mins walk from where the bus drops you. The hotel breakfast was good, hot and cold options. Swimming pool is compact but quiet for a family swim. Concierge is friendly with answering any questions or storing luggage. Only downside was having to wait a few hours on arrival for a room. A complimentary drink or snack would have been appreciated during the wait. Still recommend and will revisit on next trip to Disneyland.

Convenient hotel used for a one stay to visit Disneyland Paris. Arrived at Disneyland by train, shuttle was easy to find and use to hotel. Room was large and bed was comfy, however walls were thin and shower head was broken in shower (kept falling off). Overall a good value for money option if you want an easy hotel for the park.

Very nice hotel, and helpful. Bus to Disneyland is only obvious after arriving. Pick up at the parks is from the bus stand in the car park, and not the one next to the station that shuttles to the Disney hotels.

Reached hotel with family at 1 but was asked room will be ready by 4. we left our baggage in locker room & left for paris. Hotel has regular shuttles "every half an hour" to disneyland/railway station. came back to hotel in th evening...room was large, we had triple sharing booked, but to our surprise room was very hot & AC was not working. Called HK 4 times, and each time they promised that they will do in from system....nothing happened. 4th time they came clean & said their AC not working. Two horrible days and change of rooms, there was divine intervention, weather changed and it was pleasant in our rooms. Worst still to come, kept our passports in front office safe, last day when we asked for them, they couldn't locate our pouch, after half an hour search, they located it, manager almost blamed us for the fiasco. Anyway, paris was fun & lovely memories.....just comfortable hotel would have been cherry on the cake.

Pros: Peaceful, large property. Regular shuttle to & from Disneyland/Train Station. For shoppers outlet mall near by.

Cons: Management needs to be customer friendly with promised facilities

A very pleasant hotel with an excellent buffet breakfast. A great location for those wanting to go to Disneyland via a free shuttle bus. Its rooms are clean and comfy, and has a swimming pool and gym facilities.
