You can keep your luggage over night for traveling other town outside London and come back to pick it up,which is free of charge. And they provide coffee makers machines in the lounge for free
the most impressive thing i like is the kitchen and cooking tools.
The location is very comfortable for traveling to the interesting places or shopping in London by walking such as Covent Garden or London Eye.

The only complaint (and it is significant) was our credit card number was accessed and used for a large amount of fraudulent transactions in London. We know it was compromised at this location because it was not used anywhere else. The charges were for pizza, a room at another hotel, and other items.
Obviously a shady worker at this hotel had access to our account number. I think the management should review their security protocols and study who has access to sensitive information. It just may be that anyone who works there may have access, including maintenance personnel, etc.
If it would not be for the security breach, I would give the hotel a higher rating.

Edit* We had a great time with this hotel. It was a great place to unload after a long day exploring London. Staff was friendly. Room was very clean.

You have easy access to supermarkets and fast food restaurants nearby, it is also a short trip to next Underground station, which is the Holborn station.
Hotel rooms are superbly furnished, beds and chairs are comfortable and well lit aswell.
The employees are nice, smiling and helpful.
The only problem was the internet connection, which could be quite unstable for some people, and some others could not even get connected to it.

I wish they had something called as "room service" - trust me, it's non existant. And, cleaned rooms more frequently - which in a way might be good for the environment.
But I'd definitely recommend it to others going on mid-budget.

Outstanding wi-fi - the best I've seen in any hotel. Three millisecond latency, steady 140Mbps downstream and even faster, 160Mbps, upstream! There's a nice lounge area near reception, if you can put up with the background music and the TV.

Location is good, not too far away from all the sightseeing and is on a charmingly bustling busy Street. If you are a light sleeper you may not enjoy the bed comfort levels but the noise level from the street is minimal, even on the busy side.
Overall I'd say that the rooms, although pleasant, aren't the hotels saving grace or the reflection in price. But this is London after all, and the charm of the city is the most important part.
