I visited this place for a symposium, I personally doing the entry to be really beautiful. The guards greeted and were really helpful. The aisle and the lobby towards the hall was exquisite. Food however was a total disappointment, maybe because it was a free event. The dessert was really nice. The hall which I visited was called as the grand ballroom and it was huge with proper sound and video systems. Overall my experience was really good other than the food.

Amezing experience. Right from the parking to the service is wonderful. The staffs are very welcoming. One of the best 5 start hotels in India. I totally loved it. The hotel is based on Mysore's palace, will make you feel like a king, queen or princess in a palace of India.
I attended a lunch buffet hosted by my office. The variety was great. A lot of options for the vegetarians. The whole property is well maintained & gives you a great feeling.

My stay there certainly lived up to it's reputation.. all the staff are helpful and go out of their way to ask you what they can do for you. Rooms are very spacious, offered views of the gardens; bed & linen quality was very high (and they have a pillow menu!). Large channel selection on the TV and WiFi bandwidth was outstanding. Buffet breakfast was outstanding... although busy, didn't feel like you had to wait long. Although my stay was only a couple of nights, i could envision that this would be a place one wouldn't mind staying at for a week or more.

Wonderful place. Beautiful. Especially the garden view from 1st floor. Very well maintained. Went for a recruitment event. All the rooms look huge. Had sumptuous buffet lunch. Taste was awesome especially biryani and desserts. I loved it.

5 stars for a 5 star hotel. Serenity in the midst of chaos. Excellent value. Excellent service. Excellent breakfast. Excellent pool. Beautiful surroundings. Good gym and spa, if a little limited. Only niggle is the size of the place. It was quite a schlep from room to elevator.

Stayed in the hotel for couple of days, the best hotel in the city. Rooms with great garden view. The food was outstanding in all the restaurants, especially the break fast buffet in citrus is so huge and you name it ...chefs are ready to do any request to wow you.. that's the kind of service they offer at the Leela hotel. Must visit hotel to have a royal experience and the staff make you feel like a king. Kudos to the entire team. Would like to mention chef Basha , he make sure me and family had a great experience during the breakfast

Super luxury with hi-tech and premium amenities and facilities. With more than 200 luxury rooms, Leela is right place to spoil yourself. The staff is well mannered and prompt on services. Food is quite good. The only pain is its distance from airport (43 kms) which is mainly because of the ever crowded roads of the city

Definitely recommended if you've to stay in city for more than 48 hours and care for comfort and luxury

The old world charm in the busy city of Bangalore is a welcome getaway. The hotel has maintained its ambience in spite of the smart business hotels that have mushroomed in the city over the last two decades. And that says a lot. It makes one pause and slow down. May be just the right thing to do inbetween a series of business meetings or on a holiday.
Can't say much on their cuisine or their stay cause I haven't experienced either.
Whenever I have visited I have enjoyed the quietness, the quaint yet royal charm... Much like what Bengaluru used to be. Kudos for this upkeep in a world that's changing fast- and surely it's not easy on the management.

The conference rooms are very roomy and the ambience is undoubtedly awesome. The only problem I had is the taste of the food, it is pretty bland but considering that there were several international delegates in attendance, that was to be expected I guess. Would love to have more events here.

Most beautiful hotel ever. All staff were professional and attentive. Try to get a room overlooking the garden. The room had high speed cable connection and competent technical staff who quickly and unobtrusively assisted. Bathroom has a wall-mounted, extensible mirror that lights up and magnifies. The designer took the time to incorporate the use of lighting into the decor. Bed is extremely comfortable and sheets feel nice. Laundry service is reliable. Good selection of bottled water. Invoice at checkout was itemized and easy to red/review. Since it is such a large hotel, the corridors can be extremely long from end to other. Visitors may want to take a quick moment to visually locate and memorize the number of doors to get to the nearest emergency exit.

Nice place. Attended a wedding and reception here.
All arrangements made were very nice and we'll coordinated. The hosts, closely known to me, did not have to worry about the arrangements and could spend enough time with the guests.
The food including the starters and the desserts was very good and the waiters involved with the service very polite and courteous.
By and large the guests left very satisfied

I have been to more than 15 five-star hotels in Bangalore, but this is the best.

This hotel, based on Mysore's palace, will make you king, queen or princess in the palace of India.

It was a unique experience to leave the complex Bengaluru city and enter the palace. The palace-style architecture, landscaping and luxurious interiors were fantastic.

Welcome cookies and fruit were refilled every day. I was impressed by the delicacy of the staff. I enjoyed the comfort of breakfast and the ample pool size. The apples and drinks in the fitness center were a good point.

If you are looking for a Indian luxury hotel, I recommend Leela Palace. This hotel will give you a joy that you will not regret.

The hotel is beautiful and grand, possibly one of the best hotels in Bangalore in terms of architectural beauty. We had a meal at the Citrus. The food was excellent! Great portions, variety and taste. A fine wine collection too. Service was a little slow to start off but picked up soon enough. Staff was courteous and helpful. 5 star experience, no doubt.

I wanted to stay safe during my hotel quarantine time in Bangalore as I had landed from Mumbai. The hotel staff were very courteous and professional. Hygiene and sanitation 10/10. Only concern was they were giving packed lunch and dinner. And I wanted to have some good lip smacking food.
Overall the isolated stay for 7 days were good. Thanks to Leela staff, everything went on smooth and safe.

Yeah, it is very royal / luxurious and very pleasing to stay in.
The staff is very humble and work to the point, not too much not too less.
I had been there for a small family occasion.
The hall is very well made. Royal staircase lead to the hall.

The food is what disappoints me. The Indian cuisine is unsatisfactory.
But the rest is a class apart as the chefs are very authentic.

This is one of the best hotels which I have visited till date. As the name says, it's actually built like a palace. I had Chinese food at this hotel. The food was really amazing. The staffs are very well trained. Of course, this is a highly expensive place. For a couple, a decent dinner would cost minimum of 5-6k. If you want to surprise your loved one by hanging some exotic and luxury dinner then take them here and enjoy your night. It is going to be memorable and an expensive one.

Satya Prakash vor 2 Jahren – Google

A nice place to stay. It's at the center of the city. So the communication to all the places becomes easier. Now the cost of a night varies as you book through other online sites. I am putting some exterior view from a single angle. Happy staying.

The Hall where we had event had a good stage as well a good AV system. The food served was good but not in par with a 5 star reputation. The hotel property is really beautiful. Food arrangements could have been better based on the number of people were supposed to be served.

An iconic 5 star hotel that certainly lives up the name. The grand surroundings are matched by the quality of service and comfort of rooms. To top it off, the 4 in-hotel restaurants are well varied, well priced and of very high quality. It's very easy to lose a whole day here just sitting in the fantastic gardens or huge lobby.

10
High class hotel - but you pay for it. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Facilities, bars and restaurants are first class for your average westerner. Service a bit worse this time than last, but still fantastic. In centre of Bangalore means not pretty scenery once you are outside the hotel, and if you stay in the hotel you don't really experience India. Traffic is an experience in itself, but that's not the fault of the hotel which is somehow an oasis of calm in the middle of it.

Had a nice and comfortable stay with family for a few days last week. Simple but elegant with a touch of gold everywhere. Well maintained, attentive staff, good dining experience, privacy is taken care of, nice gym and lighted pool, etc. Fast check in. Rooms are comfortable. Good view from the balcony. Nice bath and shower place...... quality toiletries, etc. I recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

Went to the Citrus restaurant on the occasion of valentine's day. Sat by the pool. They had a great package. However taste of the food could've been better. Did I ordered was top notch. However duck near was a little undercooked. Great ambience and service nonetheless.

Truly it has lost its charm. If you still like the old world charm then you can give this place a one time visit. The staff is not so courteous and many of them don't have a clue of things. Compared to the new hotels they really have to pick up big time in customer experience. Having the grandeur property is one thing but one should also have overall good experience in terms of service and stay.

Good location for a star hotel.
Attended a conference here. Liked the meeting halls and setup.

The staff were really hospitable. Not seen better staff.

Excellent services and facilities. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. The swimming pool and health club are a must visit. All rooms face the garden or the pool. Kids loved the bathtub in the bathrooms. Be sure to ensure you aak for Indian rooms, as toilets in European rooms don't have hand shower or water arrangements.

The hotel was once considered to be having a seven star status in the beginning when it was started. Now it has been considered on the 5 star range. It's exceptional in the sense of hospitality and also ambience. Very quaint and lush green with lots of plants and trees inside the hotel completely shadowed by the hotel's majestic structure overlooking the ever busy old airport road. Food is exquisite with a variety of cuisines served at any point of the day or night. Neatly maintained swimming pool to relax yourself. Only negative I found was on the mosquitoes that come up by about twilight in the evening which could be controlled better.

I've been here quite a number of times. But stayed here recently and really enjoyed the stay. The Indian Palace style of architecture is the highlight of the hotel. Everything you can expect from a 5 star hotel, be it the rooms, amenities, ambience, restaurants, staff, etc. The traffic outside can get bad sometimes but that is out of the hotel's control. Had breakfast and dinner at Citrus during our stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot of options. Service was excellent; polite and courteous staff. And for dinner, we chose the outdoor seating area at Citrus. The ambience was great but the food quality was a letdown, we should have chosen a different restaurant for dinner. The only reason for the 4 star review is because we found a mouse running around during dinner, something we did not expect to encounter at a Five Star hotel. But a wonderful experience overall. Would definitely visit again.

This place is really a PALACE ! The food and ambience is amazing. The zen restaurant inside serves authentic Chinese and South East Asian food. There is a smoking place outside the restaurant. They have a lunch and dinner buffet. It costs about 1800₹ + taxes. The spread is huge and you won’t be able to taste every item.

An iconic Bangalore hotel landmark on the Old Airport Road. The Leela Palace is an oasis inside the city with fabulous architecture and one of the better maintained gardens. The space is always breezy because of the way the buildings are built. It also boasts a mini-mall, several offices in one wing and is a de-facto conference venue for gatherings up to 1200 people thanks to its spacious Grand Ball Room, Royal Ball Room and the other smaller halls.

The Leela also boasts of some delectable eating at Jamavar (Indian cuisine) and the Citrus (continental cuisine) with 7 star pricing. The Library Bar is richly furnished bar evocative of a proper London club with the generous use of wood and leather inside.

Although there have been a lot of hotels built recently that can challenge The Leela and possibly give it a run for its money with regards to the level of comfort or the tech invested in the infrastructure, The Leela outdoes them with sheer word of mouth. The outdoor spaces are also nice and well kept up. The gym and spa are well equipped and the serenity of the pool area is very relaxing. Hotel espectacular.

The service is impeccable. Truly a luxury experience from that perspective. The layout of the building leaves you far away from the elevators. That definitely takes off a star. The food is excellent.

Great service, nice room, overall nice atmosphere. In general, I really liked the hotel. The valet/Bell hop staff at the front of the hotel were a bit much though.

This is a beautiful heritage hotel right in the heart of the city. I had an opportunity to stay here during one of the business trips and my review is based on the following

Plus
+Beautiful property
+Lots of eating options in and around the hotel
+Large sized rooms with all modern amenities
+Check in and Check out is effortless with staff expecting you
+Nice fleet of cars for drop

Areas of improvements
-Lack of trained Staff in restaurants both Citrus and Library Bar. Almost daily it took approx 10 minutes for the staff to get a coffee during breakfast. When served it was cold, served in a tea cup. Room service was slow as well.
-Closure of most of the branded shops in Galleria gives it a deserted look

Very nice place to stay in Bangalore. Room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. Check in and out was painless. Temperature control in the room was good. Staff was courteous and helpful. Food options on site were very good. The walk from the elevator to the room was a bit of a hike.

The hotel and its gardens are really beautiful. Rooms are big and comfortable. However, room interior and in-room facilities are not that great (you expect better quality at this rank). Good restaurants on top floor.

Legendary 5 star or 7 star hotel in Bangalore. Expensive quiet place for those who can afford to stay and eat there. More formal than lively
